labor is garbage. You do the job, you deliver, the order is approved by the customer, everything is fine, the customer changes his mind after a certain time, fiverr writes to the support and cancels the job, returns the payment, our effort is garbage.

Sluggish. Notifications and interface feel very sluggish. Poor quality.I believe the mobile app should be at least as good as the Desktop version:(

Language. Thank you for the great app. However, pleaae consider adding more languages such as especially Turkish, German and etc. I'm pretty sure if you do that, you and your freelancers will reach more customers.

Too many scammers. I received ten messages today, and every one of them was from scammers. Really negative experience. I deactivated my account. Can’t recommend to anyone

iPad version support should be improved for the application. When I enter the application from my iPad, I encounter its image in the mobile version. It is a very useful and great application, but it is really sad that an application that is so preferred and used is not developed compared to the iPad. I hope they take it into account.

Not sending notifications any more. Please fix the issue of not sending notifications when costumers write us something, and my costumers are unhappy with the chat since it’s delivering the messages so late. Please find a solution for that to make keep Fiverr the best🙏🏼

Getting worse. I put such a hard-work on my Gig and they deleted in a minute without explanation . They don’t want everyone to make money. Cuz Fiverr made money to have audacity and don’t care about your gig at all . Don’t work here or get ripped off!

Şirket sahibiyseniz yurtdışından müşteri bulmanıza çok yardımcı oluyor ama eğer şirketiniz yoksa ülkemizde PayPal olmadığından dolayı Fiverr’dan kazandığınız parayı sadece Payoneer ile çekebiliyorsunuz ve Payoneer para çekebilmeniz için şirket sahibi olmanızı şart koşuyor.

Fiverr is a host for scammers!. Everyone who wants to earn a little money must be warned, fiverr is swarmed with scammers and they’re not doing anything about it. There are no clear warnings about these criminals on the site, it’s very vague and you have to go in the depths of security in settings, it’s not easy to find. I’ve been scammed by people who recreated the exact website, support centre and the domain to steal my bank card details, and steal the money I had in there. When I realised and emailed fiverr they were no help and they just sent me a copy of their community guidelines. No follow up emails, no remorse. It shouldn’t be hard to detect scammers and report them as spam to their customers since they know how they’re scamming us, but maybe it’s more beneficial for fiverr to get scammed on their website. Shame! Very horrible first experience for me. Fiverr is a very amateur company.

Fiverr protect scammer account!. I want to share the absurd situation we experienced with the Fiverr company. The reason I do this is so that you don't trust this company like us and lose your money. First of all, we looked for someone who makes animation videos and wrote to a few people and chose one of them. This person made us a payment plan and charged a separate fee for character drawing and a separate fee for video production. However, he asked for a higher fee for character drawing, which confused us and we asked why. He told us that character creation was more difficult, so that's why it was like this. Since he did not fully deliver the job when he delivered the character to us, we suspected this situation and told him that this payment would not be made in full unless he delivered all the work. However, unfortunately, money was withdrawn from our card because it is an automatic payment system. We were suspicious of this situation and wrote to Fiverr. We told them that this situation was not normal, but they did not care. This time we waited for the second payment and maybe the delivery of the job. We even sent him a script. However, when there was a short time left to the delivery date and we asked for a report from him, HE CLOSED HIS ACCOUNT AND LEFT. Yes, this person was a scammer. A fraudster trying to get a job by putting fake videos. So what happened next: Fiverr told us aa the account is gone. We had previously given 500 Euros to the freelancer. They refunded us 300 Euros, so 200 Euros disappeared. We trusted this site because Fiverr was an intermediary and asked why they gave 200 Euros less, but they gave copy-paste answers many times. We wanted to file a complaint for this person who defrauded us, but they preferred to protect the scammer. Conclusion: We have been victimized because the video to be prepared was not made and we could not add these visuals to our presentations. We both lost money and time and this company protected the fraudsters. It's really unbelievable. Never, ever work with this company.

Notifications Sound. Please add an option to customize the notification sounds. Fiverr is a work app so it’s important for it to has sounds different from the other messaging apps.
