Took Ma mony didnt gave me the ticket. I can see that the money is gone but cause the app is to slow or wahtever it bugged out my ticket. I would give it zero stars if possible

Letztes Update Enttäuschung: DB Navigator Aktualisierung ist Schrecklich!. Die DB Navigator-App hat nach dem letzten Update erheblich nachgelassen. Gespeicherte Fahrten lassen sich nicht löschen, Tickets in der App zu finden ist sehr mühsam, und es gibt keine Unterstützung für Apple Wallet beim Deutschlandticket. Hoffentlich werden diese Probleme bald behoben. Zudem sollte die Unterstützung für die türkische Sprache nicht so schwierig sein, insbesondere wenn es Millionen von Türken in Ihrem Land gibt. Bitte nehmen Sie diesbezüglich die erforderlichen Anpassungen vor.

Kunde. Solange man nicht mit sen zug fahren muss soll man nicht mit DB irgendwohin fahren. Seit 4 jahren benutze ich die DB. Vor der Corona war schon alles okay. Nach der Corona ist alles katastrophal geworden. Der Zug fährt kaum pünktlich.

Diebstahl. Ich habe ein 2-Monatsticket für Deutschland ticket. Dann habe ich meine Bankkarte gekündigt und bin in mein Land, die Türkei, zurückgekehrt. Sie haben mir 550 Euro an Bahnticketschulden für ein Jahr in Rechnung gestellt. und sie gaben mich der Hinrichtung. Ich musste für das Ticket bezahlen, das ich nicht genutzt hatte. Ich bin noch nicht einmal auf dem!

Security issue or just a bug?. Hey the app is great but lately I have been getting “your travel is starting” notifications even though I haven’t booked a ticket or saved the on my favorites. Also I’m not even currently in Germany. Is someone using my account? What is going on??

App update not possible. I cannot update the app because of the change in Apple Terms of usage and I cannot give my consent to the new terms of usage due to an “error” for hours today.

Fast trains with fast problems. If you want to arrive home few hours late everytime or if you want to face with a big problem with fast trains so choose this one.

Login issue. I can’t use the app, since after login I always get an error 503 message.

App does not work properly!. Interface of the new version is not good. When the new version was available in 2023, i realized it during the ticket control and i could not find where it has been moved in the new interface. I found the new place but did not show my ticket, although i have abo Now i got a second ticket control, app did not show the ticket again. I have a Deutschland ticket abo, I checked my bank account and it is regularly paid - no problem. But app does not show!!! Now I have to pay 5 Euro because i could not show my ticket during the control. Why I have to pay this because of this app’s failure!!! Really this is non-sense! Dear developers, work on this bug and solve this issue please!!!

Sadece hızlı trenlerin olduğu rotayı gösteriyor. Regional olan trenleri göstermiyor gösterdiği kısıtlı bir yere gitmek için seni içe olan trenlere hatta Flix bussa bile yönlendiriyor bir yıldız bile fazla bir aktarma için seni çok saçma rotaya yolluyor . Bitte vorm Wirkbetrieb ordentlich testen. Hallo, bei mir wird mein D-Ticket für den nächsten Monat (November) nicht angezeigt. In der Vorversion konnte man gleichzeitig die Tickets für den aktuellen und den nächsten Monat abrufen. Heute ist 30.10 und die neue App sagt „Tickets bis zum 30.11 sind bereits auf Ihrem Gerät.“ Wie ist das zu verstehen? (Es taucht auch eine Fehlermeldung auf.) Wird auch ein Schaffner bei der Kontrolle gerne verstehen, dass die Digitalisierung nur mit knapper Not vorwärts kriecht und die Produkte anscheinend nur unzureichend vor der Produktion getestet werden und die DB letztendlich kein gutes Vorbild dafür ist? Auch wäre interessant, ob das Defekt bereits beseitigt wurde, wo man die Tickets, die man über Web-GUI gekauft hat, in die neue App nicht mehr importieren konnte. Weil genau die Umstände, auch in digitaler Form, möchte man sich bei einer Reise mit der DB ersparen, da es bereits mehrere Andere geben kann.

Aktualisierung. Seit ich die App aktualisiert habe, kann ich in der App nichts mehr tun, kann sogar nicht die näheste Haltestelle sehen.

Extremely Useful. I have never used a train Munich. I downloaded this app and life got easier for me. The designer team behind this app really did a great job. The interface of the app is very user friendly. It explains the easiest and fastest way from any Point A to any Point B in a very simple way; and with a great accuracy. A big thanks from my side!

Das ist ein großer Haufen Blödsinn.. Es ist eine große Farce: Immer wieder fallen Züge aus oder haben Verspätung. Wir sind angeblich im Jahr 2024 im fortschrittlichen Zeitalter, aber Ihr Zugsystem ist wie in den 90er Jahren.

Great!. Goes very well together with Deutschlandticket, finding/booking a trip is very easy! My only problem was train informations and notes being only in German.

Katastophal. Der App ist so katasrophal, dass ich nicht beschreiben kann. Bald habe ich eine Reise. Ich habe vor vier Tagen ein paar Fahrplanänderungen per E-Mail bekommen und die Abfahrt- Ankunftzeiten und die neue Gleise Nummern sind noch nicht im App aktualiesiert. Ich muss immer noch meine E-Mail kontrollieren, damit ich die neuen Informationen nicht vergesse. Abgesehen von die unglaublich schreckliche Erfahrung mit dem Deutschland-Ticket. Useless. Even though bus schedule is changed at least for 3 days ago, it was not updated on the app. So for now, it is useless and makes our lives harder by showing the buses which are not exist or at wrong times.

Cannot login after update. Cannot even log in after the update. Changed the password as well, and can login to the normal web client. But never the app itself!! edit: in retrospect this seems to be a issue caused by my university VPN. If you have such a problem I suggest you uninstall the app, remove the vpn, reinstall and login to the app. updated the rating from 1* to 5*
