Catan. Catan on iOS 16.2 and iPad Pro cannot be exported to Catan universe despite what their service tell you. It crashes. Therefore I cannot recommend spending money on Catan, it’s a waste.

I love catan, however. This game is a disappointment on many levels. First comes the matter of expansions. Main game is not cheap for an app at all, what is more it lacks most of the expansions. If you want to buy the expansions you will realise that they are even more expensive than the main game. You can only play the classical catan with this purchase online. Second issue is about AI and dices. Dices are completely controlled by the computer in order to achieve two things 1-trying to achieve a good looking bell curve 2-this is the most important. Game uses the 7 as a means of balancing the game. As soon as you somehow get a few points over the computer they will throw 7s like crazy and take everything you have from you. If they use a knight and cover one of your critical hexes that very same number will come immidiately after. AI sucks so hard computer will resort to cheap trick of dice manipulation. Still a good player will win most of he matches against the computer. So the developer will use the good name of legendary board game catan to milk you dry. But then won’t even deliver a high end product. Shame on them.

Great rendition of the board game. The board game was as simple and as fun as a board game could get. Extremely easy to learn and hours of enjoyment.

Full of errors. I will never understand one thing, there is demand for this game, you are gaining butload of money for each type of catan, yet you don’t maintain this goddamn application. It feels like we are trying to play with windows 98! Take care of this application. You have the money for it.

update problem. With the new update i lost my progress in campaign. I have been in 6th scenario and now turn back to beginning. please help
