Terrible Support & Couriers. Horrible experience with couriers and hr support of Bolt food, the amount for the food deducted from my card and courier dropped my food to wrong address and my money wasn’t refunded back from support department. They are so far from being professional, I was using this app for 2 years in Baku but now deleting both Bolt food and Bolt taxi, i will share this horrible experience on the necessary social networks and also not recommending Bolt to friends here.

Disgusting service. I’ve been using this application in Latvia for 2-3 years now, it used to have good customer service but now it is total bull crap. 0 response from support team, low quality food and just plain disgusting we. They don’t give refunds even if they mess up!!! Use a better app instead, this is just plain stupid

Ləğv etmirlərdə adamı oyalayırlar 2ci dəfədi ən az nə çox tam 1 saat gözləmişik ki , yemək gəlsin amma kuryer tapılmayıb.Sonra başqa yerdən zakaz edib təzdən onuda gözləmişik.biabrçılıqdır.Ayna sultanovadan azadlıq metrosuna kurye tapa bilmirlər, yemək 1 saata belə gəlmirsə başqa hara tapılır bilmirəm.

Siparişlerim soğumuştu. Hiç memnun kalmadım. Yaklaşım 1:30 saat bekledim. Bir sipariş bu kadar uzun sürmemeli. Üstelik geldiğinde çok soğuk gelmişti siparişlerim. Anlayacağınız hiç memnun kalmadım.

Worst support. You cannot find anyone online from support when you need anything. They are just spending time who knows… Worst service

No more bolt food. İ will use wolt food. I been waiting costumer service to reply my issue 11 hours. They don’t care about costumers, Its not first time that dont care about costumers, they all ways send miss products and they dont give back the money. Dont use bolt food, use wolt food.

Payment Error. It’s very problemetic and I received too many payment errors even my balance is higher than the amount.

AVOID BOLT FOOD!!!. We ordered six pizza on saturday night at 21:00 and pizzas arrived at 00:01 at night!!The pizza’s smell really bad,stale,not fresh and dated as you guess in three hours.According to app Bolt Food pizzas were ready at 21:25.The courier contact with us at 22:50 and he talked about heavy rain.So one hour more waiting for stop raining..After 1:30 hours he went to pickup pizzas!! We tried to contact with Bolt Food but no answer from them..When the pizzas arrived they text me and apologize!!Worse service,worse communication,worse customer support..At the end of the Saturday night we went to bed hungry and dissappointed…Disgrace BoltFood and La Piazza!!!!!! And also we tried to contact with restaurant but no answer!!!

Horrible service!!!. It took me 1 hour and 12 minutes to receive my order! The restaurant prepared the food in 5 minutes, but then it was just sitting there for like an hour because they couldn’t find the courier and when they did, he took the longest route to my address and when he finally arrived, the food was absolutely cold and could not be warmed up. Their terrible support doesn’t help, don’t cancel the order, the only thing they do is give you 2 azn credit to use on the next order, but I don’t need that as I’m never using this app again!!!

Inconsistent Support. Courier can recieve 2-3 different packages at the same time and arrive at you last. Don’t be fooled by the 25-30 minutes average time to order. Delivery can take over 45 minutes, and interestingly, when you write to the support unit, they give you this information. Then he/she says it may be delayed due to natural conditions. Yes, it is a natural condition for the courier to recieve more than 1 package at the same time. By the way, let’s not forget that they charge a delivery fee.

No customer service at all. If you order food and get it withouth problem, app is great. But when you have a problem, there is noone to talk to and help you sort it out. They couldn’t find a courier to send my food for 2.5 hours, they couldn’t. Restorant closed and system showed I picked up the food. I tried to get help and customer service reply me after 12 hours with a “food is delivered, we see no problem” message.. app has no cancellation policy and they don’t know how to run the app

Poland Bolt. Polish courier system is just a joke they cannot make refund they cannot bring food or anything within 1 hour they are just so bad that i will not going to use this disgusting service again.

No delivery. Couriers started to mark the delivery complete and turn their phone off. I am NOT interested in you holding my money and giving it back, I am interested in getting my food delivered.

Waste of time. I’ve spent 20 mins trying to order food. First time when I already selected the items, it said that the restaurant didn’t accept orders (what’s the reason of showing it to me then?) Second time with another restaurant it said “there’s a problem with the selected payment method” (what’s the reason of letting me select it then?) So disappointing. I’m better gonna download another app and order from them

Absolutely disgusting. Disgusting delivery times, the orders always get rescheduled 50 times before they be delivered. If you have 2 hours to wait for food go on order. Additionally what is even worse the support of the organization is awful they do not respond to you and when they do 2-3 days had already passed and they give incredibly awful help. Why did I even download this app. I would suggest you to never pay for the order with card because u will not get your money back if they fail to deliver the order. They give you bolt credits as if I want to use this app. Pathetic organization. Shame on you.

On IPhone 6 app crushes!. What bug you fixes?? Many months your app crushes on iphone 6 while i open it! Fix it!

I need favorite food button!. Great app! But.. Favorite button extremely needed! both for menu items and restaurants. Can’t remember the name of that i loved yesterday and was going definitely order next time. Another 15 min for searching it again. Pls save my time😭 Also need more search options. For example when i type up “shrimps” all menu items which include shrimps from all restaurants with price and delivery time. Mmmm dream!🤓

Awful support. Happened to me several times. Order is being delayed, I write to support and order gets cancelled due to courier problems. No explanation, apologies or discount for next order from support. Wolt is several times better in both efficiency and support

Worst service ever. I’ve lived on many continents, and order food all the time. Never seen such a terrible service. Orders are always rescheduled, delivery times around 2 hours for a restaurant located literally 5 min away. Customer service is absolutely useless, they take DAYS to respond and when they do - they solve nothing. Imagine not caring about your customers THIS much. I’m taking my business elsewhere and so is my family.

Let use ohter app. They calculated a fee for the food that I did not accept. so i removed bolt and bolt applications from my device. and bolt group is not returning for complaints

Scammers. Awful servis. They scam people. From my account they steal twice. 10 manat and 1 manat for adding a bank card and they didn’t give me back my money. Their support awful, you typing an issue, they answer you 2/3 days later. One word, awful. If you don’t want to lost your money don’t use their services. Awful. Awful customer service. Bolt Azerbaijan never resolved any of aroused problems with restaurants. Even worse, once customer service rep shared my number with restaurant rep, so the guy called me and started arguing.

No service!. Worst app!!! Service on 0! Noone replies you! All time written in the app is fully lied! You are waiting for your order for 2-3 hours, and support service during all the time is ignoring you, with 0 attention! And even after they have no excuse, and do not take responsibility for their indifference!

Terrible app. I don’t know how it is in other countries, but in Azerbaijan, the city of Baku, delivery works terribly! Made an order, the courier was found in 2.5 hours! During all this time, we could not cancel the order, we wrote to the support service, but they did not answer there either and simply ignored it! There is not even a phone number to contact and cancel the order, and it is impossible to cancel the order in principle!

Food delay + no support from Bolt Team. My food is delayed more than 50 minutes (compared to expected delivery time) and nobody answers my messages from Bolt support team. They have very bad customer support!

Awful organization not even caring about their reputation.. Customer service is so slow, it takes them more than a day to reply to a message they have to reply to straight ahead to deal with urgent issues. Other than that, they aren’t even willing to fix the issue. I will use Wolt from now on, never had such issues with them.

Very bad! Очень плохо! Çox pis!. Very bad support and service. I ordered last night and courier had problem with motorcycle and he asked “bolt” to change him but they didn’t answer. So i also wrote them and restaurant also wrote them but they didn’t answer until today’s morning. 👎👎👎

Needs tipping option. Overall great app with good prices. Just wished they added a “tips” button for the delivery person.

Courier stole the order. Courier stole the order for 65 USD and no one helped me with this. Customer support did not respond to my complaint via application and email. It is already passed a week. I did not get refund or my order. Worst service I have ever experienced. If you want normal service use other delivery services.

Late order.. Do not even try to explain their support whats wrong, they will try to compensate 1$€ And changing support officers until you are fed up. In ither hand there is Wonderful Wolt support which is very helping and client oriented

App is nice, but mass scam in Azerbaijani region. Sales go down as you continue to purchase. A food you can easily afford for somewhat 1-2$ becomes extremely overpriced, even for the standards of triple dollar expense restaurants. Please take care of this, either completely remove the sales or try to be more honest with your customers and keep the sales. It sends shivers down my spine knowing that I could get my card balance messed up by reordering a food order that costed me 40% less of the actual price. Thank you.

Notifications. All in all good, but there’s this issue with the red notification circle above the app icon never disappearing and driving my idealistic nature nuts.

Payment. I can not order anything. I choose what i want to order, when i try to confirm- "something went wrong". I can't pay and confirm. Not with cash, neither with cards. It happens for a ling time. I asked for support, sent complaint, but useless.

Worst customer support. It take's literally 2-3 days for the customer support to answer you in some generic format which doesn't solve your problem at all. And delivery times are ridiculous. If they don't have a courier available they will still accept the order, but make you wait for extra hour to find a courier after your order is ready. Go with alternatives and don't use this service is my advice

If you have time to wait and double your order awaiting time then go for it.. but here’s my experience, I ordered food but it wasn’t delivered, by calling to courier the third person said it’s a wrong number. Moreover, help center NEVER responses shortly as they promise, in the best case the next day. Too many things to say but that’s what they are..

Very very bad. ordered through bolt food food (pizza) was brought in a terrible condition, as if the courier was carrying something heavy on pizza. The pizza arrived stuck to the box with the toppings. was not edible and we were denied compensation although we attached a photo and proof. what would you understand, we paid $ 12, or rather threw it in the trash, and we were given compensation of $ 0.88.

Shame!. If there are not a courier for delivering, just notificite it. We should’t wait for hours!

Garbage service!. They deducted from my card payment and canceled order due system error in the app. Then they refund money and then next morning took same amount from my bank account. This is typically stealing of money! Support never reply! Avoid!

Prepare to wait. If you have a spare few hours to wait until they find a courier then go ahead and use this app, your food is guaranteed to be cold upon delivery! ❄️🍔
