Inconsistent Support. Courier can recieve 2-3 different packages at the same time and arrive at you last. Don’t be fooled by the 25-30 minutes average time to order. Delivery can take over 45 minutes, and interestingly, when you write to the support unit, they give you this information. Then he/she says it may be delayed due to natural conditions. Yes, it is a natural condition for the courier to recieve more than 1 package at the same time. By the way, let’s not forget that they charge a delivery fee.

No more bolt food. İ will use wolt food. I been waiting costumer service to reply my issue 11 hours. They don’t care about costumers, Its not first time that dont care about costumers, they all ways send miss products and they dont give back the money. Dont use bolt food, use wolt food.

No customer service at all. If you order food and get it withouth problem, app is great. But when you have a problem, there is noone to talk to and help you sort it out. They couldn’t find a courier to send my food for 2.5 hours, they couldn’t. Restorant closed and system showed I picked up the food. I tried to get help and customer service reply me after 12 hours with a “food is delivered, we see no problem” message.. app has no cancellation policy and they don’t know how to run the app

AVOID BOLT FOOD!!!. We ordered six pizza on saturday night at 21:00 and pizzas arrived at 00:01 at night!!The pizza’s smell really bad,stale,not fresh and dated as you guess in three hours.According to app Bolt Food pizzas were ready at 21:25.The courier contact with us at 22:50 and he talked about heavy rain.So one hour more waiting for stop raining..After 1:30 hours he went to pickup pizzas!! We tried to contact with Bolt Food but no answer from them..When the pizzas arrived they text me and apologize!!Worse service,worse communication,worse customer support..At the end of the Saturday night we went to bed hungry and dissappointed…Disgrace BoltFood and La Piazza!!!!!! And also we tried to contact with restaurant but no answer!!!

I cant download. i downloaded app before but then uninstalled now i can not download the app..

No delivery. Couriers started to mark the delivery complete and turn their phone off. I am NOT interested in you holding my money and giving it back, I am interested in getting my food delivered.

Disrespectful customer service. Customer service is disrespectful and making fun of the customer. This is why I will never use any Bolt app.

Payment Error. It’s very problemetic and I received too many payment errors even my balance is higher than the amount.

Terrible Support & Couriers. Horrible experience with couriers and hr support of Bolt food, the amount for the food deducted from my card and courier dropped my food to wrong address and my money wasn’t refunded back from support department. They are so far from being professional, I was using this app for 2 years in Baku but now deleting both Bolt food and Bolt taxi, i will share this horrible experience on the necessary social networks and also not recommending Bolt to friends here.

Horrible service!!!. It took me 1 hour and 12 minutes to receive my order! The restaurant prepared the food in 5 minutes, but then it was just sitting there for like an hour because they couldn’t find the courier and when they did, he took the longest route to my address and when he finally arrived, the food was absolutely cold and could not be warmed up. Their terrible support doesn’t help, don’t cancel the order, the only thing they do is give you 2 azn credit to use on the next order, but I don’t need that as I’m never using this app again!!!

Horrible experience. This company’s cancellation policy is absolutely horrible cause it does not exist. When they can’t find couriers they cancel your order by themselves, but when you try to cancel it, it is impossible and the support team’s behaviour is absolutely terrible. They tried to force me to take the order when they couldn’t even find a courier! Don’t recommend it to anyone and after this comment i am deleting this application for forever.

Don't waste your time with terrible service from Bolt.. I waited for my order for two hours. As a result, my order was cancelled. The support service said that my money would return to me in 1 day or 2 weeks. They didn't offer any compensation. I'm deleting all Bolt apps. Bye

Worst service ever. I’ve lived on many continents, and order food all the time. Never seen such a terrible service. Orders are always rescheduled, delivery times around 2 hours for a restaurant located literally 5 min away. Customer service is absolutely useless, they take DAYS to respond and when they do - they solve nothing. Imagine not caring about your customers THIS much. I’m taking my business elsewhere and so is my family.

Payment. I can not order anything. I choose what i want to order, when i try to confirm- "something went wrong". I can't pay and confirm. Not with cash, neither with cards. It happens for a ling time. I asked for support, sent complaint, but useless.

Courier problem. Delivers dont work, they are complain, i order and no one take my orde!

Very very bad. ordered through bolt food food (pizza) was brought in a terrible condition, as if the courier was carrying something heavy on pizza. The pizza arrived stuck to the box with the toppings. was not edible and we were denied compensation although we attached a photo and proof. what would you understand, we paid $ 12, or rather threw it in the trash, and we were given compensation of $ 0.88.

Stealing. Bolt Food Azerbaijan Baku scammed me. They said the order arrived but it didn't, and customer service did nothing.

Awful organization not even caring about their reputation.. Customer service is so slow, it takes them more than a day to reply to a message they have to reply to straight ahead to deal with urgent issues. Other than that, they aren’t even willing to fix the issue. I will use Wolt from now on, never had such issues with them.

Prepare to wait. If you have a spare few hours to wait until they find a courier then go ahead and use this app, your food is guaranteed to be cold upon delivery! ❄️🍔

Fake Delivery and Missing Order. I had a very unpleasant experience with Bolt Food. The courier came to my door, placed the bags, took a photo as proof of delivery — and then took the food and left. When I contacted support, they simply sent me that same photo and claimed the order had been delivered. This is clearly misleading and unacceptable. This kind of behavior from couriers is extremely concerning and feels like a scam. I expect a proper investigation and a refund. Very disappointed with the service.

No service!. Worst app!!! Service on 0! Noone replies you! All time written in the app is fully lied! You are waiting for your order for 2-3 hours, and support service during all the time is ignoring you, with 0 attention! And even after they have no excuse, and do not take responsibility for their indifference!

Think twice. If you have time to wait and double your order awaiting time then go for it.. but here’s my experience, I ordered food but it wasn’t delivered, by calling to courier the third person said it’s a wrong number. Moreover, help center NEVER responses shortly as they promise, in the best case the next day. Too many things to say but that’s what they are..

Scammers. Awful servis. They scam people. From my account they steal twice. 10 manat and 1 manat for adding a bank card and they didn’t give me back my money. Their support awful, you typing an issue, they answer you 2/3 days later. One word, awful. If you don’t want to lost your money don’t use their services. Awful. Garbage service!. They deducted from my card payment and canceled order due system error in the app. Then they refund money and then next morning took same amount from my bank account. This is typically stealing of money! Support never reply! Avoid!

Let use ohter app. They calculated a fee for the food that I did not accept. so i removed bolt and bolt applications from my device. and bolt group is not returning for complaints

Terrible app. I don’t know how it is in other countries, but in Azerbaijan, the city of Baku, delivery works terribly! Made an order, the courier was found in 2.5 hours! Use wolt instead. Never had issues until recently, the order delivered wrong support not doing anything about it. Other time order was 1 hour 30 minutes late.

Absolutely disgusting. Disgusting delivery times, the orders always get rescheduled 50 times before they be delivered. If you have 2 hours to wait for food go on order. Additionally what is even worse the support of the organization is awful they do not respond to you and when they do 2-3 days had already passed and they give incredibly awful help. Why did I even download this app. I would suggest you to never pay for the order with card because u will not get your money back if they fail to deliver the order. They give you bolt credits as if I want to use this app. Pathetic organization. Shame on you.

Bad service. Very poor professionalism from the personnel. Incompetent drivers. I waited for my order for 1.5 hours just for it to get cancelled, my money refunded after 6 days and no compensation whatsoever.

Awful Customer support. Customer support is awful and not helpful. I reported a problem and asked for help they just said “if you have problems just rate the order”. If rating and order is maximum thing that they can offer me then why does customer support even exist?

Order was not delivered, yet the payment was charged and not refunded.. The courier refused to deliver my order and spoke in a rude, commanding tone. I never received the food, yet my money was charged and no refund was issued. Support claims the order was “accepted” despite the fact that it was never handed to me. This is extremely disappointing and unprofessional.

Awful support. Happened to me several times. Order is being delayed, I write to support and order gets cancelled due to courier problems. No explanation, apologies or discount for next order from support. Wolt is several times better in both efficiency and support

Courier stole the order. Courier stole the order for 65 USD and no one helped me with this. Customer support did not respond to my complaint via application and email. It is already passed a week. I did not get refund or my order. Worst service I have ever experienced. If you want normal service use other delivery services.
