New York Uber Etas is the worst!. I will never order in NYC again

Mess with postal codes. It’s a total mess. I have just realized that the drivers don’t receive the postal code but only the street name and building number. Since there a more than one streets that have the same name, the driver went to a wrong place and eventually he had to cancel the order. We are left without food and no time to receive another order on time. Unbelievable!

Stolen delivery. Unable to deliver packages to address of the customer without letting the package stolen. Food is either cold, missing parts or significantly expensive. I used this app on a daily basis but it’s too much now.

Difficult to get help. You made it very difficult to get help about an order. Your list of help topics does not include the issue I’m facing and It's impossible to talk to a human.

Отвратительност. Другого настолько же мерзкого сервиса просто не существует. Курьер забирает заказ и, видимо, ест его сам. Отмечает как доставленный. Связи с ним нет никакой. Деньги ушли, еды нет. Убер клал хер, невозможно никак достучаться. Уроды

Don’t use it for grocery. They applied coupon for grocery and I scheduled it for next day. After I paid day before, somehow they charged to me one more time and it was more than I paid from the first time. When I connect to support they said, the promotion code was not applied (some how?!) and they did refund the money but not to original payment method (credit card ) They gave me some kind of gift card but I can only use it for Uber eats which is mean, if I need to buy something and if it’s not on the Uber eats, i can’t use that money which is my money. After I explained myself to support, he/she cut the conversation. Even thou I was still writing something. if you need some grocery, use grocery application for it. At least you can get your money back to original payment method.

Isn’t GPS supposed to work?. Hi. So one time I ordered food in Paris and right now I’m in Saint-Etienne. I didn’t check the delivery adress nor the adress of the restaurant before I ordered pizza and you already know what happened. Normally the app is supposed to be showing me restaurants near by. It was showing restaurants in Paris for some reason. I payed for a pizza that never arrived. Im really sad because I’m a student and I rarely choose to pay extra money for delivery etc. This was going to be the first time I threat myself with a fancy pizza in months. Now I’m hungry and I’ve already spent more than I should’ve today.

Cancelled order after delaying it by 2 hours. My order was cancelled after I had waited for it for 2 hours I had to skip the gym because of the delayed order. I received no compensation or credits; and there us no way to contact the support about it on the app. Thank you, Uber

Can’t care about their customers. One might think it’s a convenient service to link restaurants and customer. But when something goes wrong - and it will go wrong, one day your delivery won’t reach - be ready to lose your money because UberEats doesn’t care a single bit about their customers. Try, eventually you will quit.

Took a tip forcefully. I didn’t like my order and app took %15 tip automatically even tho I set no tip. I will cancel my payment via bank. They also can’t do anything about this wrong tip.

false promocion code. they send me an e-mail with a promotion code for discount, and i download the app, choose the food and in tje end it says “you are not eligible for this promotion “ lol

Terrible service. Mc Do in 2 km far away and you need to wait for 1 hour, thats what I call terrible service level !!

Forget about return payments. If you are in europe expect to 1 hour or more to wait your order ,and my 5 of 2 orders came incomplente and neighter reustarant(mcdonalds) or app(ubereats)respond me thats my expeence and im scammed like 12 euros totally for 3 orders.

Terrible. I had to collect my order by myself after 1.5 hours. Because delivery guy didnt move from where he was for 1.5 hours. I paid around £50 and ubereat refunded only £1.91 for cold and terrible pizza. I never use ubereat again and never recommend.

Truly an app that represents $13 billion of VC funding. It’s amazing how bad an app developed by a ‘multibillion’ dollar corporation can be. Bugs everywhere - pin doesn’t change address, delivery from restaurant suddenly changes to ‘too far’, takes multiple times to change payment info, and after all that, the app doesn’t allow to use my payment info (it proceeds easily elsewhere). I guess that’s what happens when a company doesn’t know how to actually make profit and is propelled by convincing VCs of their greatness yet to come

Bad customer service. Uber eats is getting worst everyday. I have faced with an issue with my order and there are almost no one to tlak about it. I have submitted many times help request but unfortunately it stays still helpless. I have decided not to use this app amymore and I will tell all around me to not to use as well.

ETA are so inaccurate. Probably because of these stacked orders, you probably need to wait another 30mins to get your food on top of what’s shown in the app. I think all of my latest orders have been delivered about 20-30 mins later that what’s shown in the app (10-25 mins became 50mins and I ama till waiting for them to pick up the order) Very downfall of service quality.

Bad service. Orders take always longer than estimated time, you rarely connect with real customer service and they stop chatting without listening you. I never get reimbursement from cancelled orders, to sum up, disappointing

Fundamantal problem. Ok, u order, rastaurant prepares but if no delivery driver around , who is responsible, who do you compain too, not to a driver who picks it up 20 min after food is cooked not to restaurant, then who. This system has to be worked on.

don't waste your money, be careful!!. I could not receive my order, which was delivered at the door, even though I waited for 15 minutes at the door. I looked at the notification from my phone and saw that my order was cancelled. and the description reads: “the courier canceled the order because he couldn't reach you and there will be no refunds”!!! I was at the door and the courier did not come and did not call me!! this is unfair!! Worst of all, I could not communicate with anyone through the application on the subject. 22 pounds of money wasted

Don’t settle with this poor service. What is the meaning of ordering food in if it is not coming on timely manner? Delivery people make 2-3 stops before bringing our order which is absolute nonsense. Not efficient at all and completely ruins the dishes’ overall taste. Complete disaster, people shouldn’t settle with this. I am just feeling clueless on how this idea has even become a real service. I just don’t understand really. Fix it before it gets out of control and offer a real food delivery to end users.

Unreliable and do not care about their customers at all. As UberEats gets bigger, they do not care about customer satisfaction at all. I have deleted the app and will no longer be supporting UberEats unless they start to provide good customer service to it’s customers again.

Always disappointing, now also wasteful!. I switched to Deliveroo in Amsterdam long time ago because of the constant inaccuracy in ubereats but they recently sent my house a post by mail containing a promo code card. The envolope does not only contain the promo code card but also papers explaining the code. The twist is that I am not eligible to use it as an existing customer. They simply waste all the paper and resources to send the post for me to throw away. Great marketing!

There is no customer support. They won’t deliver your order but if you want to cancel it you have to pay full price. It has been two hours and I’m still waiting for my order.

Amazing promotions. This app offers amazing promotions, like when I am about the order something there is always amazing offers, which cause to cost much better when you compare it ordering in the actual the restaurants, I have no clue about how uber eats earning profit. I loved this app…

Disappointed. I’ve ordere pizza from Pizza On Time in London. I have waited 1,5 hours. Called the restaurant 3 times and at the last call they said I put in wrong address and the order is delivered to someone else. I said yesterday ubereats brought me my order with the same address. The guy at the phone said to call ubereats. I can’t reach anyone at uber eats. There is not enough options at help part. I felt uncared and unsafe, left alone into the mercy of the restaurant.

Mischarge. I got charged for the last three months for uber eats pass. Since I don’t have uber eats in my country I couldn’t get any notification or anything about my pass. I don’t even see in my subscriptions on the apple store and yet I’m still getting charged. Please help.

Customer service is too slow and not customer oriented. You enjoy the practical app, menu and list of restaurants until something goes wrong. Then, prepare yourself for hours of waiting (with empty stomach) to find out that customer service is not on your side.

An app where nothing gets delivered!. I’ve had the worst experience with Uber Eats. Although my order was accepted and my credit card was charged (or the amount was blocked, it doesn’t make any change) I had trouble tracking my order. The app kept responding “something went wrong”. But the worst is yet to come! I could not reach anyone to inquire about my already placed order! And in the end, when I insisted on writing yo Uber help, I received a reply stating that my order could not get delivered because they could not reach me. But unfortunately no one has even tried to reach me! Uber help said that I was not charged for the order but does it really compensate your time and effort after you spend your evening waiting on your dinner and couldn’t reach one person who could pick up the phone and answer! All of these are the reasons I’m deleting this app to never use it again.

Worst food ordering app ever!!!. I’d highly recommend using Glovo or Wolt rather than this piece of trash they call an app. I had guests over and we have waited more than half an hour for our order and the courier didn’t even bring it in the end. Don’t even bother downloading. 0/10 customer service

To much commission. Even you order so near it take too much commission i mean in Poland order in MC Donalds maybe 4euro meals and it takes 2-3euro for deliver.Commission have to yake from restaurants in that time it will be good app

Identity transparency. Delivery people should have their numbers available to the customers, the communication channel is one way, there is no way to contact them, unless they initiate it first.

Uber Eats. Is amazing . and better than other services . Because it comes on time or even before . Thanks ))
