Installation is quick and painless, with no coding or complicated setup required. You'll be asked to pick a plan, accept the required permissions for the app to work. Once you're in the app, you'll be able to preview what the chat widget will look like on your store--then it's simply a matter of going to the "setting" panel and enable the chat widget slider.

Currently, the Sales Assist chatbot allows your existing customers to check on the status of their recent orders using natural language.
