Unacceptable. This app must be banned on AppStore until developers fix all the bugs!

Very buggy. Can’t import a book, says I'm not connected to the internet.

Avoid this app by any means. If you have any chance to avoid downloading and using this app - grab it and avoid this “reader”. It’s a complete waste of anyones time - the developer, the publisher and the user. This app’s moto is “No one must be happy! Everyone deserves suffering!”

The worst reader ever. It is so uncomfortable, so slow , so unfriendly user interface, so I just don’t understand why team who developed it are not shamed and not even trying to make it a bit better. THE WORST READER

fix the app plz. Please fix the bugs!!!! reading books on it is torture! Can’t scroll, can’t zoom, can’t swipe

Impossible to read!. It’s impossible to read books! Some pages are not showing at all, just blank pages, and even those pages that shows, blurs out and breaks with every next flip of pages! And all of that bugs appears not only in rented books, but even in built-in Adobe DE instruction itself! Awfully useless buggy software!!!

Delete Getting Started file. Does anyone know how can one delete the Getting Started file? Cause I have 3 copies of that file and I don't need them but when I swipe it to delete (like with common books) nothing happens.

iPad app not Syncing with iPhone. Hi, I have this app installed on iPad Pro 2020 and iPhone XS Max 2019. I’ve been reading, making notes, highlights and bookmarks on iPhone. Despite it is not the most comfortable reading app, it is OK. There are issues with scaling, when highlights and notes only work at 100% scale which makes it hard to read large texts. And there is no way to change the text size (seriously?!?) Now, the ugly part... When I open on iPhone these are the issues: 1/ i see 3 (!) copies of the same book in my Library 2/ none of the 3 copies contains neither my notes, or highlights, nor bookmarks. My question: WHF?!? I would’ve not used this app if my school didn’t insist on reading the book on this (poorly developer) app. I would not willingly recommend it to anyone! Hope it helps you improve.

Necessary yet so horrible. I wish they developed the app with a bit more attention and love, it seemed like the company just wanted to fill a gap, rush out a technology to test a market, to then completely forget about the product and abandon it users. It’s a necessary technology, that obviously has a future, but it needs DEVELOPMENT.

Easily the worst reader of all time. I only downloaded it so I could read French books on it (I live outside of EU and managed to find just one site that would accept my credit card to purchase books in French and the site required the reader specifically). I’m not even going to mention all of the reader’s faults - there’s simply too many of them. Anything you could imagine to be wrong with a reader, it’s on the list. I’ve finally had it when one morning it just refused to open a book I was almost done reading. I re-installed it but to no avail. Now it just crashes every time I want to open any books I’ve purchased. I have never come across such a poor job. I would literally use ANY OTHER reader than this if I had an option.

Impossible to read. Extremely poor quality. Reader is just the worse I’ve ever seen: can’t zoom pdf properly on phone, can’t scroll properly, even landscape doesn’t work properly and shrinks the content. The macOS reader is a little better, but still stupidly slow. Have no idea how anyone can use this software.

Просто ужас. Программа просто отвратительная. Постоянно зависает, приходиться переустанавливать и перезаливать все книги. Не для всех вариантов можно найти альтернативу - единственное, что заставляет пользоваться. Никому не рекомендую при наличии альтернативы.

Not user friendly. Really difficult to use comparing with other readers: no convenient scaling, highlighting and even page turning. Was installed only because the seller of ebooks insisted. Highly in need to improve to be user friendly.

Worst ever. Worst ever

bookmarks and highlights disappears. All my bookmarks and highlights suddenly disappeared from a document after I didn't open it for couple weeks.

Useless. Got W_ADEPT_CORE_WRONG_DEVICE error trying to open the books from my library which can be opened on the laptop.

The app is a real pain in neck. I wonder why Adobe’s developers would have ever created an app like this one. It’s the worst reading app in history, it’s laggy, there is a serious lack of features, and it looks so bad. Never use it, please.

Fck you adobe.. As a photographer / videographer i will never subscribe to your software precisely because of this application.

Awful. Seriously? I have to use your app just cause the book I bought is not available anywhere. No zoom, no availability to go to a necessary page, not syncing progress among devices. What is wrong with you?
