все хуже и хуже. вылетает из-за «нехватки памяти» (которая есть), недавно после этой ошибки стерлась вся история переписки. Куча спам-звонков. Полное убожество, давно бы удалил, если бы не необходимость поддерживать контакт с парой человек

Перестали приходить уведомления о новых сообщениях. Получаю их только когда зайду в приложение.. Когда исправите? Надоело, не первый раз уже такое происходит!

Не первый месяц. Не высвечиваются баннере на экране о новом сообщении. Сообщения приходят, когда только зашёл в Вайбер.

Свои стикеры. Приложение прекрасное, но есть одно но. На iOS нельзя делать свои стикеры. Исправьте пожалуйста. Ставлю 5 звёзд в надежде на исправление.

Почему в списке чатов при каждом запуске появляется реклама всякого барахла?!. После последнего обновления при входе в приложение каждый раз появляется строка со спамом, она же появляется при входе в настройки. Отключить эту гадость никак нельзя.

После обновления некорректно приходят уведомления. Добрый день, сразу после обновления уведомление на заблокированном экране стало приходить без предпросмотра сообщения, с незнакомым звуком (проверила, что в настройках установлен не он) и с именем отправителя не таким, как он у меня сохранен в контактах, а с его родным. Можно мне как-то откатить на предыдущую версию, что сделать?

Не активируется. После покупки нового телефона - приложение не активируется на новом устройстве. Не приходит входящий звонок для активации. Высвечивается сообщение об отстуствии подключения к сети (хотя другие месенджеры и приложения работают ). После нескольких попыток активации - блокирует на сутки. Подскажите решение проблемы!!!

Удаляю без сожаления:). Постоянно добавляют в спам чаты. Просто бесконечно. Не решилась проблема со звуком в видеозвонках. Очень назойливые оповещения, о том, что кто-то установил себе Вайбер. Пользовался вынужденно, по доброй воле таким пользоваться не будет ни один человек.

Что происходит с приложением и почему не работает служба поддержки?. Аналогичная с нижеописанными случаями проблема. Ни с того, ни с сего не могу зайти в приложение - код доступа на номер не приходит - «сбой активации, нажмите на кнопку справка». В справке нет ничего толкового и это продолжается уже около недели! Потеряны рабочие контакты, рабочие записи и важные переписки. Разработчики, вы думаете решать эту проблему? P.s. Ну и для чего писать в поддержку, когда ответ и так очевиден многим - аккаунт был взломан: «Здравствуйте. Ваш номер был заблокирован в Viber в связи с рассылкой спама или в результате необычной деятельности. Аккаунт был автоматически добавлен в черный список и не может быть разблокирован. На данный момент мы не можем предоставить никакой дополнительной информации. Пожалуйста, не отвечайте на это письмо». И что нет возможности его восстановить, как это делается в нормальных приложениях - подтвердить номер, прислать паспорт, сменить пароли? Свинство, ей богу… Вы сами не даете людям возможности нормально пользоваться своим же приложением! Заводить новый номер никому не интересно… Как и наплевательское отношение к людям и их перепискам, бизнесу… Ноль - ваша оценка!

Сменился номер телефона: не могу активировать приложение на телефоне!. Совершенно не могу теперь пользоваться Viber, хотя давно им пользовалась и все устраивало. Ввожу номер телефона и мне программа пишет что сбой, скачивала приложение много раз заново, но все тщетно. Это вообще возможно изменить!?

Кривое обновление. Пропало превью - пишет только, что кто-то отправил сообщение. Наклейки с количеством сообщений не уходят после просмотра. Звук сообщений стал стандартный один на всех. Новые сообщения можно посмотреть только пройдя в чаты в конкретную переписку, сами сообщения проявляются не сразу. Исправляйте, пока остатки ваших пользователей окончательно не ушли в Вотсап.

Не работает от слова совсем. Несколько месяцев назад сменила номер телефона изменила в настройках на новый номер все было Гуд, в последние несколько недель сообщения не отправлялись. обновила приложение- не помогло, перезапустила телефон- не помогло,решила переустановить приложение вайбер. По итогу захожу как новый пользователь пытаюсь зарегистрироваться, а приложение пишет отсутствует подключение к интернету, хотя он есть и работает отлично. Код активации не приходит на телефон, контакты не видит вайбер, все чаты удалились! Резервного копирования не было к сожалению. Что делать? Уведомления!. Стали отключаться уведомления в сообществах сами по себе! Только включу и через минуту они сами отключаются😠

Отвратительно. Уведомления срабатывают через раз. Вылетает по несколько раз на дню. А места занимает нереально много, при этом даже после очистки всех чатов размер занятого пространства не меняется! Всё обновляют, обновляют, а как было г, так и осталось. А теперь ещё и фотографии не отправляются. В лучшем случае с третьего раза

Тупой Вайбер!. Пользуюсь Вайбером, только из-за родителей. Я думаю здесь большинство таких) 1. что у вас с памятью? Почему не нельзя ни как ее очистить? Слетели все чаты, какого фига??. Приложение залагало и по итогу удалились все чаты со всеми нужными мне фотографиями!

Что же происходит с Вайбер ?(( не приходят уведомления из общих чатов пока не зайдёшь в саму программу и там видишь что у тебя куча непринятый смс, из-за этого можно пропустить все самое интересное в диалогах 🤦‍♀️. Почитала в отзывах оказывается это частая проблема у многих пользователей приложения, жаль что за год вы так ее и не исправили 😱

Реклама. Появление рекламного блока среди чатов - за это отдельный котёл в аду положен. Мне интересно чем руководствуются люди которые это придумали?!🤬 Сложно что ли сделать как у всех-внизу страницы? Раньше эта полоска рекламы была только в бизнес-чатах вверху и в разделе профиля с настройками, теперь уже и до чатов добрались

Очень тугая служба поддержки.. Не могу войти в приложение, так как пишет, что возникает какая-то проблема. Уже несколько раз писал, заполнял различные формы. Ответ всегда приходит один и тот-же. Отвечает робот. В поддержке what’sApp всегда отвечают быстро, четко. И отвечают люди. Быстро решают проблему. Почему тут не так, остаётся вопросом.

В групповых чатах нет звука. В групповых чатах сами по себе отключаются уведомления. При включении звука- они автоматом переходят в беззвучный режим. Обновление последнее не помогло, проблему не исправили. Невозможно пользоваться приложением- всю важную информацию просто пропускаю. IOS16. Hello! I’ve updated my iphone to ios16. And now when I open Viber it does not show the Contact’s status (when he/she was online). It is impossible to click on the arrow pointing downwards (the arrow below the Contact’s name). Thank you for looking into this problem.

Terrible support service.. I sent several identical messages to my friends - mine the account has been blocked. The support service has blacklisted my number. I have been asking for the block to be lifted for more than two days now. The bot responds in kind. Chats only for work and with relatives. Spam was never sent out. Terrible support service. Developers should care more about their users.

Bad sound quality on IPhone 13. Unfortunately, after changing to my new iPhone 13 from Samsung Galaxy S8 the sound quality has become much worse. The person who I’m talking to can barely hear me. Makes me think about using other messengers where the quality sound is much better

“Communities” is raw feature. I’m getting angry if i find me in some communities i don’t like. And I can’t see who invited me to those communities. And I didn’t find any settings if I don’t want to join any community. Maybe you can add something like ‘you were invited to ... by ... . Wold you like to join?’

Awful support. Once you left a request to solve the problem that you might have with this app, no need to wait for the solution. As support will keep sending you an auto emails. And if you’ll try to leave a new request, then you’ll receive a letter from a real person who will be arguing about your second request. Again with no solution to your problem.👎🏻

Backup. Please add to Backup Setting an option to choose not only iCloude storage. If you should repair iPhone and are forced to use another phone for days-weeks-months, how can you shift all important chat history?! I haven’t found the answer yet.

Terrible. Super laggy on iPhone 12, a lot of bugs, missing functionality. For example you can’t attach file from Files application via Viber application. You should close Viber, open Files and finally send file to recipient. Long story short - I hate Viber.

Siri can’t read messages. When there is an incoming message on CarPlay, and I click on it, Siri doesn’t read it. Just says “you have no new messages”. I’ve checked all settings, and everything is set up correctly. I’ve also tried to ask Siri to read new Viber messages directly on my iPhone and iPad, but the result is the same. I have the latest iOS versions installed and it works fine for all other messengers I have. Please fix.

Viber deletes files. My setting was to keep media files for 1 month. But *.m4a were deleted earlier saying “files were deleted, ask sender to re-send it” - this a bug. I also faced an issue while restoring history on new Windows computer, so had to do it several times.

Small freeze. iOS 13.4. When switching between apps and back to Viber the app freezes for a bit which doesn’t allow to write a message or see new one unless wait a second or two

Can’t delete all media in massage. I’m cleaning my phone and some massages have too many irrelevant media file. Why I can’t open file and choose all files and delete them. I had too clean all the chat ( even) text massages for cleaning the history of massages. This is very uncomfortable now. Please, bring it back as it used to be

Bugs after Update to 16 iOS. After having updated my iPhone to iOS 16 there is a bug in the Viber - it is not possible to see the status of the contacts and to access the profile from the chat

Issues. Switching to the viber message from watching movie in another app makes Viber viewport too small, invalid. Some issues when do a video call, back camera shows the mirrored image. Sometimes an image from the camera hides and doesn’t show until rotate phone to landscape and back.

Very bad. The app does not support 3D Touch / Haptic Touch. The application is poorly adjusted to work with photos and postscripts to them. The application does not work well with forwarding messages to other chats. The application shows only the first sent message from one chat, the rest are not shown, which is very inconvenient. In this application everything is very bad with intuitiveness and customization. I urge all of you people not to believe in safety statements of this app! I will not advise the application until something changes.

Crucial option missing!. Currently it’s impossible for a super admin in Community to check who viewed their messages, which is very inconvenient because community can be very useful to notify groups of people about certain events or rehearsals. Also an option of adding a calendar and scheduled updates would be very helpful too.

Finally. Finally you have added a folder for business spam!!! Now I’m able to find messages from people. It took you so many years to develop :)

Problem!. After the last update, the application started to work badly. The problem concerns group chats: when I enter the application, it takes a very long time to load new messages. Apple Watch. Was very disappointed to find out that Viber no longer supports Apple Watch, nor do I understand their reason for such decision. It is truly a shame since Viber used to be one of my main messengers, but I will be using different apps moving forward since I heavily rely on my Apple Watch. Hope that Viber will listen to their customers and I can go back to using your services.

Can be even better!. I like Viber! But it would be great to have one more option. Things do happen and sometimes people send messages to a group chat by mistake then they quickly delete it not paying attention that they delete it only for themselves. And then nothing can be done - the message is viewed by everyone in the group . Several times people asked me to delete their messages from the group chat that I created- but I couldn’t help them:( And they were not very happy- there should always be a way to undo what was done by mistake:) Thank you. I have a problem on my iPhone device, I couldn't stay in Viber for more than 3 minutes, it's not parental control, I just don't have it, an error pops up in Viber after 3 minutes: there is not enough space on your iPhone device to run the Viber application. But at the same time I could restart into Viber, and everything started all over again. Messages backup restore feature doesn’t work on iPad. I have a Viber messenger installed on my 3 devices: iPhone, iMac and iPad. I’ve synced my messages history on my iMac desktop successfully. But unfortunately I couldn’t restore backup and sync the history on iPad. Viber updated up to a newest version on all my devices. Settings > Account > Viber Backup is simply not available at all in menu in iPad app, despite that fact I’ve confirmed adding a device by QR-code and successfully logged in to my account, it was synced only the groups without the rest messages history...the same as I didn't get a message on start for contacts and history synchronization on device. Looks like a bug on iPad devices in last update...

Rubbish. Viber as normal likes to restrict people with various numbers which sometimes are perfectly innocent! You need to keep consumers on your side or will move to signal. I’m absolutely appalled you’ve stopped my native country access and have a very pathetic way to verify which doesn’t work, wake up Viber this is the 21st century and your acting like a business from the 20th century and stop restricting innocent people unless you really want a lawsuit against yourselves. Your recent updates are rubbish in which people loose trust in yourselves and why can’t you use email verification as an alternative to a phone number? Now I rate you low as not trustworthy and seems destroy everything including peoples access. Plus remember not everyone continues having the same number in this age. You need to grow up and be more intelligent or your competitors will succeed you!

When will you add option for second user’s account. The key disadvantage of Viber is absence of option to add 2nd phone number: either as it’s organized in Telegram - switching between 2 accounts inside the app; or as in WhatsApp - WhatsApp Business App. How many years Viber will wait to make this essential step for the users who need to use both numbers (2 SIMs) in Viber having 1 mobile device?

Terrible Support – Problem Ignored for 9 Days. I have been trying to resolve an issue with activating my phone number on Viber for 9 days, and the support team has been completely unresponsive and ineffective. Despite multiple messages, explaining how critical it is for me to access Viber to communicate with my bank, nothing has been done. The support is atrocious—they simply ignore the problem, even after I repeatedly emphasized how important it is for me to regain access. This level of neglect is unacceptable. I’m extremely disappointed with the lack of action and care from Viber. If you rely on this app for essential communication, be prepared for zero support when things go wrong.

No Secure. No support. I am deeply disappointed with Viber. My account was hacked, and spam messages are being sent to my contacts. I tried to log in to secure my account, but the two-step verification process is impossible to complete because the system claims my email address is incorrect. I reached out to Viber support for help, but I haven’t received any meaningful assistance. Meanwhile, my account remains compromised, and my contacts are still getting spam messages. This situation is unacceptable for an app that claims to prioritize user security. I expected much better support and a more reliable way to recover my account in such critical situations. Viber needs to seriously improve its customer service and account recovery process.

Good messenger for everything but with some issues…. Hi dear developers and colleagues! Your app still having very good connectivity stability in comparison with competitors! Especially than the Telegram, the latest updates has become many options that you have not, but severely decreased video and voice call quality and stability. Separate thanks for adding the ability to clean the cash files… but in this tool I’ve see something more declarative than useful. There’s a big difference between cleanable data amount that displays Viber and iOS, and that’s a little bit confusing. The more visible this difference when user leaves some chat with big amount of multimedia and then attempting to clean the data. I’ve seen that several times on my device, when iOS reporting usage amount more than 3 gigabytes, while Viber declared only 160 megabytes… please double check that! Sometimes the data amount are very important, especially when a user has limited space left. Thank you for the hard work! Keep moving!

Keeps crashing. Viber keeps crashing every time I’m launching the app. I seriously hate it. It worked fine previous years but something definitely changed cuz it has too many bugs. It crashes when you launch it so basically I can’t use it anymore. Hope everybody stops using it and switches to telegram.

Good app. It’s a good app, one of the greatest even. The only minus it has, is that it has ads. The other things are great! It’s easy to use viber, and easy to message somebody with it. And plus when I deleted Viber on my phone because I didn’t have enough space, I opened it on my IPad, and I had to log in again. When I logged in, the chats were blank, and there were no people in them. Now, I was added to the groups once again, but I still don’t understand why did I have to log in when I deleted it on my phone, if I didn’t delete it on my IPad. But never mind all that, thanks for the great app!

History. after updating to the new version of Viber, my chat history is completely gone. the phone number on which Viber was used was deactivated, so I could no longer log into my old Viber and transfer it to a new number. Viber new version crash. Dear developers Please fix your app. It always crashes on my iPhone when I’m trying to open an app because of your new update, but on a pc it works perfectly and now I have no account, no important information, clearly nothing after I’ve reinstalled program because I cannot open it. Still no support for multiple accounts. I have two SIM cards (one personal and one for work) in one iPhone, and basically all messengers are by far logically supporting the feature of multiple accounts (can use two numbers and switch right inside Telegram and for WhatsApp can install WhatsApp Business which are both very handy). In Viber there is still no way to do this and it’s actually really uncomfortable, because I can’t take advantage of the app and the phone while all other similar “advanced” messengers include this option long time ago. Please add this or at least create the opportunity to download second Viber to use another number.

Still triggers false notifications. Still getting false message notification from the app but do not see new messages when open the app. This usually happens when connection is poor. I suggest that app emits notification as receives messages from snoozed (ignored) chats. For some reasons in this case app triggers notification. I do hope that above would be enough to fix such annoying behavior.

Much spam content and hideous report mechanism in app. Recently, a lot of spam and inappropriate ads have appeared in the application. The application does not provide a convenient way to report this content. The functionality that is currently available is limited to a small list of countries. In addition, you need to fill out a long questionnaire and transfer a lot of personal information including phone, email, first and last name. As a result of this lengthy procedure, user get a check and an error. NO RESULT. Please, provide a user-friendly anti-spam mechanism 🙏🏼

Getting worse. Why is it since the last few updates there are limited amount of gifs to send, and secondly since last update 2 days ago most chats or channels the notifications are automatically muted and even if turn back on within 30 minutes notifications are muted. This is extremely poor service and can affect people life’s living in countries at war. When are you going to fix this?

Messages sent to wrong people. Please, stop shuffling chat list. Every time I trying to resend message, half of them going to wrong people, because right before I tap on right person’s chat, it shuffles and goes somewhere, and the point I tap in the end is wrong chat. Same when I open app, and trying to choose needed chat, shuffling comes again, and I open different chat.

Secret chat room. After the update of viber program, notifications for secret chat stopped working. And also it is possible to enter the secret chat now only in one way, through search among groups. Cannot use the app, it keeps crashing. It worked fine for years and today it just started crashing a second after I open it. Tried to reinstall it, delete cache, delete iCloud data - nothing worked! Messages are not arrive with notifications. Long ago I disabled notifications. And now I cannot get these back in app. Vibes notification switch turned off, yet my notification configuration in settings switched on. In app when I try to switch notifications the app redirects me to settings. On which the notifications is enabled. When I get back to app the notification switch is off. So I cannot receive messages someone sends me, until I open app. Tried to reinstall app, nothing happened

Messages aren’t sent. I have been using app for a long time and whenever I send a message I see one ✔️ which means that message is sent but not delivered. So, the most annoying thing that is happening throughout several days in a row, I mean I have sent a message and see only one ✔️ and after three of four days I open the application and see the same, just only one ✔️ instead of two✔️. I can’t communicate with others, so I prefer another channel of communication. Why it happened? P.S. I use different wifi and also it happens with LTE connection.

Uncomfortable app. Honestly, I completely dislike this app. This interface is awful and uncomfortable to use. I’m so glad such alternative as telegram was created. But unfortunately, there are a lot of people using this app, so I’m just forced. This app needs to be changed and improved a lot.

I hate Viber!. I have been using Viber for over 7 years. And during this period there has never been an update regarding changing the ringtone. Viber is often and mainly used for work, many work contacts use Viber. But personally, I want to delete this application and forget about it forever. The reason is the laziness of the developers. The application is more than 10 years old, and you can’t change the ringtone on it, what nonsense? All applications have this function, but Viber doesn’t. This Viber ringtone makes me sick, I experience severe stress and anger when I hear this ringtone, practically. I always use silent mode in order not to hear the Viber ringtone. If all my subscribers were on other messengers, I would permanently close Viber cooperation and delete my account and never return to using your application. Awful. The only app that can be worse is WhatsApp. No access to year old media. No automatic back up. Fast connection to people is impossible. Constant problems with notifications and calls. Despite good internet connection via call is the worst thing you can imagine. No synchronisation between devices. You install app on ipad, you see only group chats and even they are blank. Interface however is not that terrible but needs a ton of improvement. Every day I regret people using Viber instead of telegram.

Additional account from one device!. It would be great and convenient to have private and work accounts in one application at the same time and switch between them...!! It is extremely inconvenient to carry 2 phones with you

Missed some messages. For some reasons I am not able to review those messages in Viber app which were sent to me. I was informed about them via notifications and when I open the app there are no those messages. Besides, I’m absolutely sure that they were not removed by senders

Activation failed. I was using viber for 3 working days and over a sudden my app stopped to working. I deleted and installed an app once again via appstore page. During login system alerted “activation failed” pls click on help to know. After reviewing the issue library I issued a technical ticket and asked a support team to have a look to my problem. Someone responded to my in a very rood manner that my number was reported as spam and I should never contact them again to learn more. — I answered back I explained, that I am 63yo Ukrainian refugee, seeking a temporary living in a foreign country and viber is the only thing for my to communicate with my family. Hope the management board will reach out very soon.

Totally disgusting. Viler was cool 5 years ago. But currently this is the worst messenger ever. I hate the way sync is working. Telegram stores all media and txt messages FOREVER and you can access that data from any device and Telegram does not have any kind of in app purchases, moreover it is at least in some way guarantee the security. On Viber we have only option to manually backup data on external cloud store and the funniest is that Viber does not guarantee the security therms of this backed up messages. Even themes option is bad. On every modern app we have an option to use same as system theme, but not here. Hate all this advertising which I get on Viber hate all this dummy stickers hate the logo. The only reason why I sometimes install it is because this app is very popular among people 40+

The worst app. ARE YOU KIDDING ME. I knew that I don’t like Viber but after what you did I HATE IT. First of all, yesterday I was logged out from my account I suppose due to an update. Imagine my surprise when I log in today in the morning and I see NONE of THE FREAKING CHATS I HAd. I go to the settings to check for a back up and see that the last one was done 5 days ago!!! And the automatic back up is turned off ALTHOUGH I clearly remember HAVING IT ON!!!!!!!!! Do you think this is funny? SHOULDN'T YOU NOTIFY ME YOU’RE GOING TO DELETE EVERYTHING SO THAT I CAN BACK UP TO THE NEWEST VERSION?????? YOU ABSOLUTELY SHOULD. Thanks god it is missing only 5 days or I don’t what I would do. Data storage. Maaaan...it's 2023 now - the data CANNOT be stored on the local device. You need to switch to the cloud - so far I've lost hundreds of messages and pics when I was switching from one device to another. Another thing - when my iPhone's free space ran very low, I've got an issue when Viber decided "to start from a scratch" - so when i opened the app, it asked me to enter my phone number, then i was prompted to the screen of chats which was blank so i needed to "initiate" each conversation from a scratch. ty

Add multiply accounts. Please add multiply accounts to be able to operate in one program simultaneously. I have several phone numbers and have Viber accounts for all of them. I want to have all my accounts in one program. GG have this feature already. Or/and please add automatic forward function: all income messages are automatically forwarded to another Viber account.

On Viber, there are usually many different platforms from different media carriers, which makes it even more popular according to the needs of everyone.

Ads messenger. Positioned as a messenger. In fact, without access to contacts is not functional. Adding a contact directly is not possible. Advertising in settings, in the chat list, in the call tab! Viber works awfully. I am so tired of this app! Unfortunately, almost all my friend/ relatives use viber. But this app is a complete dissatisfaction for the last period. Messages people receive with delay, the same is with calls. Sometimes there is a need to open app manually and only then you see that several hours ago someone wrote you something or called you🤦🏻‍♀️🤦🏻‍♀️🤦🏻‍♀️ And thanks to viber you missed it even though you was doing sth on your phone. But the last problem is the following: Someone send me picture but I can’t open it. It just doesn’t appear! I see only black downloading screen. But what is more - I also can’t send pictures!!! I need to delete app, download it again and only then i works. But in some time the things caused again 🤦🏻‍♀️🤦🏻‍♀️🤦🏻‍♀️🤦🏻‍♀️

Backup and storage bugs. For some reason after backing up into backup to iCloud and restoring messages (backup done without media) - the state of messages for some reason got back for 3 years ago. Many chats got lost. The reason to do so was to backup chats, remove app. Install app, restore chats. All because of the inadequate app behavior regarding space consumption. This was mentioned many times already so the problem is huge. In my case it showed 190mb vs 7gb actual size of data. Anyway im happy that I am not using viber frequently but unfortunately many of happy memories and thoughtful conversations has been lost because of issues with backups. My understanding that the problem is complex so app loses state of chats and conversations and because of that also doesn’t show the actual space used

Literally the worst messenger ever. It is what it is. Though it might seem stable at a first glance, it’s not. It is resource-consuming, it contains an incredible amount of both ads and completely unnecessary features, the user profile UI is counter-intuitive, and on the desktop version it forcefully updates itself, and each and every time it opens a blog page in your browser (there is no possibility to turn it off). Overall, using Viber feels like trying to fight a drunk clown. It still lets you send messages and call people though, so it technically works.

Critical bugs need to be fixed.. 1. For some reason Viber doesn't see some of my contacts in my phone. It says "this person is not your contact". When I try to save a contact, it saves it at first, but after two seconds the "Save" button appears again and the contact is defined as "unsaved". Nevertheless, it will be saved several times in the phonebook. And access to the contacts is allowed. 2. Contacts and messages partially or completely fail to synchronize with my iPad and PC, under the same account. Neither updating nor reinstalling the app solves the issue. 3. When making calls between two subscribers, the quality of connection jumps from "excellent" to "bad" rapidly, words are lost and the conversation is often interrupted. And this happens regardless of the network quality and signal strength of Wi-Fi or 4G. At the end of the day, these three bugs are already critical enough and should be fixed as soon as possible.

I entered gallery pop up and now not able to close it - there is simply no button or gesture to get rid of it. The area around is unclickable because of the overlay. What should I do. Dear Viber developers. Dear Viber developers, Every 5 days, someone tries to hack into my phone by calling my number. I have enabled two-factor authentication, but it doesn't stop them. Could you make it more secure by using English letters and various symbols? This would give me hope that the thief wouldn't be able to guess the combination of numbers that you currently suggest setting up. It would also be great if users could choose whether any devices can be authorized on their accounts at the moment.

All my data was lost. Recently I bought new iPhone. Despite I’ve recovered iOS from icloud backup it still requested sign in on app start, which is expected so I’m ok with it. But once I successfully performed sign in on my new phone - I was automatically signed out on my old iPhone.... And as figured out, it resulted in LOOSING ALL MY CHAT HISTORY!!! Since once I signed in back on my old iPhone - chat history was already completely wiped, LOL! I don’t know why on earth people use this messenger as primary one. Even though I’m not one of them, I’m still FORCED to use it and I had some important data there and now it’s lost. NOBODY WARNED ME like “hey, I see you are using new device, be caution while doing sign in if you haven’t done backup yet, as you’ll loose your data” - that is smth I would expect when you have such a critical defect in your app!!! - Btw, on initial viber screen there is a link kinda “transfer chat history from another device” which instructs you what to do. But who cares if it still doest inform me that I’LL LOOSE ALL MY DATA FOREVER IF I JUST PERFORM SIGN IN FIRST!!! IT’S RIDICULOUS!

The worst app that I have ever used.. I used Skype, Slack, Telegram, Facebook messenger, Mattermost. Last several weeks I got notification about some messages, but when click on them, move to chat don’t see new messages. Today one of members of our group posted several photos. I got notifications about it, but again not see that messages. I tried to re-install app, but it did not help. I have MacOS and iOS Viber application. On MacOS I see photos , but on IPhone I did not see them, but I see replies on that photos... It is really disappointing me. I can not imagine that some other messages, that I used and using, have such problems. Unfortunately, I can not switch our group to another messenger, because most of members are old relatives and it hard to explain them new one. If developer contact with me I will provide needed info. Ужасно много рекламы!. Реклама стала везде! Ad сообщения прямо посреди чатов! Это позор! Делайте платно отписку от неё или люди просто поудаляют ваш вайбер ибо аналогов как минимум два полноценных у нас есть! Задумайтесь!

Постоянно пишет недостаточно памяти. Несколько лет пользовалась приложением, потом оно стало занимать много памяти в телефоне, удалила и скачала заново. И началооооось…ПОСТОЯННО при попытке зайти вылазит сообщение «недостаточно памяти» хотя свободной памяти на устройстве от 1,5гб и больше. Просто выкидывает при попытке зайти или еще хуже: написала сообщение и при нажатии «отправить» опять это «недостаточно памяти» и всё стирается и выкидывает. Чистила кэш и память, все равно эта дичь. Исправьте пожалуйста!!!

Плохо. При последнем обновлении стал хуже работать ! Звук уведомления приходит как стандартный , а не Вайбер, когда приложение закрыто, только заходишь в приложение повторно приходит тоже самое сообщение со звуком Вайбер. И на экране отображается стандартно : «кто-то написал в группе» опять же если приложение закрыто. Открываешь- повторно приходит в группе подписанной как надо .

напрягает. Нет уведомлений о пришедших сообщениях только кода заходишь в чат сообщения сразу приходят

Удаление сообщений. Почему вы не сделаете возможным чистить чаты не удаляя их и не выходя из них? У меня миллион сообщений в группах, а я их не могу очистить!

НЕ ГРУЗИТ. После последнего обновления перестали загружаться фотографии!!! Просто ужасно и очень неудобно. Есть важные чаты, а я фотографии не могу просмотреть👎😡

Бизнес-чаты. Верните возможность удалять эти ненужные бизнес-чаты. Пользователь должен иметь возможность выбора. А вы лишили этой возможности

Не приходят уведомления и не проходят звонки. Не приходят уведомления об смс и не проходят звонки в Вайбере. Видишь только когда зайдёшь в приложение кучу пропущенных звонков и смс.

Не приходят сообщения. Перестали вовремя приходить сообщения. Сообщения приходят после захода в приложение. Кто знает как исправить?

Плохо работает приложение. Раньше отходили смс! Теперь , что бы узнать написали или нет нужно зайти в приложение! А там 2 дня назад написано было! После обновления совсем не очень стало приложение !

Вайбер. Это какой-то ужас, приходят уведомления о не прочитанных сообщениях при этом нет ни одного сообщения. За минуту может прийти до 20 уведомлений, кошмар.

Очень тугая служба поддержки.. Не могу войти в приложение, так как пишет, что возникает какая-то проблема. Уже несколько раз писал, заполнял различные формы. Ответ всегда приходит один и тот-же. Отвечает робот. В поддержке what’sApp всегда отвечают быстро, четко. И отвечают люди. Быстро решают проблему. Почему тут не так, остаётся вопросом.

Спонсируют Израиль!. Удаляю данное приложение и ставлю 1 звезду из-за того что данное приложение спонсирует Израиль против Палестины, если ты верующий человек будь ты Мусульманином, Христианином или Иудеем поддержи байкот против притеснителя и убийцы!

А что происходит?. А посему приложение работает через VPN. Что бы отправить или прочитать-включаю впн. Впн ВЫключаю: перестает всё загружаться и отправляться.

Восстановите возможность удаления. Восстановите возможность удаления нескольких сообщений что за безобразие вы делаете

На работает после обновления. После 23.7.1 обновления не открывается- сразу же вылетает. iOS 15.3.

…. Приложение хорошее, но почему то мне приходят сообщения с активацией вайбера. Также мне звонят в 5-7 утра по 2-3 раза. Это достало!!!! Обращалась в поддержку, но там нет ничего прохожего на мою ситуацию. Исправте ошибку🙏🙏🙏
