WSJ mobile app. Great source of timely accurate information

More on user experience. Being able to read saved articles across devices instead of having individual MyWSJ on each one would be a priceless feature you may want to add in the nearest future.

Useless. Unable to register from the app. I always get this error: "atttempted to link account but Tycoon said user already exists" (yes, this is your spelling by the way). Tried a few different email addresses with the same result.

smooth. Quality journalism, great app. I’m missing a single section that would collect all the Journal Reports, but I can’t find it on the website either. And the search sometimes doesn’t find what I’m looking for even though I’m using all the right key words. But that’s nothing compared to the overall convenience.

Comments. Can’t find access to comment section in the app. Make it more intuitive

Мутные условия. Подписался на журнал со скидкой, затем отменил автопродление через appleID, но деньги все равно сняли, Карл! Оказывается надо ещё и в личном кабинете отменять автоплатежи, причем это делается только по телефонному звонку. Хорошо английский знаю. Самой подпиской в оплаченный период не пользовался, но деньги мне вернуть отказались. Что тут сказать, настоящие волки с Уолл стрит.

App won’t allow login if diff emails. I am a subscribed reader, but since the emails I use for newspaper subscriptions and the app store are different, the app wont let me login - all it does is check whether or not I bought the subscription through the app/app store, which I didn’t, and won’t provide an option of using my other login details. This is frustrating and makes both the app and the subscription a pain to use.

Хорошая прога. Я работаю руководителем отдела крупного холдинга. И хоть моя жизнь не волнует обывателя, отмечу что большая часть информации помогает строить бизнес-стратегии и знать больше других. Качественные сми дают крепкий бизнес-фундамент, поэтому рекомендую. P.s.: а насчет России они ошибаются. Но это уже политика госдепа, они лишь исполнители.

You can’t cancel subscription. Subscription cancellation is a nightmare. You should CALL them to cancel. How should I call from Georgia if you don’t even have a number for the country? So scammy, disgusting.

The application is free (it's a joke). Probably, WSJ is a good application, but hardly is free. 90% of articles require subscription for a full WSJ version. That's pity that you can't subscribe separately for IPhone version. You pay or can read nothing. Bloomberg for IPhone is much better!

Can’t decline subscription in app. No possibilities to cancel subscription in app, even via e-mail. They say I can cancel subscription only by call. Disgusting service, doesn’t match the product. Never use again. Very upset.

Cancel subscription. You are scammers. Do I really need to call to your office to cancel my subscription? Are you kidding? Why I can subscribe online but can’t unsubscribe? Do you compensate international call?
