низкая надежность и качество. банальная ситуация с продлением подписки на трафик может вылиться в огромные проблемы и многочасовую переписку с поддержкой в виду каких-то сбоев у этого оператора. будьте готовы оказаться в чужой стране без доступа к системе оплаты, перевода и навигации.... качество интернета приемлемое, а услуга как таковая отвратительная.

Цена тарифов. Везде пишут про эту программу и ссылаются на то, что благодаря ей не нужно приобретать местные симки, что это все дешевле. По факту это не так. 20 гигабайт стоит $26. Местная симка гораздо дешевле, да и трафика будет порядка 50-60гигов. Проверено.

Приходится отказаться от Airalo.. Успешно пользовался на протяжении последних 2-х лет. Все устраивало до тех пор пока не смог установить купленный тариф в Англии. Выдает ошибку установки. Служба поддержки упорно молчит и игнорирует обращения. И меня такие сложности отношение к клиентам не устраивает категорически. Выкинул 15 долларов на ветер. Не разорился, но осадочек остался. Ушел к конкурентам. Такой же тариф вышел дешевле и встал на телефон мгновенно. Всем успехов в выборе.

Свобода от ценников роуминга. Удоство просто класс. Перед прилетом в страну купил esim и по прилету ты уже в аэропорту с интернетом на телефоне. Меня это сильно выручило в Турции, так как отельер отменил мою бронь и благодаря доступу в интернет я узнал об этом и сразу сделал новую бронь. Большое спасибо за такой удобный сервис. Хорошо бы повторные дозакупки по симке сделать чуть дешевле.

Нет подключения к интернету. Поймал сеть SoftBank 3g, LTE, месенджеры, ни интернет не работает, продолжаю пользоваться роумингом от Билайн

Приложение не работает.. Не возможно открыть (заказать) любую e-sim. Показывает все страны но не раскрывает меню опций и заказов. Раньше приложение работало, но сейчас что-то пошло не так. Переустановка не помогает.

Пользовался, одобряю, советую.. Великолепный сервис. Использовал в Турции ещё до появления в AppStore, все вопросы решил в email переписке с сотрудником Mea. Оставался все время доволен. Везде в Турции был отличный интернет, часто использовал симку вместо Wifi отеля, который вечно отваливался из за перегрузок. Из пожеланий - сделать возможность давать имя каждой eSim - к примеру если купил eSim для двух устройств (в моем случае было 3 устройства - iPad, мой iPhone и iPhone жены) и смотреть трафик по симкам было не удобно. 2 - дать возможность пользователю самостоятельно удалять не нужные eSim (мне приходилось это делать через email). В остальном - я максимально доволен сервисом. Была только маленькая проблема с активацией - писало что сервис не доступен. Не знаю по какой причине и кто виноват. Из приятного - случайно удалил eSim с IPhone на второй день пол храпениях в Турции из тарифов, обратился в техподдержку, выяснилось что второй раз активировать eSim нельзя. На бонус начислили 11$ для того, что бы я купил новую eSim сразу в ответе на мой вопрос «можно ли активировать eSim второй раз», даже без просьбы о компенсации. Молодцы, хвалю. Не слушайте тех, кто говорит «не работает 4g, связь не стабильная» и подобное. На примере Турции - связь работала без сбоев и почти везде 4g.

Нет сети. Купил пакет для России, думал опробовать как работает прежде чем ехать с ним заграницу, в итоге сразу подключился к мтс, через 5 мин отвалился и больше за целый день я так и не смог подключиться. Пишет нет сети и все.

Неверная идентификация esim. E-Sim doesn’t work.. Приобрел есим для Турции. При установке карта определилась как O2 (UK Orange) . Многие настройки сети невозможно изменить. Принудительно установлены для Великобритании. После прохождения регистрации согласно инструкции попытки подключения к Турецким сотовым сетям безуспешны. Поддержка сутки уже не отвечает на запрос. Карта не работает. Деньги не возвращают. Acquired esim for Turkey. During installation, the card was defined as O2 (UK Orange). Many network settings cannot be changed. Forced for UK. After registering according to the instructions, attempts to connect to Turkish cellular networks are unsuccessful. Support is no longer responding to requests. The card is not working. Money is not returned.

It's not a connection, it's a roulette. Previously, I often used it when traveling, there was a break once, which was quickly fixed and compensation was given in the domestic currency. However, as of 2024, the application works randomly: I took a plan for Cyprus for 20 gigabytes, but after ~4 gigabytes it stopped connecting to the mobile Internet at all, and support only bombards me with requests for hundreds of screenshots, without providing any practical benefit.

Useless. Tried in Kenya. I Used Airalo in parallel with local sim-card purchased in airport. The local sim-card provided 5-times more data (5Gb/LTE instead of 1Gb/4G with e-sim) at the same price. But the most problem is that e-sim didn’t work at all! Connection was good for both sims, moreover - the mobile operator was the same! But when I kept only e-sim activated - no internet connection((( May by it was my mistake, but I tried different modes, and I didn’t see any instructions and comments in the app:( Finally, I just spent $9,5 for nothing - in the future will prefer to use local sim.

Исчезает трафик. Интернет работает, быстрая настройка eSIM. Однако, очень странно расходуются пакеты. К примеру, за отпуск в данном приложении волшебным образом у меня ушло 3ГБ интернета за день. После чего купила пакет у Билайна и.. ровно при тех же функциях потратила 100 мб за день. Поэтому кажется, что данная компания специально сливает ваш трафик пакета, чтобы вам приходилось вновь и вновь покупать пакеты. Не рекомендую.

Nonexistent support. U may use the app for a while in several countries, but if u are a frequent flyer, one day day you’ll buy a non-installable SIM (mine was in Netherlands) and support won’t help, because they don’t bother to answer. 36 dollars scam ✅

Ошибка 403!. Прекрасно пользовалась приложением, но последние 2 дня невозможно в него зайти. Висит ошибка 403…

Неудовлетворительно. Из плюсов: + цена ниже чем у конкурентов (если брать тарифы с Россией) + функциональное и более менее продуманное приложение + личный кабинет и в приложении и на сайте, что довольно удобно Из минусов: - сеть работает плохо - работает исключительно 3G, никакого LTE/4G нет - связь постоянно пропадает, работает около минуты, затем пропадает интернет через 10 секунд снова начинает работать, крайне неудобно, а если потоковый контент, то невозможно - в РФ (в частности на территории СПб) работает исключительно в сети Билайна, к другим сетям не подключается, даже в принудительном режиме. А значит если в необходимом местоположении не ловит Билайн интернета у вас не будет совсем Как итог, не рекомендую! Хоть цена довольно небольшая на территории рф, но работает здесь очень неудовлетворительно. А если сравнивать тарифы на территории ЕС то у конкурентов цена не намного выше (около 5-6€ за тот же гигабайт вместо 5$ здесь), однако качество связи несравнимо лучше и с поддержкой 4G, а так же действует 30 дней, а не 7, как это у Airalo.

Good app for travel use. The application is really good, it's enough just to figure out how to install esim by following the detailed guides provided, including in the application itself. There are both local esims for specific countries and regional ones, which is also very convenient. Good rates, plenty to choose from. I had no problems using esim while traveling, so I can safely recommend it.

Sh. Bought 2 esim can’t activate both, they don’t offer refund cause of their policy, so basically scam. Wouldn’t recommend. iPhone 13 no restrictions, don’t have any issues with other esim providers

woth it. Quite a convenient way to get internet access in a destination country prior to departure. No need to hustle around with local telecom providers upon arival. One consideration: these eSIMs don't provide you a local phone number for direct phone calls, only internet (at least that was at Cyprus, where I used it).

The best choice for trips. I got the 10gb plan for 15$ in Turkey and, honestly, buying this esim was the best decision to make! I’ve never written any reviews, but this app deserves it. I’m here for about 8 days and from that moment there was not a single minute without stable and fast internet. Moreover, it has connected right the second that the plane landed. Buying a sim-card here, in local shops, costs at least 25$ and, in addition to a higher price, you need to spend your trip from the airport to the hotel without connection. So using Airalo is far more convenient

Lost money, nerves and time!. This is a negative experience of using this application! Strongly not recommended, there is a problem with E-SIM, and the response time of support service is very long! There was a problem installing E-SIM, the fee has been paid, and the customer service desk did not respond within 3 hours. I had to contact another company, where e-sim was installed immediately. The warranty service is an ordinary robot and won't solve your problem. Don't spend money on this useless application.

good enough. Used it in US both West coast and East coast for around a month. Works fine. As I remember it was under T-Mobile roaming. It's cheaper than to buy data from local prepaid sim cards. Pay attention it goes though some European VPN (I guees Polish) so you will have some European google results instead of US.

Using while at sea. My first experience with Airalo was great. The main challenge for me as a seafarer is restriction on ability to buy “physically” SIM cards, especially during lockdown, so here eSIM comes to help! I spent barely 5 minutes to purchase required eSIM after arrival to Indonesia and started using it after installation, whole procedure was really fast. Great that I don’t need any long procedures with local providers to get it, no queues, no activation problems. Believe me, changing lots of countries for seafarer and staying in touch is really a challenge! App helps to manage and monitor different packages, really very handy and easy to use. Apple Pay function makes it brilliant and fast to purchase what you need and when you need without delays. Good job!

When it works it works, when it doesn’t you have zero support. I’ve used Airalo multiple times in many different countries- South Africa, Spain, Portugal… And when it works, it works good. But then I had few issues in Portugal - first time data usage doubled every time without any idea (South of Portugal, and my doubts about the closeness of the sea/border), another time my SIM card just stopped working without any reason, I payed one more package and still the same. And in both cases support is useless, they just send you emails for weeks without fixing anything and they don’t return the money, and you just stuck in the country abroad without connection…

Great for me as a tourist!. A friend of mine recommended me Airalo several years ago. I really like it and use it ever since. There are like 5 countries where I go like once a year or two, and the esims are stored in my iphone and when I board the plane I just topup the esim in Airalo and I have connection as soon as I land. I don‘t need to make calls or send sms, cause I use messengers all the time, so just an internet plan is enough for me. The prices are most of the time equal or a little bit higher than with regular sims, but I don’t have to go anywhere and spend time, so I better pay a bit more and have more free time. I haven’t tried any exotic destinations yet though. So totally recommend!

Miss. My experience is mixed. Used for the first time in Germany. everything was fine. easy. It was also good to buy France later, although the map did not install on the first try. But already with the move to Italy, a kind of disaster began. Nothing helped to get the Internet. at the same time, I paid additionally for a new card. Great!. I was happy to discover this app. The roaming is so expensive these days and most of the times provides you with quite limited amount of internet GBs for a lot of money. With Airalo I bought 1GB, and then easily topped up with 3 more. I was using it for all my messengers, even for Instagram. Though it takes a lot of data if you like calls / video calls. The best about the app - it gives you the opportunity to be online and stay in touch with your family. The only drawback I've experienced - when I topped up my package with another 3 GBs, it stopped working. There were no comments (or maybe I didn't notice them) on what I was supposed to do. I figured out that restarting my phone would help and it worked. Overall, very pleasant experience. Easy to use! Nice app!

Excellent e-sim application. Very useful e-sim application for those who is planning to travel to other countries and wants to be connected all the time. My first experience with Airalo was amazing. First I got subscription with very good discount, only 6 USD for 5 GB and perfect connection everywhere. E-sim installation was simple and fast. Activation took few seconds. So I’m very happy and definitely will use Airalo next time.

Recommended. A useful app for those who travel or going to vacation. The data fare is good to reasonable in most of the countries in Europe. The app offers to review the rates prior the choice. It’s handy when arriving in a country and there’s no chance or plan to obtain a local SIM card. Basically the app allows to start from the airport. I used Apple Pay and it was handy to obtain the e-sim. Installation instructions varied from manual to automated. Overall I’m quite happy to use the app.

Great solution. I was very happy to get Airalo! This is an awesome solution for me as I travel quite ofter and prices for roaming are usually quite high. UX is very friendly and easy to learn. Highly recommend! The only thing I’d like to see there is notification when my internet is nearly to end. Unexpectedly lost connection is not a great surprise, especially in an unknown place abroad.

Great app for frequent travelers!. All working pretty much well, but my five stars are to the airalo support team! Two times I had to ask them for assistance being abroad via app and responses and help were given in 10-15 min! Definitely recommend for use!

Very usable but still rough around the edges. It’s super efficient in terms of value per dollar spent, also the concept itself feels like the future, I like that. What I don’t like is that it’s not transparent about anything at all. I had so many questions and very little answers, especially when trying to limit my internet use so that I don’t lose my connectivity with world. If I’m running out of time soon and “refill” an eSim with the same package, does it renew both the data allowance and the expiration date? If the cell service providers has an outage, do I get notified? Can I get notified even, with no cell signal? Got stuck in Berlin with no service and in area with no wifi, had to activate roaming. Great app for travelers. If you travel through several countries and don’t have time to buy in every country a new local Sim-card and learn / choose between different tariffs - then this app is what you need! We had a trip to Hungary, Serbia, Macedonia, Albania and Montenegro - and in every country we use only one eSim from Airalo. Be careful with settings. I’ve bought eSim for Europe (38 countries), activated it without any problem. But when I came to Europe and turn on the internet button nothing happened. Because you have to turn on also the button “roaming data” in your cell phone settings, when I’ve done this, everything went well

No need for new SIM card when traveling.. Hi. I’m using this service for two years I think. Main advantage - you don’t need physical SIM anymore when traveling. Prices are reasonable and for me it is cheaper to buy Internet and not to pay roaming prices from my cell operator. Game changer!. That’s a game changer in travel. I’ve used it in Turkey, US and Tanzania so far. Believe you or not it’s chipper than local sim more often than not. Might be a bit tricky at times, for example sometimes I need to select network manually, or change settings to use hotspot, internet might disappear for few minutes occasionally (like once in a few days) but it well worth it. Convenience of getting online the moment your plane lands is something. Normally local carriers aren’t super tourist friendly, offering complex tariffs targeting long term local users rarely if at all providing an app to manage the plan in English not to mention required registration in some countries. Airalo app is super straightforward, plans are clear and just make a lot of sense. There is always ~$5 plan to try it out, which I really recommend before committing to a bigger one. In any case I’m not going to go for a local sim anytime soon, many thanks to airalo for that. I wish there was an option to have a local number as well.

Great app. Used the app several times in Turkey and in Spain, have a great experience without headache of buying and changing sim-cards. Everything was nice before one situation. I like this app but these weeks I faced situations when I paid money and didn’t receive my internet. And moreover, I wrote to support already for two times and nobody responded me. I am in Italy and in the road I need this 5GB which I payed but it doesn’t work even when I reset my phone already for 4 times, I see that it’s very strange, my display shows me that it working my even traffic tracking shows that it doesn’t work. I want my money back or some compensation because I was relay on your app and now I need to use my friends roaming :/ Please, let’s do something with that. I did everything as the instruction written.

Cheap but slow and unstable. I used it in Cyprus. Always had only a 3G connection, although local operators work in 4G and 5G. Very often, the Internet is lost. Although the phone shows a link, the traffic is not transmitted. I had to turn the connection off and on again to make it work again.

Best among similar apps. I’m using such services while traveling not to rely on my mobile operator. This one works great! One small feature request. Please add ability to add label to esim in app (I’m buying two for me and my wife) it’s impossible to understand which one is which in the app if you bought same. Also with label it will be easier to choose in iOS widget

It’s good! Recommend. Nice and easy, stable app. I recommend for use this app. Good service provider. Perhaps prices are not so cheap if compare with some local app esim provider, but in other hand it gives you choice for lots of countries and it’s quite easy and fast to manage a new esim once you need it, wasting no time for searches and save money on roaming for you physical sim. Great service!. Unexpectedly I needed to travel through the several counrtries and it turned out that the roaming coasts a lot for Ukrainians. Since, I needed the internet for communication, maps, bookings, etc., I started looking for possible solutions and someone had suggested me using Airalo. Airalo helps me to buy the eSIMs in the different countries just in a few clicks. Yes, it's not so cheap (10 GB for 30 days for $17 in Portugal), however, it's very convinient if you do not want to communicate with the local sim sellers. One more negative point is that after the GBs is run out, and I buy more, it takes 30 minutes for the internet to start working again. On the plus side, it supports 5G in Portugal :) I can deffinetely suggest Airalo as an easy way to buy a local sim for the internet.

.. Really good app I’m seaman , working on a trade vessels around the world. On the vessels usually internet is poor , so I cannot call my family properly. Since I started to use Airalo, the problem with internet has been solved. Recommend to use Airalo for seafarers and people who traveling.

Great customer support. I made a mistake in when I was setting up my eSim and deleted the card. Which is make it way more difficult to instal after it. However the customer support guys made it work, they created for me the new eSim and transfer the fund I purchased for the previous one. Very convenient roaming data eSIM solution for travellers. My experience with this product purchase, installation and use in Norway was good. Only one small problem was revealed when i toped up my eSim with additional 3GB plan before my first plan was fully consumed. Upon consuming of all GBs from my initial plan there were a suspension of data transfer for about 30 minutes or more even the new plan was already activated. I was a bit frustrated that time that new plan is not working. Understood that it is some kind of bug in the system that prevent to use new data plan seamlessly. This probably may not be observed if to consume the first plan completely and then to top-up an eSim with new plan.

My experience. Hi everyone. I want to share with my experience of using this application. Initially I was very skeptical about such kind services, and anxious about being cheated. I am a seaman and that means that I change my location frequently. Not always you have an opportunity to go ashore to buy a local sim card, especially now because of the pandemic situation. So I decided to take risks. Now I have already been using this application for 2 months and fully satisfied with the service. I bought e-sim that covers whole Europe and deliver myself from the headache of constant changing of the different sim cards. For developers, some e-sim plans I can use for sharing the internet, and some I can’t. Is it possible to fix?

Good application!. Very convinient way to travel. Buy & activate through the app, and turn on roaming for this eSim. Informative dashboard, so you can see, how much data left. Only for phones with eSim support. No mobile number, only data ( that's why it is cheaper to buy it rather then regular sims).

Great. Really useful app and easy to setup. I was able to have 4G internet almost everywhere during our trip. So you can use navigation and see real time situation on the road and easily find places nearby. On even always be in contact with your friends or relatives. One recommendation I would suggest to Airalo: please make Airalo work even if you don’t have any Megabytes left. When you are out of data there is no way to purchase additional megabytes, so you have to use roaming or find WiFi nearby. Or at least send notification when you are close to run out of data. It would be really helpful. Other than this, it is very useful app and makes life easy without need to worry about internet when you are traveling.

Best application to travel. Once you try it, your travel life will never be the same :) No more expensive roaming, no more exhausting hours looking for local wifi - just install while you're home, buy as many GB as you need and use your internet right after landing in new country.

Convenient and not expensive Internet abroad. The app is really helpful and allows you to pay a lot less for your Internet connection in your trips. The setup is very easy and I haven’t had any issues with the app! It just works! Highly recommended!

Bad esims and bad experience. I am long term customer, bought a number of esims. But recently the quality is really bad. I have already second esim that doesn’t work (first was UK, not Egypt). In first one I didn’t want to pursue it, but now I tried to explain in multiple emails to support about the issue, it working for 5 seconds and disconnecting, that data is just wasted. I did a lot of things they suggested and it didn’t help. I have operator Orange from Poland that connects on the same network in roaming and works without an issue. So clearly issue is with their operator. In the end they suggested they will only refund the data left to their virtual money, which is crazy - as the data was not used but wasted due to these connects and disconnects. So when something doesn’t work, you can’t rely on the support or any refund. You lost a customer!

Price rang is higher. + App for IOS is really good and useful. You don’t need to be super talented user to install the e-sim - just press a button and it will be installed automatically - I found alternatives with prices almost double less, of course app isn’t this good, but usually everything comes to money - Sometimes e-sims are out of stock (I wasn’t able to buy Georgian one for more than 2 weeks, also as Armenian or Turkish)

Fantastic!. I’ve used Airalo for the first time in Poland and it was twice chipper then my roaming tariff. Everything worked as expected, it is so much easier and more clear compared to roaming. I used internet as If I was at my home country and haven’t thought about bundle sizes or prices and it was fantastic. Use eSIM is very easy, in one second you can back to your home operator without hustle with plastic SIM cards. And the app itself is great, it feels like this is future

Great!. Every time I heard about the service from other people it sounded like a promo ad. Talked to close friends who used it and decided to give it a go. Really convenient with no headache of swapping an actual SIM card, easy top up options and huddle free. Best for roaming!. Airalo is the only one application which I use while traveling. Applications have never let me down. Using Airalo I stopped worrying about buying local sim cards. I would like to note the adequate prices for service packages and their availability for many countries. I have used airalo in Malaysia, China and South Africa and am planning to use it further in case of further travel.

Very useful! It saves your time and money!. I used Airalo esims in Spain in September and in Italy recently in December 2021. Purchase and installation are pretty much smooth and easy. Refund not possible. When support and me try all variations to connect internet it’s become clear that operator has very low signal that can’t open any site. It's not a connection, it's a roulette. Previously, I often used it when traveling, there was a break once, which was quickly fixed and compensation was given in the domestic currency. However, as of 2024, the application works randomly: I took a plan for Cyprus for 20 gigabytes, but after ~4 gigabytes it stopped connecting to the mobile Internet at all, and support only bombards me with requests for hundreds of screenshots, without providing any practical benefit.

Не сработала в ОАЭ. Добрый день. Установила Есим Burj Mobile для ОАЭ, но она тупо не поймала связь. Перед этим провела ту же процедуру в Катаре, все отлично работало.
