Frustrating UX. I want to enjoy Zwift, but every session is a struggle. Hard to find friends, confusing interface, and today I couldn’t join a race because the event never showed up. Really disappointing.

Почти идеально, но. Хороший и полезный продукт, но очень часто замечаю ошибки при подключении. И обновляется приложение всегда не вовремя ))) Ты собрался круть педали, а оно просит обновление.
Забинтли русских. Сдох вход в приложение. Повторный вход не помогал, пока вручную не ввел пароль. Пока разбирался, аккаунт протух. Неуд.
Не работает. Подписка действует. Не работает на Аппл Тв 4к. И на айфоне8. Пишет закончилась триал версия. Но тут же пишет что подписка есть.

A note to devs: (iPad app) please add a lock button to the leaderboard on the run because i may accidentally close it by swiping right when I’m trying to like back those people who gave a like to me. If it closes I can’t bring it back to the screen up to the end of workout and can’t give more likes back. It’s sad :( Or add a leaderboard button to the pause menu idk) P.s. the app is great and I’ll def change to 5* if you’ll fix it or tell me how bring the leaderboard back during the run.

Ridiculous update on limited download speed. Update policy in nonsense!! Why the hell you force me to update when you (not me) need it? Why does the speed of downloading 20 times lower than my internet channel bandwidth? I need to do 3:15 hour training session and need to wait while unbelievably useless bug-fix update being downloaded for additional 70 minutes?? Please, God, please stop forcing ridiculous updating before the training session. I just want to make it first and then update!
Bad bad bad. no Russian language support. Installed on a tablet, not supported by Apple Watch the start of the run is not clear I managed to start it once, but somehow it shows the cadence and speed strangely there are still a lot of disadvantages overall a great idea but not perfected

Didn’t save my workout. Upload photo and video after ride for a long time, then show the message “Save timeout … your activity saved locally…” with RETURN button and freeze. After restart app, I didn’t see my workout :(

I can’t log into Zwift. I can’t log into Zwift account that was created via Iphone. There is no information about login and password. All progress is lost. I’m very upset.

Every time I open app I must login into account. Great app, brings a lot motivation to do indoor cycling. BUT I really tired to login every single time I open app after 1 day after last workout. Please fix this. This happens almost 3-4 months already. I use Zwift on iPad Pro 2021.
No option to disable screenshots. There is no option to disable screenshots uploads to Strava. It must be there, like in desktop app

Terrible experience. Uh I don’t even know where to start. Updates take forever - whether it’s the desktop or mobile app. If you don’t use the app for a few days, you have to log in again, and there’s no option to save or prefill your password. There are constant connection issues during training sessions - the app often unexpectedly drops the connection to the heart rate monitor or other devices. You’re paying for convenience, but in the end, you end up spending an extra 30 minutes just trying to get the app to work.

Great app for training and racing indors, but.. have some unsolved problems with BLE drops on Mac Book pro, read all topics with recomendations but it doesnt help. It's a terrible job with apple watch! I use a bundle of apple watch 7, iphone 11, ipad air. It takes a lot of attempts to connect the apple watch, and yesterday they disconnected spontaneously during training, the connection was lost. This is terribly angry! They work well with other apps. Check out your forum, there are many disgruntled users who are ready to unsubscribe for this reason! Please pay attention to this problem! I wish you development and prosperity.

Приложение вылетает на iPhone и iPad. Подписка оплачена до ноября. Уже вторую тренировку приложение требует продлить подписку с 40 минуты 7 ноября заканчивается подписка, а приложение так и не работает. И не какой реакции службы поддержки! За что взяли деньги?

Enormous time spent for nothing. Have just spent more than 30 mins trying to connect from 2 different devices. Result -nothing! I had free time of about 45 mins to ride and all this time I’m trying to connect. Purely made application, hope somebody from swift will fix it or somebody else makes alternative and I forget this poorly made app.
