Postural training is by far the most effective form of training for creating good autonomous posture! Over time, you also become more mobile, light on your feet, and often completely pain-free, even with long-term issues.

The nervous system is regulated, creating better interaction between movement muscles and postural muscles. Over time, your posture becomes more upright and relaxed without conscious effort.

Video Classes
A video library that grows with several new classes every week, ensuring there is always plenty of variety and options. Filter by length, level, and type of class. Feel free to start with our seven intro classes where Johanna provides extra detailed instructions.

Training Plan: Better Posture in Nine Weeks
A ready-made plan that starts easy and gradually becomes more challenging. A great option for those who want to improve posture and function throughout the entire body. You train easily with clear "follow-along" videos that keep track of time and help count reps.

Standalone Programs
Train with our standalone programs, specially adapted for when you need them most! The programs are created based on activities and goals, such as our pre-run program or the program for straightening out-turned feet. Feel free to try our 14-minute mini-program, which is open to everyone.

Bonus with Annual Subscription
Our premium option. Posture analysis and individually adapted training program.

You send full-body photos to us via the app, and Mattias (Registered Physiotherapist) performs a detailed posture analysis and builds an individually adapted program in three lengths: Short, Medium, and Long. Here, we also take into account any physical ailments or pains. This can also be purchased as a standalone product.
