Log In issues. It asks me to log in every time I tap on a different tab and It never gets it right. I cam't access the avios menu, I can't see my activity and I can't claim miles. Terrible.

Qatar Airways APP experience. Fantastic App of Qatar Airways. Very intuitive I have done the Checkin-in without problems and it has allowed me to select my menu, my seats, on my trip to Japan all. wonderful. I recommend it

One of the worst applications.. 1. I had to log in 10 times in a row. Even after I made it, the app asked me to login once again in a Claims & Services section... and nothing... eventually couldn't enter there. 2. The reservation on high-demand flights is a nightmare. You choose a flight, fill in all the details just to see the error screen because this flight is already unavailable. But later you still see it in the list... 3. Finally you make a reservation just to get a message by email that they cancelled it because "the card owner didn't authorize the transaction" But I am the card owner and I made a purchase by myself.

Worst app ever. This app is the worst airplane app i’ve ever used. Laggy, slow… and the worst…. It’s supposed we could choose our seats…. So we changed and didn't work! Even we received and email with a confirmation that was changed… a nightmare… Also the space on the plane is very narrow

Lamentable. Parece mentira que una compañía a la que valoraba como especialmente atenta con sus clientes sea capaz de tener en estas circunstancias tan complicadas un pésimo servicio. Tengo un vuelo para el 19 de abril he procedido a solicitar a través de la app un voucher hace, ya una semana, ya que no nos permiten volar y aun nadie nos ha mandado ni el voucher ni ningún comunicado y si llamas por teléfono lo único que salta es un contestador. Pésimo servicio, en estos casos es donde uno demuestra que tipo de compañía es.

worst flight ever. This airlines made us all idiot waiting for a hotel voucher and never came back and made us wait in the waiting area.Didn’t give any compensation!! from 45minutes layover that became 10hrs!!!

Disappointed. Travel requirements are NOT updated and will lead to unfortunate situations at the airport. The info on the app about available flights is not the same as the info Qatar gives if you call. But if you book by phone, they will charge 30 bucks per ticket under “administrative expenses”…

Someone needs to rethink the whole app.. Problems with this app continue despite much time , deletions , re installing etc etc. took me 3 times to get a booking completed today which I actually ended up doing on the website not the app. The app just freezes and the little spinner keeps going around and around. It is by far the worst part of my travel experience.

Scam company. This company is shameless, they offer 12% discount if you book your flight tickets using their app code GOMOBILE23 but when you compare the fare in their app is higher than Skyscanner or oline website using promotion code

Too slow. Dear Sirs, Your App is very nice, but just one comment; it is too slow. Is very difficult to deal each process without to repeat 2 or 3 times, because is going to Off session by the long time for to do some process. Pleasure to Flight with you :) Thank you very much.

Very bad. It does not work. It is impossible to check in, there is always something missing and, when you try to add the required information, the app fails. In summary, you have to go to the airport to check in. Even changing the seats is a nightmare. And it is slow and fails frequently Garbage app.

From the last update I can’t open my profile. I don’t know what happen with the app. But I have not access to my profile. I try to reset my password and it’s impossible. When I put the password gave for the company through internet to replace the old one the app get block. Also with the fingerprint I have access to my profile but not to anything into it. iPhone 6s

Slow and not working well. Tried to download boarding passes and for some reason I got only confirmation passes ( whatever that means ). When I wanted to download the boarding passes ( for the connecting flight ) it took me 25 min and app complained 5 times. One time was a timeout of session. Finally I got 3/4 of boarding passes. It is super annoing and I did not expect that from Qatar. Still I got no boarding passes for out first flight. Fix it please. You are not a cheap airline. I expect more from you.

Información Inexacta /Very inaccurate info. Mi vuelo a Doha lleva un retraso de tres horas, y la aplicación sin embargo dice que mi vuelo está en el aire. Por supuesto no me han enviado ningún mensaje del retraso, ya que teóricamente "estoy volando" aunque esté esperando en tierra.......nefasta información.

Privilege club and app. Have been trying to sort out my privilege club membership have been member since 2006 but I keep getting passed around saying have sent my complaint and someone will contact me still waiting has been two weeks and now the app doesn’t work I will be cancelling my membership and return to emirates I fly regularly from Europe to Australia so was a good client rubbish service

Top Airline, Bottom App. This app is by far one of the worst travel apps I’ve used, especially disappointing coming from an airline that claims to be world-class. For starters, it’s incredibly glitchy. Managing bookings is a nightmare; features like seat selection and meal preferences either don’t work, get wiped after saving, or only apply to one passenger even if you’re booking for multiple people. Trying to make basic changes leads to constant “errors” that force you to call customer support – if you have hours to wait on hold, that is. The app also struggles with basics like check-in. Numerous times, I’ve been unable to check in via the app, forcing me to waste time at the airport. When attempting to upgrade seats or request specific services, the app either crashes or redirects you with no resolution. Don’t even think about relying on this app for customer service – there’s no in-app chat, no email support, and the contact numbers provided either don’t connect or keep you waiting indefinitely. It’s also common for flights to show incorrect schedules or disappear entirely from the app, causing unnecessary confusion and panic. Multiple users have reported the app displaying incorrect flight reschedules, leading to lost travel days and extra charges to correct the misinformation. And let’s not even discuss how much battery this app drains with background location tracking, whether you’re actively using it or not. For anyone expecting a seamless experience, prepare for disappointment. Qatar Airways should be embarrassed by this app; it’s slow, outdated, and clearly not a priority for the airline. Given the reputation they tout, it’s astonishing that such a terrible app is what their customers have to endure. Verdict: Don’t rely on this app – or Qatar Airways’ tech – if you want peace of mind during your travels.

Login not saved. After login in to Qatar user account it logs out after a few uses.

Poor User Experience in mobile app. I must admit that it makes me mad to witness constant failures in your app. From asking me to login when being already logged-in. Failure to retrieve flight information randomly, especially when at Hammad Int’l Airport. In the last years I have not been able to check-in online via the app. Failure to update Avios after flight completion. Failure to retrieve, again, flight information to claim my well earned Avios. Dear Managers, you have heavily invested in your airline to build a world-class number one. Your investment in a proper working app solution is a failure or you invested the minimum. This app needs to be rebuild from scratch, entirely from the ground up. As it is now, it’s close to unusable. Invest, rebuild and honour the name of your company which at the same time holds the name of your beautiful nation. Please, don’t damage your reputation at this stage

Muy deficiente. No entiendo como una compañía que pretende ser de máxima calidad no cuida su app simplemente para que funcione medio bien. No me deja hacer login con mi número de reserva y en la web si, no me aparecen mis millas acumuladas de viajes anteriores, no me deja hacer check in 24h antes. En fin muy mala app.

Payment methods not available. I had to pay for booking the tickets (30€) because I wasn’t able to choose any payment method

Terrible app. Honestly this app works horrendously, a lot of features don’t work or take ages to load, Qatar has become as bad as a budget airline

Cannot add the Boarding pass to Apple Wallet. It says all the time “An error occurred during processing” and cannot generate the Apple Wallet cheques.

Baggage lost, no refund. After giving them all the info they for the compensation, they don’t reply anymore. No serious company

Most important feature is missing. You cannot add a boarding pass to the Apple Wallet. What’s the point in spending millions of dollars on the app if you can develop most crucial future people use on an iphone?

Disaster service. Worst service ever. They are not the best airline, they are probably the worst. Took more than 40 days so far to refund a simple ticket. Disaster service, complained more than 20 times and have to explain everything over and over again. A disaster, really pathetic service. Don’t buy a ticket with them!!!

Malísima. Decepcionado con la calidad de esta app para la supuesta mejor aerolínea del mundo. Se bloquea, no deja agregar el boarding a Wallet, hacer un cambio de asiento es un aborto.

No la pude usar. No me deja hacer nada. Cualquier cosa que quiero ingresar me da un mensaje de error que no reconoce teclados internacionales ( mi teléfono está en español) La borré a los 10 minutos de descargarla. Un fiasco comparada con las apps de cualquier otra aerolínea.

Refund. Qatar should clarify that when a voucher is requested it takes at least 14 days to get it! I am already missing lots of offers and now it’s not worth it travelling. Also you should clarify that taxes are not returned!
