Attention ! Impossible to unsubscribe. Once you get the subscription it's almost impossible to unsubscribe...

Doesn't work. I have an european suscription and it's impossible to sing in corrrectly and get download any issue

European App pitfall. It doesn't work

TIME: Do you read this?. As many customers have been pointing out, the app does not download new issues for print subscribers. Gone through customer support and it's been 3 months now without solution on sight. I love the magazine, and the look of it on the iPad (quite better than the printed edition). Please fix this anomaly!!

Buena. And the iPhone version?. It would be great something like the economist word for word. For people learning english is a fantastic help.

Awful. The magazine is really good. I’ve been a subscriber for decades. The app and support are awful. It doesn't recognize my email/password, it gets blocked, I can’t download MY PAID issues...... In top of that the subscriber support doesn't answer my requests to fix the problem or is unable to do it. A real waste of time and money. It’s a pity I can't rate it as a zero star

Se queda atascada. La doy una estrella porque la app se queda bloqueada en un anuncio donde indica instrucciones para ver contenido online. Hay una flecha que supuestamente sirve para avanzar a la siguiente instrucción pero no hace nada. Resultado: no puedo leer la revista que he comprado. Arréglenlo por favor.

Algo decepcionante. Es imposible descargar las revistas antiguas aun habiéndome identificado correctamente en la App. Así que pierde parte de la gracia porque hay muchos artículos interesantes antiguos pero te obliga a pagarlos mientras que en la web son gratis si estás registrado. Por lo demás, el formato y contenidos extras de la edición digital merecen la pena.

Funciona mal el login. Imposible, he comprado una suscripción anual digital y me dice que no encuentra mi usuario más de un día después. Es frustrante

Great (even with an EU sub). Have been using this for the last two months and actually prefer the digital version to the printed one due to the bonus content and layout. As regards the other review presently posted, I can only say that I also have a EU subscription but never experienced any issues or glitches...

Great app and content... More search features would help. Content, pictures and media add value vs the printed version. I really miss some "search" capabilities to go through articles published in the past.

Useless. I can't believe it, but the app does not provide the option of starting an iPad subscription. Pitty, I really wanted to give them my money but I'm not payin 5,50€ per issue. What were they thinking?

Bad app. La versión europea no funciona. It is a completly fraud. The customer service does not answer any request for help. This service is a shame

Beyond terrible!!. This app is basically a glorified PDF catalogue of the magazine. How anyone can read this digitally without losing their mind is beyond me. For an institution of such outstanding reputation, this app is truly embarrassing. A bit of free advice, take a look at your competitor, “The Economist”, to see how it’s done. Surely TIME has the resources to create a phone and tablet friendly format for the magazine content. Trying to read the magazine on the app is excruciating. I wanted to go digital to be more eco friendly, but I guess that’s not on the agenda for TIME. I’m afraid I’ve lost a bit of respect for TIME.

Changed format. About six weeks ago something changed in the format of the magazine. The font size is now much smaller which makes it difficult to read the articles. Also the bonus digital content was discontinued. I will cancell my subscription.
