Tried to be patient and have to be…. I agree with other users - that this and one other APP which unfortunately is not any better - are the only options to be able to stay in touch with FAMILY AND FRIENDS!! Please please- can’t we do better. 😐

Aweful. Not only is the only option available for videocalls in the UAE but it is a very bad app. I don’t understand why there isn’t a desktop app for the computer. It is really a burden for us that depend on this for the communication with our families.

Pathetic app for 2018!. Guys! Come on! Let’s not reinvent the wheel after almost 10 years of VOIP and video calling!! (And instead of a better wheel, you took us back in time!). Many other apps have been through trial and errors and advanced so far. This app is pathetic for the following reasons: 1. You have to keep touching the screen to keep the video active or else it goes into lock-screen mode. 2. You can’t answer the call unless you first open the app and then press the answer button. 3. The image quality is horrible. 4. Voice drops very frequently. 5. The add that pops up during the call and there’s no way to go back to the video so you have to cut the call and try again. What!??? Like seriously... who is Du supporting by making VOIP available by charging for a separate data pack and then limiting the usage to only two pathetic apps?! If you’re going to do something, do it well or don’t do it at all. This is embarrassing for Dubai! :(
