Bravoooo. Gracias por mantener actualizada con tanta dedicación está aplicación de Pythonista. Resulta muy util en el teléfono en la tablet.muy buen trabajo

Great App but idk having stability problems. Well, the app is great. I have nothing more to say. However it seems to have a bug that freeze the app on startup so I need to reboot de iPad Air (2020) to open it again....before having this problem it was awesome.

Echo de menos el paquete de Pandas. Una aplicacion muy chula. Pero para lo que yo necesito no me vale ya que no tiene incorporado el paquete de pandas.

Necesita actualización para iPhone X. Buena app, completa y bien diseñada. Pero le falta actualización de la interfaz necesaria para iPhone X.

Does not work with last iPad OS version?. Since last update the app crashes everytime I try to open it

Without updates. It was really good and the best in the past. Due no significant updates have been made in the last years, I prefer now Pyto because it has the same as Phytonista plus OpenCV, SciPy, SkLearn, Pandas and other usefull libraries 🤷🏼‍♂️ Update - Still wihout updates in the las 2 years, and with a very old version of Python 🤦🏼‍♂️

Simply the best!. Pythonista is for sure the best environment ever made for iOS to write code in Python.

Muy bien y muy mal. La aplicación está muy bien y permite tener Python en iOS. Pero al abrirla por segunda vez se queda colgada hasta que reinicio el teléfono, así una y otra vez, por lo que no es usable.

Una maravilla. Posibilidades ilimitadas

Not practical usable. When open multiples files and return the ide forgot the cursor. It is not usefull. No get new files thant I just insert with computer or ipad-iphone Not get new files from icloud

Great python interpreter. This is a very interesting python interpreter for iOS. I use it to teach programming and the only drawback I find is the inability to change the font size in the console — I need to make it much larger to project it in my classes so that it can be seen from the back of the classroom.

Excellent resource for to learn.. For me it is excellent. I have it installed on the iPhoe, iPad and Macbook Pro M1. It goes great, recommended for anyone who is starting to program in Python. LLevo 2 años usandola. Mas es una pena que no actualiza, y se ha detenido en la versión de Python 3.6, en Octubre de 2021.

NO SOPORTA EL MÓDULO TKINTER!. Realmente una aplicación bien diseñada y útil en general. Sin embargo, tiene una limitación muy significativa: por lo que sé, carece de soporte para módulos visuales, tipo Tkinter, es decir, que no parece posible visualizar el código mediante una interfaz de tipo ventana, como se usa para interaccionar en cualquier programa, para seleccionar menús, botones, ventanas emergentes, etc. En caso de que sí se pudiera agradecería cualquier sugerencia. En caso contrario, creo que esta limitación debería quedar clara en la presentación general del programa. Espero que se arregle pronto, pues me parece una app versátil, sencilla y potente.

A good application but... Pythonista 3 works and are very useful when editing python files on in ipad. But it lacks a couple of features before it is really useable for working with a larger python project: - Have Python 3.8 available - Possibility to upload/download files from a host via e.g. scp I work with a larger git repo, so I have to copy the files to/from iCloud which is a tedious error prone extra step. - Possibility run python on a host, while seeing the console on my ipad. I cannot run my project within Pythonista due to lack of the whole project environment. - multiple source windows This is just a nice to have feature, which makes copying/comparing a lot easier. adding the 3 first would change the rating to 5 stars, as it is now I have too many manual steps around the editing so 3 stars.

Good python for my iOS devices. Only thing lacks is support for some ML libraries etc.

La mejor app de desarrollo para iPad OS. Con la última actualización han quedado resueltos pequeños detalles que hacían poco eficiente el trabajo en iPad OS 13. Pero ahora no sólo se han corregido esos bugs, sino que disponemos de múltiples mejoras nuevas, como un teclado específico para ejecutar Scripts Python desde cualquier app. Tanto si eres un programador profesional como si es tu primera experiencia en Python, se trata de una aplicación IMPRESCINDIBLE. La calidad de este entorno es tan alta que paso más tiempo programando en el iPad que en el portátil. Ahora sólo me faltan dos detalles para las 10 estrellas: Python 3.8 y... portar la app al Mac OS!!!

Not suitable for scientific computing - lacking scipy library.. This app is just mind blowing in the beginning. The apparent possibility of coding as if I were in a Mac and the clean and straightforward layout of the app are incredible. However, for my use, I found a serious limitation which is the lack of scipy or equivalent that is just basic for me. So if you are just learning python this app might work for you, but if you plan to implement even basic scientific computing codes DO NOT WASTE MONEY IT WILL NOT WORK FOR YOU.

Awesome app but not compatible with iOS 12.7.1. I love the app but I can no longer use it on my iPad with iOS 12.7.1, its simply not opening the app and I need it for some projects.

Excelente aplicación. Corre a la perfección y los ejemplos son muy ilustrativos de todo lo que se puede hacer. La recomiendo ampliamente.

Excelente pero…. Esta muy bien y muy rápida. Pero… no puedes importar librerías como tkinter o pandas. Marca error si pones ‘import pandas’ o si pones ‘import tkinter’ ese tipo de modulo o librerías faltan.

Ajustes. Desgraciadamente el tipo de letra que usa tanto el editor como la consola son muy pequeñas y no se ajustan a las preferencias globales... si cuidaran un poco más el interface del usuario, sería perfecta.

Problem. I just bought the app and i get an “operation not permitted” in the line “import matplotlib.pyplot as plt”

Fast!. So far works well for simple scrips :) I would suggest to add an option to make a copy of the current file, and to select the last folder I saved a file instead of default for next saved files.

Packages. You cant import packages? Like pandas datareader
