Libby, la app de bibliotecas

Imtuitiva. Antes usaba otra app en la biblioteca. Estaba un poco reticente a cambiar, pero esta me resultó mucho más sencilla e intuitiva que la anterior. Además, es más cómoda para escuchar los audiolibros. Me alegro de que cambiasen la app que usaban en la biblioteca.

Devolver libros. Me encanta esta aplicación pero cuando devuelvo los libros, no desaparecen del kindle y no me da la opción de borrar de forma permanente como me pasa con otros libros. No se qué hacer...

no hay bibliotecas españolas. o sea: no funciona en españa

Great app but confusing. I love everything about the app, the immense catalogues for free… but why is it so difficult to simply see what books I have on my shelf at the moment?? The whole labels concept is very confusing!!

Great app. My library gives me access to their catalog and Libby makes it so easy. It’s great.

Top tier. My go to app for audiobooks and kindle reading. I like the wide variety of selection and accessibility. I enjoy the ability to be on the waitlist as it helps me to manage my reading list.

Great App!. It’s honestly super nice you can get tons of books super easily! I’d totally reccomend it! The only thing is downloading books can be hard. But there’s a humongous selection of English books! I can’t believe it’s free to have access to so many books! I use Libby daily it’s great.

Best app. This is the best app, it really helps with my reading challenge

Not with us, Coleen Hoover. Too long for such a short plot. The beginning is too long with few things happening. It is a serious subject but at times with childish events. I thought it was going to be better . The story had been recommended to me.

Best library online. I loved they have a very big catalog of books and audiobooks and for all the family.

So far so good. I’ve used it for about a week and so far I’ve been impressed by the clean, intuitive interface and downloads are quick and easy.

Blank screen bug not fixed. I can’t get into the app since the new update and my book is most likely gone by now and will have to be on hold for another 6 weeks. Yay.

No se puede usar en México. La aplicación no debería estar disponible para el país si no se puede utilizar con bibliotecas de México. No puedes hacer nada.

If you like to read this is such a beautiful app, everything is free and you just need your library card, they have books and audiobooks and it’s just like a library but in your phone! Libraries are some of the last places where they foment reading and knowledge and spect nothing in return from you! I cherish this app so much, libraries rock!

Great alternative to Audible. I love Libby because it has so many books. Even tho the waiting for some of the books are long they do have a great recommendation system while you wait and they also have a very intuitive interface. It’s amazing if you have access from your local library.

So many books and audiobooks!. I simply love Libby. While, granted, the amount of books is dependent on whether your library cards actually have books to borrow, if you manage to get a good library card, you pretty much have indefinite books to choose from from now on. One of my library cards doesn’t allow this, but the other one lets me read most of the borrowed books on my Kindle app, and so I can send my borrowed books there, and read it with my preferences that I already have set up in Kindle. I love it!

Preferred overdrive. Overall an ok app. Has performance issues and shuts down randomly. Easy for library access and hold management. Most of it works ok. The most frustrating issue is the download feature. I want to read my books offline especially when traveling. Of course I have the check mark which shows that it downloaded but then I frequently get a loading error stating it can't load properly as there's no network. So then I'm stuck with no option to continue reading as the whole point of downloading is to be able to access when there's no access to the internet. It's just stupid. Never had this issue in overdrive.

Great app for book lovers. It is a great app where I could find a lot of resources, I have been enjoying it for a while. One thing could make it better is Apple Watch support so we can enjoy audiobooks through Apple Watch using cellular. I think a lot of runners (I know a lot of people from my book clubs) would enjoy this feature❗️

I love it. Everything is very efficient

Clunky and cumbersome but gets the job done. The app is not completely intuitive and going from one place to another is not obvious, though it gets the job done. I am happy the app exists and it does allow me to look for books, place holds and borrow them. A new rework thinking in user experience would be great.

Sin resultados en la Ciudad de México. No sé porqué aplicaciones que son más universales (como pandora radio) están bloqueadas en algunos mercados y otras que dependen completamente de que existan convenios previos regionales (como los que se necesitan en una aplicación de manejo de tarjetas de biblioteca) los aprueban sin que puedan ser utilizados realmente por el mercado local. Evitar a toda costa a menos que tengas una tarjeta de biblioteca de alguno de los países (o regiones) que sí reconoce y estés de visita por la CDMX.
