I have tried to renew my password a couple of time just for the app to constantly reject it! Item’s availability isn’t updated too. I don’t know which one is worse, the old app that is full of bugs and can not even keep you logged in and easily shop or this one that can’t even log you in as a member. The app always looks like the website version but more difficult to use! Absolute total garbage of an update!

Please work on the sizing charts. Sadly the sizing charts for women end with 174 cm and what I could gather from other reviews it's an similar issue for mens sizes as well. It just isn't very realistic for the western market and it would be nice if taller people would be included too :)

Mangelhafte Retourenregelung. Es ist nicht nachvollziehbar, warum keine Retouren möglich sind. Stattdessen soll ich die Kleidung bei Retourenwunsch in einen Store bringen. Ich soll also 158 km nach Hamburg fahren… Ich habe jetzt trotzdem einmalig bestellt, da es sich um Modelle handelt, die wir bereits haben und nun in anderen Farben ergänzen, d.h. Passform und Größe sind „erprobt“. Ich werde darüberhinaus nichts mehr bestellen.

Outdated in style and buggy. The app isn’t really user friendly and intuitive to use, I feel like they have to completely change the concept of the app and have a fresh start. When sorting according to size and then opening the item, there no sizes available. What is this filtering even doing then? Such a famous brand, but the app is just not on the equal level.

Unwürdig. Wirklich ganz schlimm. Öffnet sich teilweise gar nicht oder meldet, dass keine Internetverbindung besteht.

Payment problems. Every time I try to pay for something it keeps saying there was an error with my card. No matter what I do it says there’s an error even though there clearly isn’t! Everything I’ve inputted was correct yet the error message keeps popping up.

Verbesserungsbedürftig. Wenn man die Zahlungsmethode ändert ist Gutschein schon ausgelöst, ohne eine Bestellung aufgegeben zu haben.

i do not like hybrid apps. Maybe the developer will ask himself why the app doesn't get five stars. Apparently you doesn't read the review either. Categories. It's better than the old app but... come on. I could not care less for random style photos that don't even lead to the focused product but an at times random list. Categories. All i want is see the categories without having to search for them. Let me browse?? Focusing more on aesthetic and lifestyle than easy accessibility for a shopping app is... a choice.

Size filtering doesnt work sometimes. When I filter products according to size, some products still appear even though that size is sold out

Empty shopping cart after log in. After browsing the app as a guest and adding more than 10 items in the shopping cart, I wanted to check out and obviously buy them, the app forced me to log in and surprise: after logging in all items disappeared from the shopping cart. As you can imagine it’s frustrating, either you don’t allow guests to add items on the shopping cart or you make the app memorise what I added and after logging in you save my items, making it easier for me to buy.
