Love it!. I really Love This App! It‘s so wonderful to write with random people about deep topics. And it really helps if you feel alone or there is something you fear talking about. The only issue: Since some weeks the feature to write with ki doesn‘t work anymore. You type a question and it loads but the answer won’t Come. That‘s so sad. Maybe there is a way of fixing that, because this really made heavy topics easier to deal with.

Amazing. I really like this app. I can really relate to some of these texts. And when you reply it feels like you helped somebody. I just wish that we can delete a post. I’m not sure if we’re able to do that. Otherwise it’s an amazing app

Good Idea, hope it get’s better. Just wanted to say that I deleted the app for now. I received 3 letters today regarding su*cide. Unfortunately, these weren't the first and I've only had the app for just under a week. I'm not a fan of censorship, but as a private person I can't mitigate these thoughts. I think it's nice to exchange ideas and to encourage others or to get difficult topics off your chest, but this topic is so complex and it almost seems wrong to me not to say anything about it, although above all I don't know the person and don’t know what will happen, if I say nothing. Don’t get me wrong, the idea is quit good and I had some wonderful moments and to give encouragement is a wonderful feeling. Just wanted to get rid of this because I think there might be another solution. See you in some month. Update a few years later: Categories are a good choice to select, what you want to see. I loved this app. I’m happy to get it back.

.... i think the reaction feature is useless. i wrote my heart out asking for advice and all i got back were reactions. what am i supposed to do with these? also the "people helped" counter counts every letter i have read, even those i didnt reply to. i think it should only count the ones you reply to.

Love it!. I absolutely love the App, it’s amazing. I’ve wrote one letter and got so many responses within 3 days, it really creates such a safe place. I also love helping people out, reading about their life. Only thing i don’t like at all, is the option to just react to a letter with no words written at all, like a plain “🙏”. The App’s for venting, talking etc. so why would u want a single emoji reaction? But otherwise i really cant complain at all, it’s so good!

Naja. Ich hatte diese App vor einem Jahr schonmal. Habe sie mir vor Kurzem wieder heruntergeladen. Ich finde es echt schade, dass jetzt nur noch 3 Briefe pro Tag so zur Verfügung stehen und man danach entweder bezahlen oder für jeden weiteren Brief, Werbung schauen muss. Vor einem Jahr bekam man nach jeder geschriebenen Antwort wieder einen neuen Brief. Fand ich so besser. Die App ist dazu da, zu helfen. Ich finde es einfach nicht richtig, wenn die „Hilfe“ dadurch eingeschränkt wird. Vor einem Jahr habe ich bestimmt immer 10-50 am Tag geschrieben. Jetzt höchstens 10, wenn überhaupt. Vor einem Jahr hätte ich dieser App 5 Sterne gegeben, jetzt leider nicht mehr. Ich finde es trotzdem schön, dass es diese App überhaupt gibt und man, wenn man antwortet, auch nette Antworten zurückbekommt, die schätzend sind. Sonst finde ich die App echt schön gestaltet, nur hakt es leider manchmal während dem Schreiben. Das ist aber nicht so schlimm. Ich würde mir nur wünschen, dass die Beschränkung der Briefe wieder gelockert wird. Das würde die App dann auch wieder genießbarer machen.

A great app. This app is something that makes me feel, like I’m helping someone I do not even know. Furthermore it feels interesting because you get to hear aspects and stories, which are often very personal, from people’s lives.

I really love this app. I‘m happy that I found this gorgeous app where I can anonymously share my thoughts and problems with strangers. It’s a great concept and for now everyone I chatted with was so kind and supportive. Thanks for creating this platform!

Great app, completely anonymous. I like the straightforward design, there’s not too much fluff around the main functionality. It’s completely anonymous which helps in being honest, particularly since there is no extensive profile information or networking possibilities, which other apps often lean into, even if it’s not really necessary or appropriate. I also think it’s a good idea to have a daily influx of 3 letters, as this encourages consistency and the number is low enough that people can engage with each message more deeply. I think the only thing I’m missing (at least I haven’t found this feature) is a possibility to look at past messages I have replied to. I think in some cases this can be useful, for example some concerns come up more frequently so you might have similar advice for them and want to look at your own past responses.

Theoretisch gut. Eigentlich eine super Sache - die Idee holt mich total ab. Leider gibt es die App und die Briefe nicht in Deutsch.. Ich fände die Möglichkeit gut, eine Art Übersetzungsprogramm einzubauen - so kann man sich problemlos weltweit helfen und Sprache wäre kein Hindernis. Bis dahin kann ich die App leider nicht nutzen..

Great. This provides a safe space for literally anyone. It makes you feel less alone because a lot of people can respond to you with similar problems or you might read a message with similar issues. It’s great I really like it! While it’s ‘just’ an application I feel like it’s actually much more. It’s teaching us to look in each others eyes again and acknowledge that the other might have some problems right now or is going through a hard phase of life. This is a move towards towards community and society for mostly Gen Z - giving it’s the medium that we usually most enjoy. I like the fact that we can all find peace, help comfort and love in a complete stranger <3 Thank you for developing this!

Why do you have a subscription system and ads. This app used to be such a big help for people who needed to vent out their feelings and to communicate with people. I hate how people commercialize everything. Whoever made that decision, to give a person, who might be going through a rough time, a whiteout survival act should lose their job in the nicest way possible. Why are YOU COMMERCIALIZING AN APP LIKE THIS

Great App!. I’ve had this app a few days now and I already love it! It’s great how you can write down your feelings and get responses from other people. Also you can stay anonymous on this app without revealing any personal information (besides a nickname) which I also really love!

Really great - just one small thing. I really love this app and generally there isn’t much that should be different, but it would be nice if you could delete messages you’ve written or write more than one if you first answer a letter because if you accidentally press send then you can’t change what you have written anymore:,) except from that it really is perfect
