Gute App - viel Infos !!!. App funktioniert nicht nur einwandfrei, sie liegt auch « gut in der Hand », klar, deutlich, einfach zu bedienen. Verkehrsinfos super, Kartenansicht cool und nützlich.

Don. When there’s delays, the adjusted times are completely made up. This morning my bus was “3mins late” according to the app, 30 mins later and it still hasn’t arrived.

Inconsistent performance. The app works fine on iPhone but on iPad the listing of that consecutive available transportation (trains or buses) does not display when requesting a specific route

An unmitigated DISASTER. To start off with it has to be said that this app, which is informing about public transport in G-D Luxembourg and neighbouring regions in Belgium, France, and Germany is being managed by a company in Germany without any knowledge of the region whatsoever! The itineraries often range from the sublime to the ridiculous and include impossible changeovers on a daily basis. For example Mersch to Trier (D) via either Thionville or via Liège and Namur (!?) Trains are often absent from the options even though they ARE running (for a change) If replacement buses are in operation (which is WAY too often), this is rarely taken into account and the suggested itineraries become even more absurd! Then, last but not least, there are the extremely frequent and highly annoying H890 errors (no connection found)…. I recommend you download the CFL app as well because it generally works better (please note the absence of the word “much”). If you are new to Luxembourg, a visitor or a tourist… then I wish you the best of luck and suggest you consider taking a taxi when you want to leave Absurdistan…

Beaucoup de gens ne donnent leur avis que lorsqu'il y a un problème, d'où la moyenne de 3/5. J'ai été étonné de voir une telle mauvaise note donnée à cette application. Pour mieux comprendre, j'ai lu les avis des gens qui ont donné 1 étoile sur 5 et je comprends mieux maintenant. Dans la plupart des cas, il a suffit qu'un bus ou un train ait du retard et, frustrée, la personne a alors déversé toute sa colère en donnant son avis sur cette application. Comme souvent, il est rare que les gens donnent de leur temps pour donner leur avis quand tout fonctionne bien, d'où un grand nombre de mauvaises notes par rapport aux bonnes notes. Personnellement, j'utilise cette application régulièrement et il arrive parfois qu'un train ait du retard alors que rien n'est indiqué dans l'application...mais ceci reste une exception.

Version 6.0.0. - real time updates is missing still need to refresh every time. - it would be great if the app also uses the screen of my iPhone 6 plus. It looks like it has been designed on for an iPhone 4 and thus cropped and zoomed in - i would prefer the primary option of results to be public transport. Why would i need your app otherwise? Conclusion: concentrate on why the app was made in the first place. To assist people with public transport in luxembourg.

Version 6.0.0 less user-friendly. The new supposedly revolutionary version does not indicate the previous position of the train, bus etc one is tracking and waiting for. Just showing the delay, but up to the user to calculate waiting time.

Hi. Le programme était bon, mais il ne se développe pas continuellement plus d'une fois. À cause de ce programme, je suis en retard au travail car les horaires et les emplacements des bus ne sont pas à jour et diffèrent de ce qui se passe dans les gares.

Pas comment il faut…. Des connections sans aucune logique,il faut toujours passer par Lux expo et prendre la traim pour se rendre à la gare du Luxembourg…Les lignes des bus même pas affiché…! Une catastrophe.Beaucoup de choses a améliorer encore

Fehler in Fahrplan. 3 Busse sind nicht gekommen/haben uns bewusst ignoriert

Payement via apple pay. Ce serait bien de pouvoir payer par apple pay, on est en 2019.

Horaires des bus. Une bonne mise à jour des horaires de bus serait de bonne augure. Bus 303 : sur l’appli : toutes les heures à H 17 minutes mais en réalité il passe à H 30 et quand il n’est pas supprimé En plus inutile de téléphoner pour avoir des News, on se fait raccrocher au nez

Not useful enough. It’s unfortunately not updated on real time. Meaning when a train is late, there is no mention on the app. Hope they’re working on it

Très bonne appli!. Très bonne application, pratique, précise et très simple à utiliser. Personnellement, elle a facilité mon quotidien... naturellement elle n’est pas infaillible mais en général, pour ne pas dire à chaque coup, on peut compter dessus! Je recommande naturellement!

Small improvement needed. The app is decent, sure it could use real time update to help. But what really needs to be improved is Bus drivers to arrive in time and not 4 minutes too early and departing immediately…

Really useful but with important bug. For me is impossible to add addresses and if I setup by example home, the work one will disappear or viceversa. Please arrange it and I will rate more.

Net ze empfehlen. Leider schon ze oft den Bus verpasst well naischt op der App stemmt. Vill ze komplizeiert beschriwwen wann eng Baustell as an das net kloer weieng Haltstellen gestrach sin. Des App motiveiert mam Auto ze fueren !

The worst public transport ever. Inaccurate, does not update, extremely difficult to use...

Scheiss App et très déçus!!!. Cette application ne correspond pas à la réalité! J’ai un iPhone 12 avec le nouvelle IOS!!! Correspondance jamais eu à cause des retards ou le bus ne vient pas et l’app ne vous informe pas! Résultat 1 heure de retard au travail à chaque fois et marche à pied de 20 min!!! Ne faites pas confiance à cette app elle ne vous aide pas!! Frustration total!! Vous faites des réclamations mais ca continue!!! Pas d’étoile pour cette m…!

Slowest App I have ever used. Loading anything on this app is a proper 5 minute ordeal which is awful given the use usually includes time-sensitive matters. I have asked others if they experience this too and they have agreed. I have to switch between google maps and mobiliteit to get anything done. Perhaps theres too much happening in the background and parts of the shortest route search process could be optimized. Perhaps some compute is redundant, worth looking into.

Misinformation. Misinformation several times, better not to use !

Developer doesn't care. This app has not displayed results properly on iPad for over two years. If the developer cared at all, this would have been caught and fixed.

Needs urgent update. You are better off going back to year 2010 and asking strangers the directions on a map. This app used to be good, but something definitely went wrong in the past years. I hope they fix this by the time free public transport is live.

Travaux 1 fois sur 3 indiqué. L’application n’indique presque jamais les travaux des trains, c’est très énervant, surtout quand nous devons aller à un rdv important…

Very satisfied with the app. Accurately shows the bus schedules, including delays. Very good job for keeping the data accurate at all times, definitely a great service. Tipptopp.

Appli médiocre. Malheureusement l‘appli promet bien plus. Les infos sont souvent pas actuelles, les horaires pas actualisées. Elle n‘est pas vraiment ‚user friendly‘. Propose souvent des trajets compliqués et hilarants bien que de plus simples existent. Malheureusement elle est en ligne avec le concept de mobilité douce et de transport publique médiocre au GDL.

Zu komplex! Zu unübersichtlich!. Ältere Leute kommen mit dieser App nicht gut klar und auch mir als "Digital Native" erschließt sich die Bedienung nicht immer, da wenig intuitiv! Auf dem iPad funktioniert die App nicht richtig, da der linke Bereich immer komplett weiß bleibt. Die Apple-Karten-App beherrscht die lux. ÖPNV auch und ist viel intuitiver gestaltet. Gut, man hat dort nicht die mannigfaltigen Einstellmöglichkeiten, dafür aber die BEI WEITEM komfortablere Bedienung und Übersicht!

Good, needs update for Tram. Useful app, essential for public transport here in Luxembourg. Sadly the Tram line is not updated so the connection info is wrong. Please update as the Tram now extends to place d’etiole...

My Mix broken. The „My Mix“ feature doesn’t work at all. No matter what you do, it doesn’t anything. Also, the layout is very janky, reacting to simply trying to scroll by sending you to god-knows-where, which is quite ironic.

Worst public transport app. It isn’t intuitive. The map does not show things properly. You’d be better off asking directions to a monkey.

Changements qui n'aident pas. L'option de voire des horaires plus tard ou plus tôt n'est plus disponible. Pour la recherche des trajets m'apparaît toujours des option en vélo, ce qui me paraît bête puisqu'il y a une option si on est à pied ou vélo. S'il vous plaît remettez l'application comme elle était, c'était plus simple d'utiliser et vraiment plus utile.

Getting worse, not better. The quality of the data has been degrading over the last years. Even worse, i have now spent enough time with the update to say it has made things even worse. Absolutely no-one asked for this stuff. Talk to the users first. Make changes second. Frustration levels are raising.

Bad service. It’s always wrong schedule, very bad service and you can’t count on them

Worse than before. The latest version has ruined the app. I could sometimes understand that the timetables are not updated in real time, but now the app shows wrong or less connections and takes more time to load... the website trip planner is not better either... Could not you just go back to the previous version? :/

Incomplete. For some reason the app no longer shows all possible routes/options. And when I gave them the feedback that some buses weren’t showing, they answered that it only shows the fastest options which is incorrect as the ones not shown were faster! shame that an app that was working as needed, is now unreliable.

Time for an update. Would be good to provide an update of the app, since it’s been a year now since the last one. The app keeps bugging and content is not loading.
