Nur der Kauf hat gut funktioniert!. Nur der Kauf hat gut funktioniert, die Barcodescanner an den Metrostationen waren der letzte Schrott. Nicht nur bei uns, sondern auch bei einigen anderen in der Metro wurden die Barcodes nur selten akzeptiert. Entweder lags am QR Code oder am Scanner! Beim nächsten Mal lieber ein Papierticket.

No clue how to use this app. For me it is totally intransparent how to use this app. What is the scope? I would expect all public transportation, however the overview map shows only metro lines. What about trams, busses and especially the local railway lines which are out of scope of the Trenitalia app??? For me as a tourist occational user I have no clue how to find my way through. I recommemd the application responsibles to compare and catch up with other regions and cities like Sweden, Stockholm, South Tyrol,… I cannot believe that the major economic center in Italy is doing such a poor job in presenting its public transport.

Tickets bought can’t be printed. Bought a ticket , can’t be printed because your server is not available. Useless!!!

OK für Ticket-Kauf. Ich habe über die App Tickets für die ganze Familie gekauft. Wenn man sich einen Account erstellt, kann man die gekauften Tickets auch auf anderen Handys aktivieren. Die Aktivierung bindet das Ticket jedoch an das jeweilige Gerät. Das hat alles gut geklappt.

Horrible. The worst public transport app I ever had to use. 1) captcha-hell on sign up. Not exxagerating: had to fill in 30 or so image captchas before I could even access the app 2) unusable for group travel. When buying a 10-rides ticket, only 1 ticket can be activated at a time. Borderline scam, or just total ineptitude on the side of the developers Shameful!

Acquisto durata biglietti. Scadenza errata.. Purtroppo ho notato che acquistando il biglietto della durata di 3 giorni ( 72 ore), scade dopo 2 giorni e mezzo non 3. Al posto di 72 ore nel mio caso è durato 57 ore circa. Un vero peccato, non so se è un bug o se è una cosa voluta. Però per il resto non ho riscontrato altri problemi.

3 day ticket only valid for 2 and a half days. Bought an expensive 3 day ticket, only for it to be usable for 2 days! Unacceptable!!

Stopped showing the ticket QR on last day of stay. First few days without problem, last day it gave up on me. No matter how often I tapped "tap here to activate the QR" it just wouldnt display it anymore. Had to ask at each station to let me through. This is a basic function which has to be reliable...

Awful experience. Cannot be used without Italian simcard. Tried German sim, number doesn’t match. 1. No number format specified 2. Sms doesn’t say that it works only with Italian simcard 3. Why do I need to enter number to pay with PayPal??

Gute Mobilitätsapp. Ein Ticket für drei Tage zu kaufen hat mit der App gut funktioniert. Ein Nachteil ist, dass die Wegbeschreibung manchmal schlecht ist. Wenn man zum Beispiel nach Lampugnano will, sagt die App, dass man in Uruguay aussteigen und einen Kilometer zurücklaufen soll, obwohl man einfach in Lampugnano aussteigen kann. Wenn man sich in Mailand nicht auskennt, ist das wirklich verwirrend und blöd. Auch dass die App immer einen neuen QR-Code generiert, ist in der Theorie gut, aber wenn man kein Netz hat, kommt man nicht aus der Station raus.

Nicht so schlecht. Kauf einer Tageskarte für die inneren Zonen 1-3 per Paypal hat bei mir gut geklappt.

Works as expected. Works fine as in any other similar city map I know so everything good. I cannot understand the bad comments. payment was through PayPal. I am very much satisfied with the app.

Registration does not work. Useless app for tourists. SMS purchase only works with Italian number, registration doesn‘t work because the confirmation link in the email is broken. As a tourist, this is completely useless.

qr codes werden nie akzeptiert. ich habe tickets gekauft aber sie werden oftmals nicht akzeptiert an den automatischen türen.

Anmeldung schwierig. Für Touristen ungeeignet, da Anmeldung nicht vernünftig funktioniert. Immer wieder schade, wenn man an anderen Orten sieht, wie es gehen kann. Zuletzt in Oslo: ein Traum.

Ganz nutzlos. Man muss jedesmal die Bankkarteinformation einfüllen. Und mit diesem QR Code kann unglaublich nicht die Bahnstation durchgehen. Was für ein APP???

Catastrophe. It‘s the absolute exception that buses arrive, even if the schedule says so. Lost so much time during our trip to Milano due to the very very poor service of ATM.

Where is the offline functionality?. App works fine if you have mobile data. But for an alien without an Italian dataplan it can be really expensive using this app. And to be honest... People living in Milan know when and where there busses or Metros arrive or where they are headed to.

verification email not arriving. The application requires registration, I register but I do not receive an activation e-mail and I cannot log in at all. It is a terrible application.

passwords stored in cleartext. 1. try to get a “forgot password” mail, they’ll send you a cleartext password that you don’t need to change. which means all passwords are not hashed. they must have skipped the data security 101 course. 2. you need to enter your payment details every time you purchase.

Great app. Used this app to buy public transport tickets in Milan with no issues. I bought one way tickets and 24 hour ticket and was able to validate them easily with the QR code. I could also look up which lines to take to get to my destinations all in English!

English translation partly missing. For a city like Milano a full English translation in the app is a must.
