Not honest company. If everything works well. Ok. But if something is missing. Well Bolt ignores laws and don’t give you money back. Better use Glove

Bad customer support. I have ordered a large pizza but only received a medium sized one (which is too pricey for me with delivery costs). They only gave me the difference between the pizza ignoring that a medium sized pizza is too expensive for me. Awful experience

Not customer friendly. I received spoilt food and my request for refund was denied without further or transparent reasoning. This is no way to treat regular customers, if you hope to retain them. Complaint with the regulatory/ supervisory authorities will follow shortly. Thanks.

Flaky, fix both backend and front end!. Distance calculated without natural obstacles and tolls (and couriers refuse to deliver because of that!), chat support window is shaking because of autolayout issues.

Not better or worse than any other delivery service. Alas, compared to Uber eats, Wolt, deliveroo, Gorillaz and the many others this app is neither worse nor better. I miss the option to save favorites/favorite restaurants - otherwise a 3 star.

Support is trying to scam you. I ordered with a 30% coupon. The order was damaged and everything was on the motorbike of the delivery driver. First the support tried to refund less money than I paid to my bolt wallet!!! Then they tried to just refund the price I paid to my bolt wallet and let me order for the original price so that I need to pay 10€ extra to get the same food delivery!!??? So if the delivery driver messes up I need to pay for that??? 🤡🤡🤣🤣 Don’t use this scam.

Inaccurate and sometimes slow. I ordered two times from the app. Once the GPS was a bit off and time of delivery means nothing. The second time the food was like hours late. So yeah. Never again. If the developers put reasonable delivery times (not only reasonable but accurate) then I might use it again.

Cannot add forks to active order, outrageous. Placed an order, missed the part where I must order forks so I can enjoy the food I purchased. No way to fix I would literally need to go to the restaurant and place another order which comes with a “small Order fee” . Bolt Food this is just awful enough that I’m inspired to leave a review while on vacation . Get it right please.

Foarte rau. Soferii nu se descurca sa ajunga la destinatia corecta si nu inteleg ce le explici deoarece nu vorbesc nici macar engleza. Comanda intarzie mai mult de o ora jumatate si dau vina pe clienti ca nu raspund la telefon

Cheapest food courier. Very easy to use app and much cheaper prices than most other food delivery companies. It would be nice if they add an option to tip the courier though.

Čistá katastrofa. Už ces Bolt objednávať nebudem. Objednal som včera o 18:52, apka mala technické problémy. Objednávku som zaplatil ale v apke nevidel a podpora už viac ako 2 hod. sa neozyva.. len teraz 24 hodín som dostal odozvu že som nemal až 3 chaty otvárať a vysvetlili mi že hodnotu objednávky sa vrátila. Tu jednu hviezdu som dal len a len aby som svoju skúsenosť mohol zdieľať 👎👎 bad bad customer service 👎👎

Wiederholter Kreditkartenmissbrauch. Meine Kreditkarte wurde nicht zum ersten Mal über Bolt und/oder Bolt Food unautorisiert belastet. Die Kreditkarte habe ich sperren lassen. Bolt weigert sich mitzuwirken und mir zu sagen, wer die Kreditkarte in seinem Account hat und dadurch nutzt und will mir auch keinen Beleg für die Zahlung zeigen. Datenschutz schön und gut, aber wenn meine Kreditkarte missbraucht und/oder belastet wird, dann habe ich ein Recht auf Auskunft, die mir seit mehr als einem Jahr verweigert wird.

Good until something goes wrong. Driver did not show up and marked order as complete, my money was gone. Customer service claimed that I was not reachable (called the driver 10 time and he did not pickup). Bolt did not bother to reply nor refund my money. AVOID

slow and misleading delivery. the app showed an estimated delivery within 30 mins. but once the courier picked up the order, the time just kept on getting pushed back. the courier kept going into the opposite direction of me. i ended up waiting 90 minutes for the food. if it takes longer because its busy, just let users know. this is so annoying.

Fraud!. Customer support is basically non existent. I gat a 70 Eur charge from Bolt and when I contact them about it they told me to discuss this with my bank and closed the chat window as “resolved”. What the hell has my bank to do with you charging me 70 Eur for no order, no nothing?

It works, but.... Hello, I ordered my first Menu. I clicked, use current location, but it doesn’t update my location. It was the location from my last place I’ve been. So the driver give me a Call and i give him information where I’m via WhatsApp. It would be better I can give him the information via the bold app. And please make an update to the current location button. It was a problem and we have had internet via WiFi and over the air. Thanks. I‘m on vacation at Malta.

Food does not arrive no service response. Worst service ever, we scheduled an order and paid. The order was never prepared. When the scheduled time was up, there was no delivery. we contacted support and no one responded. Suddenly our order got cancelled without any information. Still nonone responded. Not going to order again, not recommended, use uber or wolt but forget about bolt worst service ever.

Jožo. Všetky objednávky cez vás nechodia jedlo si objednávam pomaly 3 hodiny žiadny kuriér nikdy neni k dispozícii a až po 30-40 minútach da prevádzka vedieť že žiadny kuriér neni. Je to hrozne

Can not recommend!. I had a very bad experience, where I ordered some food, really looking forward to it, but got something quite different. In the end I paid 21€ for some wilted lettuce without much taste. I complained directly to the place and the chef admitted his mistake and advised me to contact bolt to get my money back. I did contact bolt but I didn't really get any help. I didn't get my money back either.. great service if you just want to waste your time.

Essen kam nicht an. Null-Toleranz-Rückerstattung: auf gut Glück, ob die Bestellung ankommt oder nicht. Der Support hat sich dem Problemfall nicht angenommen und von 40€ keinen Cent zurückerstattet.

Only working in 10% of cases. Customer help when contacted ask you to reinstall your phone. Thank you, very helpful.

Unreliable - better use other apps. It is unreliable. Waited for food again for almost 2h. Then customer supper tells me there are no drivers. This is ridiculous. I have ordered 97 times (!) with WOLT and never had this issue. I can’t recommend BOLT FOOD.

Unreliable and Irresponsible. They allow restaurants to cheat customer, it is in their policy as just they connect not to take responsibility.

Gute app. Macht alles was man braucht. Das einzige was dämlich ist, ist, dass man das trinkgeld vor der bestellung auswählt. Bezahle doch kein trinkgeld ohne den service einschätzen zu können. Muss man wohl weiterhin kleingeld parat haben.

Bad costumer service. When all is good works fine. We had one of the drivers eat our pizza but bolt chat bot refused to refund. No way to get an actual person on the line. Overall disappointing experience

What is going on?. Its very quick delivery BUT paying 5-9€ for delivery? Are you out of your mind? I rather go there and order 2 dishes for myself because its cheaper than get it delivered... very disappointed!

Not working most of the time. You get errors all over your ordering process. Ordered ones, was ok but second time never got to the payment because of the errors. I just gave up

Waited for almost ONE HOUR. The food was quickly ready to be picked up, however not a single delivery driver came to pick it up for 30minutes… Then finally someone did so, but he was about 5 times as far from the restaurant as our house?? So we kept waiting - food cannot be good anymore even if held „warm“.

Scam Alert. Terrible experience. You will get scammed and the terrible customer service would just give you the worst and most unhelpful answers, without helping at all and refusing to collaborate. Avoid this app if you want to have a good experience (or at least normal experience, with Bolt Food it will be just a nightmare)

Terrible customer support. An order was taking over an hour to arrive (just fries. and a simple hamburger). Customer support did not help at all, very disappointing experience

Rip Off. Bolt doesnt have their Partners under Control. Payments Are being made twice from Credit Card if food is being ordered through this Application.
