Used a lot of my battery and the phone get heated. Im use botim long a while un IOS and mac both, the phone get heated and slow charging. The same for my macbook plus the fan start to high working. Hope you solve that. The app is perfect.

Video Call. Good App to have contact with my Family and Friends in Europe

Great app to call into pets of the world where WhatsApp may not be an option - however, I‘d appreciate the „speaker“ setting during a group call being an option alongside the normal call volume setting - without this, speaking in public during group calls is only possible using headphones

Works well from EGYPT to South Africa. Use it to call from EGYPT to South Africa and seems to work better than other apps.

Text Size in chats. The text size in chats is definitely too small. Almost impossible to read without reading glasses. Smiley’s etc. are just a guess what they mean because of the very small scale. Botim would be a good alternative to Whatsapp for video calls AND chats but not with those text settings. Please change or give the chance to adjust. Then it’s my first choice to communicate in a single application.

Bad service. The service is bad and keep disconnecting regularly.

So was denkt sich auch nur Uwe aus der IT Abteilung aus. Ich hatte diese App. Benutzt alles gut. Dann gelöscht. Jetzt nach einer längeren Zeit mal wieder Installiert. So… soll mich anmelden. Alles schön und gut. Aber wieso bekomme ich meinen Code auf die BOTIM App. Junge ich meld mich doch an wie soll ich eine Nachricht auf rufen wenn ich mich nicht anmelden kann! Uwe ich bitte dich. Nimm die Tastatur in die Hand und überleg noch mal genau darüber nach wie sinnvoll diese einzige Art von Anmeldung ist! Und nein es ist immer noch das gleiche Handy.

Not able to call using mobile data.. I would like to inform that, the calling feature through BOTIM by mobile data is not possible nowadays.

Worst Communication App. The absolute worst communication app I have ever used. Strongly advise against it.

Great app for Video call to UAE Dubai. This is a great app to perform a video call to the UAE / Dubai. As nearly no other app is working properly. FaceTime is not working as banned by the Uae government. So is Skype and and Whatsapp Videocall. Botim is a great alternative.

Upgrade. Hi, The app is quite nice but may you please add the Picture in Picture feature so that we can continue using the phone and still have the caller video feed? Thank you

Verification. I can not even verify my number. They always put a 0 between countrycode and number so the verification code can not reach my phone

Terrible. Worst video chat application I have ever used. The servers are terrible and it take s5 calls until you can hear each other (if that even works then)

Group calling. Could you please add a feature to call in a group of 3 or 4?

Not reliable. Regular interruptions when using within UAE/Etisalat. Not reliable and no alternative to Skype

Bad app. I live in Germany. I installed the app. But when I open it, it open for a few seconds then it closes himself. It let me not use it.

Government Spyware. I have to use this as I have no other option to call my friends and family who live in the Emirates. The UAE government has blocked every other video/voice chat app so their national telecoms company can hold on to their near-monopoly, as well as have an easy access to monitor (read: spy) on all the calls if they need to (for “security” reasons). This isn’t news. We know since Snowden that the US has been doing this for years. But just take a look at the logo. It’s practically a creepy blue robot staring at you.

Schwach. Lädt beim starten zu langsam und hängt sich oft auf. Videotelefonie auch sehr mangelhaft. Alles nach dem neusten Update.

Worst App. Worst app nothing works properly only echo when ever we have call 🙄

Keinen Bestätigungscode. Ich habe mehrfach versucht mich bei ihrer App anzumelden,jedoch ohne Erfolg. Ich habe jegliche Anweisungen befolgt. Die App schickt einfach keinen SMS Code raus und ohne Code kann man sich nicht anmelden. Ist es so schwer vor dem nutzen der App Mitteilungen zuzulassen ?

Botim does not work in UAE. Can never hear the other person.

No other option in UAE. Poor App. No landscape feature (as much I am aware) and very annoying ads. But in the UAE dont see an alternative on the horizon yet.

Slow, sluggish, no group calls option. The app is very slow, and sometimes takes minutes to connect to a call. The app does not allow for group voice or video calls.

Great when the connection is there. In some countries my friends had trouble downloading and activating the app. But once that is done it works fine. Question here is in which country it is free and where it is 20 USD per month?

Worst app ever. It won't work properly even though you have to pay for it if you don't want to stay isolated from the rest of the world in certain regions. Calls not going through, no real time notifications, connectivity problems. Probable reason: to much surveillance?

Terrible App but the only one that works in Dubai. Ridiculously bad sound quality on video calls and generally just pretty bad, unfortunately the only thing that works with people in Dubai. For 2019 that’s just ridiculous anyway.

No rotation. Please add support to camera rotation as when using the iPad

Review. Most of the time there is difficulty to connect and echo when u talk

Customer un-friendly. This app has the most ads of any app I’ve ever seen. The user experience is constantly disrupted with ads. They do not value Customer Experience at all. Connection on calls is of very low quality.

Stop popping up “Invite friends to Botim”. Too many interruptions of communication Always pop ups coming asking to invite friends and then disconnecting...
