Excellent quality masks. They take a little longer to arrive but are worth the wait. I have ordered nearly 800 masks from ThisNew and have never had a printing error! They have excellent customer support and my account representative, Lois, is always very helpful!

We tried the app a while back and found it was very unintuitive for our needs (we do personalization). Now we keep getting spam emails from them - we've asked on multiple occasions to please stop emailing us. Every email comes from a different address, so we are unable to block them. If you don't like typical Chinese spam emails, stay away from this app!

I had the same experience with the spam emails. There is no unsubscribe. It's filling up my inbox. Not cool. Bad signal.

I tried to use their platform design many times and found it straightforward to use and very convenient. I have bought some of their clothes, Canvas, and shoes; the quality is also excellent, the color is bright, especially the T-shirt, breathable and comfortable. I like it very much! They are slow don't respond to request and have orders sitting form Feb on our store I only gave a 1 star because it's required they need no stars

Amazing provider! I started to work with them a few months back. They are a pleasure to work with. The shipping problems at the beginning of the pandemic are mostly solved now. Their support is top notch - especially via Skype. They have a great facebook community and listen to requests. Always implementing and improving new products and features. Definitely recommend them!

I can't fault ThisNew, their prices are good, their customer service is quick and responsive (especially via WhatsApp) and they offer good quality, their hooded blankets and canvas are great. Also their Etsy integration is very helpful for me

Great support!! I really like working with them! You can communicate with them through whatsapp if you have any problems. They are always making improvements. You can customize anything you can imagine to shoes to face masks.

ThisNew provides a very good platform for sellers. They have a web design app that is directly web-based and can be imported into the store immediately, which is great. Moreover, the support staff here work very professionally and quickly.

ThisNew is FANTASTIC! There are several things I look for with a print-on-demand vendor. 1) Good Products 2) Timely Delivery 3) Great Communication ThisNew does all three. Yes, they are in China, but their delivers times have been very accurate to the United States, Canada and Europe. Yes, I need to stay up late to speak with them, but they respond quickly on WhatsApp, and answer all of my questions. Their products are very good quality, and I plan on expanding my SKUs with them.

If there is a negative star I will give negative star. The items coming not as described. It is dishonest thing. And very hard to get return or refund. I will contact my credit card company.
