Outstanding customer service! Very quick response time; immediate solutions. The kind of movement small businesses need today.

I went through 3 trial periods before this tool was set up by their tech team. The feed still did not work and when I asked for it to be fixed they sent me instructions to do it myself. Not what I call good customer service and the UI is antiquated.

Etsy Integration and Sync is outstanding! Its super easy to set up and use and it syncs my Shopify products quickly. If I change the pricing in my Etsy store, it'll change on the shopify side too (and vice versa!). One of my favorite Shopify (and hands off really) apps! - Marc

this app skewed all of my data... changed all of my quantities on Etsy to 999 and chaned all of my sku's. made all these appointments with support and no help at all.

Only been using the free trial, but everything was pretty easy to set up. Customer service was really proactive. I plan to continue the subscription.

I use this app to sync my Shopify store to Etsy and mostly it has been a fairly seamless experience. Recently started having some problems with items not syncing properly when I was updating some prices and product titles in Etsy but Support has been really helpful and taken my concerns seriously. One improvement I would like see is to be able to sync only certain locations with Etsy but that isn't possible currently. I have requested this but it's currently not an available feature. They have also given me some free time using the app because of the issues I've experienced which is really good.

Syncing my Shopify with Etsy was very easy, and their customer service reached out multiple times to be sure I was happy and comfortable with the app. I wish I knew about this app a long time ago, especially as a new mother and small business owner. I can only imagine how much income I have lost by not using this app sooner and listing all my products on the Etsy marketplace. Thank you!

The app is the best I've found for putting my Shopify inventory on Etsy. It isn't perfect and honestly I'd give it four stars, but whenever I've needed assistance customer service has contacted me quickly and resolved the problem which gets it that extra star!

I contacted Darpan on chat as I was having a couple of tinkering issues when setting up the integration from www.jojocookebest.co.uk to my Etsy store @JoCookeBest. Darpan was more than helpful and we sorted the issue within a few clicks. Also - I have tried a a couple of different Etsy integration apps before in the past and this one, without a doubt is by far the best.

Great App! New to Etsy and this was an easy seamless operation with setting up feeds and walks you through the Etsy setting needed for your store. Highly Recommend. Customer Service top notch!

Despite the initial issues I had with this app, i was contacted promptly by the development team and was assured that the issues will be fixed very quickly. Hence a 3 star review. Once I have had my issues fixed, I will have no problem in updating my review to 5-star and carry on using this integration tool for my other shopify stores too...

So far so good after using for about 2 months. It has been great when adding new products to either my shopify store or my etsy store. It automatically syncs and those products are added to the synced store within minutes. I had questions on how to edit content and updating so I used their live chat feature. There was no wait time and they were very quick to respond with the information i needed to continue being productive editing my products. This has become one of the most beneficial apps in my arsenal.
