I had difficulty adding photos and the help from Tis was excellent. I would like to see “help” videos on setting up Pop ups and emails as it would save a lot of scarce time for the user. The app itself looks to be very good.

Awful experience! The abandoned cart harrasses your customers and sends like 6 or more e-mails to the point where you get complaints. The mass email broadcast sent loads of random names in the subject field to customers forcing me to send an apology e-mail... Do not get this app unless you want to RUIN your business!! Lots of glitches and massive improvements required.

I swear by their customer service!! They go out of their way and fix the concern themselves for you. Superb!!!

Up until finding this app I've been sending recovery cart emails myself and using the basic Shopify email feature, which although this does the job, wasn't really engaging my customers and I couldn't create automatic emails. I downloaded this on Sunday (4th July) and a pop up appeared asking if I required help. As it was a Sunday I didn't expect a reply but Tris popped me a message and guided me through the set up. Not only do my emails look much more professional, but I'm saving lots of time, hopefully increasing engagement and in turn sales, but most of all the customer service is second to none. Thank you so much!

Everything is straight forward but i still struggled - however the help was instantaneous and Tris went above and beyond to help me complete my task.
