I use this App to fulfil my orders and never had issues. Their Customer Service Support Staffs especially ( June Chen ) are really diligent and professional in handling issues.

The customer service is always very communicative, persevering and friendly. Especially with a person named Ginger I was happy to write, thank you.

So far so good. My dedicated agent Sumi Huang is super helpful and has answered all of my questions promptly, with screenshots and detailed points. She makes the CJDropshipping experience worth it. It is like having an assistant on the app.

App and website both easy to use and navigate. Lots of great helpful tools to use, great product selection, great shipping rates/times in transit to destination, and great customer service. Some of the shops on CJ are scam suppliers. When I brought this to CJs attention the deleted my account instead of resolving the issue.

So far, any questions I have asked have been answered. Anything that could not be answered in the moment, they have opened a ticket for me to make an inquiry with the supplier! I definitely feel welcome answering questions, which is nice when you are still learning. My most recent interaction was with Saturn and they were very helpful!
