The mobile app works really well and the customers are giving us great feedback about the site. The Shoppad-support was really great. They answered quickly and helped translate the mobile-store. Gotta love it!

I was such a dummie for getting this app. Got it a couple of years ago and stupid me, I didn't check to see how it looked on mobile. I worked and worked my store the last few years without seeing headway. Last week I checked to see how my store looked on mobile for the first time. It was horrible.It didn't look at all like it does on a computer. It had looked that way all this time! Bad news for me because most of my customers use mobile! It flips over to shoppad where there is no pattern for the layout and it is not at all user friendly'! My sales have increased since I removed it. If you get this you better have a look on your mobile and don't put it off like I did.

Installed in seconds, worked in minutes. Had a quick question about the ipad and was answered promptly and fixed my concern. I was using WishPond but am a big fan of ShopPad now. Recommended.

I HAVE HAD NO PROBLEMS IT LOOKS GREAT I NEED TO CHANGE A FEW THINKS BUT OVERALL I LOVE IT. THANKS FOR MAKING THIS APP A LOT OF MY FRIENDS USE THEIR PHONES.

Really cool. If we can raise our mobile conversion rates sing this app, it will be the greatest thing since the elastic sided shoe!

An informal survey amongst customers and friends proved to us that we needed a more engaging mobile ready website. We were thrilled to find a cost-effective option waiting for us in the Shopify App Store. ShopPad's plug and play features and sleek look make this an easy option for your store. You'll find some great features in ShopPad. However, there are two big issues that keep me from giving a full 5 stars. Read on to find out more... ShopPad was super easy to install for our store. The options available within the general settings allow you to customize, but aren't overwhelming. The changes you make are real-time, too. That made it easy to experiment, and then reload my browser on the iPhone to see the results. Speaking of responsiveness, ShopPad staff are super accessible. I emailed expecting a delayed, two or three day response time. Instead, I found a personalized email waiting for me when I flipped back to my email client. Since then, ShopPad staff have been friendly and helpful with my questions. There are two things that I think need to be improved (already shared with app developer): 1. There is no true "homepage" in ShopPad. Visitors to your site are immediately met with your collections, so it's tough to introduce visitors to your image and look as you would on a Shopify desktop site. 2. The collections are automatically displayed in alphabetical order. We've taken great care to organize our products to optimize sales. It's a huge bummer to lose that in your mobile site. If we uninstall ShopPad, it will be for this reason. I've given 4 stars in anticipation of these two issues being fixed in an upcoming update, as I've been told by ShopPad staff. Looking forward to it!

Wow, just installed ShopPad and it works great! Logo, extra pages, URL mapped to my site perfectly! This app resolved a huge problem we were having with our customized theme that did not function very well on mobile devices. With ShopPad that problem was solved in 5 minutes! Thanks ShopPad !

This is actually way more awesome than I expected. The interface is so easy to use and attractive! The only thing I wish is that you didn't have to upgrade to the highest tier plan to get domain masking. But I will certainly be upgrading when I have the sales to justify it - I am just starting out. I highly recommend you try it out!!

I wasn't even planning on implementing it. It was the weekend and I was just fooling around online and heard about it from a buddy that was over. Whenever that happens it usually means the rest of my weekend in front of the computer partially ignoring my wife and kids (not good). Instead this was implemented in about 5 minutes. It took a few minutes for the configuration to sync but no big thing. I am on the paid plan for the custom domain and branding (get rid of the watermark). This is a prime of example of how software is evolving to no coding necessary allowing us to focus on what matters. Sadly I did end up ignoring my wife and kids. My buddy and I went to the bar :).

Awesome app. Customers are using it and the cart which is good. Nice that the free version now lets you upload your logo because customers feel more comfortable making a purchase that way. Thanks for the awesome support. Within 12 hours, the problem I had uploading my text was fixed for me.

This app is just what we needed for our mobile users. Easy to use, no extra software to download and it works perfectly! Highly recommended, you won't be disappointed.
