The setup was easy, but emails are not being sent out to customers. Support tried to help but ended on radio silence after a week of trying. Maybe specify this is a beta app.

After testing and comparing with other apps I can say that Yotpo has the best conversion rate on subscriptions of them all. And even more importantly, their team is amazing and they go the extra mile to help a customer. In this case I must mention Rachel, without hers and the developer's team help I would've been force to use some other solution.
