I use this app to fulfil Australia Post orders. The interface is simple to navigate, saving me heaps of time compared to doing this manually. Customer service is excellent.

Wow I can not express how helpful this app has been to my store, especially since they have added the Sendle integration. I already have rather good rates with both MyPost Business and Sendle and have found this to be the easiest 3rd party app to compare and fulfil both. Other more expensive apps are way too detailed and just did not work for me. Ricemill has automated the majority of my fulfilment process and now saves me hours every week. It is very easy to navigate and their customer support is extremely helpful, responsive and open to suggestion on any future improvements.

I was looking for an easy and seamless way to integrate with Aust Post MyPost account and this app does exactly that. It pulls in the orders immediately, I can enter the weight and dimensions and it shows the options and cost of postage right there. Very happy to find a free app that does exactly what it says!

I tested two Shopify apps which integrated with Australia Post MyPost Business. The Addition app and then Ricemill's app. Priced the same, both appeared good value for money but I actually had problems with both. However, the response time and quality of Ricemill's in app chat support was far superior and their willingness to improve their app is evident. It's a relatively new app but it does what it claims and they're adding improvements and features all the time. I decided to pay for the batch fulfil feature which is much faster and easier to use than the Addition app. My initial problem was a user error and they easily found the problem and solved it for me so I could get back to work. They have a place to submit improvement requests and I'm looking forward to making shipping even more streamlined with Ricemill. Thank you, highly recommend!

After installing the app, my first impression was to uninstall and delete because I found it buggy. After contacting support, I realised that it was my set-up that was buggy as I didn't do it right. Overall, this is a great addition to your shopify store. Amazing customer support service if and when you need it I highly recommend!

The app is very easy to use and as a first time store operator I was very happy to find an app that integrated with my AusPost My Business account so seamlessly. I had a few initial issues due to my inexperience however the customer service was very good with speedy and helpful responses to solve my queries. Thank you Ricemill.
