PROS: Automation | If you're at the stage where handling returns is taking more than an hour of your day every day, you're ready for this app! The amount of customers emailing me is way down, and when they do, 99.8% of the time I can just copy/paste a friendly email directing them to our portal. ;) Customer Service | After a few months I had some concerns about changing specific policies to address the .02% of more complicated returns, and the customer support process was amazing! Quick to reach out, schedule a call, and resolve the issues. Special shoutout to Sean :) Revenue Retention | With tweaks, our current retention rate has climbed from 9.31% when we first integrated to 32.76% as of this last month! That's huge. The investment is steep if you're a small- to medium-ish growing company, but it will help you level up! Worth it :)

Narvar Returns & Exchanges offers a lot of flexibility in building a custom experience suited for your store, with all messaging and rules open to tweaking. If things get confusing, their support team is extremely responsive and thorough! Analytics is also thorough and easy to compile, which has helped us monitor our return rates on a product level.

The Narvar Shopify app has proven to be an integral tool in improving our returns process. The features are robust and customizable, and while not everything has been an easy default connection due to our huge catalogue and many business case nuances, the support team has been a fantastic resource in navigating the tool and directing us towards solutions to fit our needs to continually improve and automate our processes. We were also very impressed with the recent integration with Klaviyo, which we're just beginning to scratch the service of. Overall, very happy with the app and even happier with the support we've received to make the app work best for us.

Horrible interface. Our customers are so confused when they're making exchanges. We've given the team feedback (even a Stanford professor complained about their interface) and they have not made any changes. Their support team is even worse!

I searched and have used all the major returns platforms and they all fall short compared to the abilities and customizations Narvar is able to provided. They have really built an incredible app with limitless customizations. If you want to build out custom returns policies and change it based on customer segments and products easily then look no further. Adding this app has made returns and exchanges so much easier for our team and for our customers! The customer is able to request one with just a few clicks of a button and they process automatically. I would love if it were easier to set up exchange groups, and the screen where you build rules is a bit complicated. But we've generally had a fantastic experience and highly recommend this app.
