Great functionality for the price, and very helpful customer service! Rise was a perfect replacement for our old loyalty app.

Rise makes it so easy to create win-back campaigns and loyalty reward programs. They provide quick assistance with any questions I may have (shoutout to Eddie) and the platform is very user friendly.

So far the set up has been really straight forward and I really believe will make a big difference to my business. The team are available on chat and have been really great at solving any problems. Highly recommend.

Customer service is top notch. Pauline had our issues handled within hours. Implementation was simple and straightforward. I do hope that the "gift a subscription" feature is in the works :)

Ari offers an incredible support and he is the reason why we chose gift wizard. We needed a feature which would allow us to add our own pictures and they made it possible within 5 days. Furthermore, our free trial was about to end and the feature we requested was not ready yet. They extended our free trial and after two days the feature was there. On top of this they even allowed us to enter a pre-defined message as a template for users who struggle to write something when they want to send a gift. The feature itself is close to being perfect. I have offered some suggestions that would further improve Gift Wizard. They told me they will be working on them. If you need a gift plugin look now further than Gift Wizard. Thanks Ari once again.

The app itself is not hard to set up and there are plenty of help articles along the way to guide you. If you have any trouble with assets appearing on the store, the Rise team is very responsive and great at following up until the problem is solved

I've been using this app for several months now, slowing implementing the functions. The written support documentation and videos are detailed and helpful, and if there is any uncertainty or ambiguity the support team in available to talk through your particular concern. We're currently using the app for its loyalty program with rewards as well as store credits. Gift card functionality is superb with an impressive presentation to the gift recipient. Five Stars!
