Really great and user friendly rewards app with responsive and friendly support. Honestly give it a try, it works perfectly. Pete from the support team is a winner.

App is very customizable and there are tons of cool features to play around with. I am usually picky with my apps because I don't like clutter but this definitely adds value and is easy to use. Abbie from customer support was supper helpful as well and was able to help me quickly and professionally

This app is amazing, really easy to use and very straight to the point. What's more impressive is their customer service. Jel was my customer rep and she was just so helpful. She helped me across two apps (if you need an email pop-up app, you should also check out Rivo's, it's the best, and very easy to use) and was extremely patient and kind. Overall I'd strongly recommend Rivo's products, you won't be disappointed <3

This app offers outstanding customer service, the representative I had, Arianne, went above and beyond her duties to make me feel appreciated and even went as far as making suggestions for my store with a step by step for me to learn with. Abbie was great and delivered more than what was asked. The app has an easy UI and makes it easy to set up for your store. Highly recommend if you want to save on ad spend and utilize network marketing.

I have to say that the customer service is really amazing. I had a problem with the app in 2 consecutive days and the customer service reply in less than 1 minute in both situations and helped me solve the issue. And the app is really good to. Recomend it.

Pete was WONDERFUL! He went over and beyond! I have a free account with Rivo and let me say - you get SOOO MUCH! Once my store grows, I will definitely upgrade my account to unlock all full features! Their customer service support is WONDERFUL too! and I have spoken with a handful of support associates at Rivo. This is HONESTLY the best app for their customer rewards and loyalty program. THE BEST, hands-down!! I downloaded so many other apps that weren't good enough until Rivo. The ease of setup is what I genuinely appreciate. This is my honest review. Thank you guys!
