I would like to thank customer services. I faced a technical problem which I couldn't solve and they sorted everything out much quicker than I had expected.

Excellent App, I tried a few other popup apps out there and this was by far the best one. Support was fast and thorough! Highly recommended.

Front end is pretty nice, decent functionality overall. Back end is not well-coded. There's a fixed dependency on a single server (non-CDN). If this server is down, the two script-loading calls fail, completely halting all other scripts from executing. Why not async? Why not error-trap? Why not copy and let host locally? To add insult, when this server is down, you also can't disable the plug-in. Your site and its users will be stuck in this dysfunctional mode until the devs restore the services. Even if you uninstall the plug-in altogether, the script-loading directives are still present, causing your site to continue to lag and fail.

Fantastic App! Very easy to setup and the customer support was A+++. We saw our signups increase almost instantly! Highly recommended for anyone with a Shopify store. Thanks guys

So far so good. The folks at Mod Media have been very helpful and have even done a little extra work for us very specific to our needs to help show a light box to various customer types. It's working out really well so far and I have been impressed with their level of customer service!! Highly recommend trying this app and working with Mod Media.

glitchy- the app was fine for a year or so and then stalled- i was unable to access back office and edit the image on the pop up box- customers service slow- you have to wait x2 days for a response! issue has persisted for 10 days and still unresolved. I hate leaving negative feedback but i am really unhappy!

Like the app - works great for an email pop up. Very fast customer service and they will help customize the coding if it is not something you know how to do.

THE WORST OF THE WORST. BE CAREFULL - AFTER DELETING THE APP, THE POP-UP'S ARE STILL SHOWN AND CAN ONLY BE DELETED IN CASE YOU SIGN UP ONCE AGAIN.

Love this app. It's so easy to use and provides me with just enough customization. Definitely worth using.

I am genuinely surprised with how bad this app is. The fact that this is intended to be used as a design app, but doesnt show you how your alterations affect the design in real time is barbaric, and i feel like a lumberous caveman trying to use it. I strongly advise not wasting your time, especially considering that they force you to agree to pay a subscription after your ONE free day trial before you can even use it.

I hate writing reviews but this app is great! The best app on Shopify I've tried, it simply works and looks great. I was about to switch over to BigCommerce but now that I have this feature on my site ( www.makerskit.com ) I'm here to stay. Well worth the five bucks a month. Thanks!!

The pop ups are still showing up after I have deleted this app. There aren't any instructions on how to resolve this.
