This is to be an unlisted app that only Shopifolk will install and uninstall based on merchant request

This app makes use of the Script Tag Extension feature on Checkout to support Hong Kong and Macao (SARs of China) as provinces of China.

The app: 1. Removes "Hong Kong SAR China" and "Macao SAR China" from the "Country/Region" dropdown 2. Adds "Hong Kong SAR China" and "Macao SAR China" from the "Province" dropdown when China is selected under "Country/Region" 3. Adds a secondary Region dropdown for Hong Kong regions when China is selected under "Country/Region" and "Hong Kong SAR China" is selected under "Province"
