We're using Loop since a few weeks and so far everything works perfectly fine. The customer service is very helpful, and we're looking forward to testing the new features soon

Abel Lesle and the Loop team went out of their way to help us get our Subscriptions going and working how we needed them to for our new Fitness center. They've been a huge help and we're excited to be using Loop and offering subscriptions to our customers.

We migrated from Recharge to Loop in November 2022 as we had a few challenges with the UX and back-end from Recharge. Loop has been really good when migrating all the existing subscriptions from Recharge and setting up Loop on our website. For me the key differentiator is the service we got from Loop, we could call Loop frequently and would be dealing with the same guy (Abel Leslie) who was great. What I also really like is Loop's dashboard, the selling plan (allowing to give a higher discount on the first order and then a lower on subsequent orders), as well as the customer portal, everything is a lot more intuitive and very easy to navigate. I can highly recommend Loop and would absolutely do it again.

App works well, much better than other subscription options that we've tried. The customer service is brilliant, and they have sorted all the little snags we've had setting up. Would recommend!

Very helpful customer support, easy to set up different selling plans, would be great to have some additional features like when a customer has different frequencies that overlap, it is lumped as one order rather than two separate orders

This app is EXACTLY what I have been dreaming of after running a subscription based company for years! It allows so much customization and automation, that I've previously spent so many hours doing manually. The user interface is so smooth and easy to use, both at the backend and for the customer. On top of all that, the team behind it is super helpful and answering any question you may have quickly and in great detail. This is THE subscription app to use. They are also constantly pumping out updates, giving even more new customization options all the time. Don't bother going through the headache of trying other subscription apps first, like I did. Just try this one, if you want a nice and intuitive and bug free app, that has all the customization options you need. Thank me later ;)

We decided to move to Loop from Recharge and it was a seamless experience! The team is online and available throughout the day, and extremely fast and thorough in all their responses. 10/10 recommend making the switch!!

Great support and great app. Although seeing most of the options is in the paid plan, but still this app offers many option that the others absolutly not offering under the paid plan. It is perfect to start and grow with...recomended

We wanted to add a subscription option on our site that did not cost a fortune like some other apps we considered. The Loop was the perfect fit for our needs. Plus, when our custom code didn't allow for an automated install, the loop team actually reached out to us to get it installed properly. They did all the heavy lifting and tested it to make sure it worked properly. They even pointed out an option fix to be added to our cart that they noticed. Highly recommend!

Loop is perfect for what we need for all of our subscription boxes. The support team have been amazing, and have gone above and beyond helping us to migrate over from another subscription provider. We have tried 2 other subscription apps and Loop is head and shoulders above the rest in terms of support and functionality. I would 100% recommend!
