Having tried every app out there in this field i can truly say IPACKY is unlike any other. The app has every setting imaginable and if we have any issue we contact David and he is always there ready to help. Unlike most apps I have yet to find a single thing i would like to change. The app adapts to what you need it to do with the most advanced settings of any app on the store. I can honestly say this is one of my favorite apps and by far the most key app to my business running on a daily basis. Truly grateful for IPacky and its creator David!

iPacky is a very powerful tool that has enabled my store to ensure 100% picking/packing accuracy. As my store has over 70 SKU's, picking and packing errors were prone to happen from time to time. With iPacky and its scanning system, I am ensured my picking/packing team is 100% error free. this has saved tremendous time and money with returns and order corrections! Definite must have for low/high SKU store owners to ensure 100% picking/packing process!

If you are looking for a picking app stop searching, this app has everything you need for a very-very reasonable price, with the best support/service you can imagine. Out company had rebellion because they wanted to use the old not compatible picking app, but after 1 picking session all the employees loved how easy and fast the new picking system is.

iPacky is a very well built app. It's helped us make sure every outgoing shipment is accurately prepped and packed, and the serial number functionality is the best I have seen for any Shopify app. It works exactly the way that it should, and is highly customizable and reliable. Perhaps more importantly, iPacky is backed by a team that provides good support and is focused on future development.

Far and away the most useful app we have added to our store. It is essential for the accurate picking and packaging of our orders but it also helps us with other applications we use like our courier platform and it has been a massive help with creating accurate courier labels and streamlining a number of our processes. It is a very powerful tool. David the owner of Ipacky has been excellent to deal with and has gone over and above the call of duty to help us get started and integrate the software. Our team loves Ipacky and we would strongly recommend it to any Shopify business that is serious about professional order delivery.

We are a bookstore, with thousands of books in inventory, sometimes several different editions of the same title. We used to make a lot of mistakes before we installed ipacky. What is does for us: 1. sorts items on the picking list in alphabetic order (which shopify doesn't) - so picking is much easier now. 2. allows scanning picked products in real time, so that we don't double-pick items on big orders. 3. allows checking orders by scanning by another person. 4. tags picked and checked orders in shopify so that we can see progress in real time. 5. tracks who picked and who checked the order. 6. last but not least - shows qty remaining in inventory - very useful for us: when we pick the last item on the shelf, we can see right away if it is also the last item in the system, and if not - make adjustment, which helps us avoid to oversell. This last function has just been added on our demand - thank you so much ipacky for this great support!

First of all it's an easy to set up, easy to operate, meanwhile extremely customizable app with lot's of picking and checking options. You can use a phone, tablet, PC but even works and looks absolutely perfect on all our 3 kinds of Zebra "mobile computers", you just have to have a browser. If you want to have a better app for picking and checking orders you'll have to implement an ERP system for sure, but below many 1000 sqm of warehouse space and many-many picking people you won't need a better solution for sure. Added to that if you have any question David the CEO knows everything and I believe he is not really sleeping because he is literally anwsering to every message in 5 minutes 24/7 even weekends. We have been using iPacky for almost 2 years now, and it's been great. It has allowed us to move all our fulfillment to a third party distribution center. The warehouse employees find it very intuitive and easy to use, and mistakes are rare. The developer is also extremely responsive to support requests and/or feedback - for example, he helped us configure both virtual SKUs and barcoding aliases to fit our use case.

Slik at alt scannes for å være helt sikker på at vi ikke gjør feil. - Gode rapporter som forteller deg alt om hvordan de som plukker og pakker presterer. Apper som jeg anbefaler i tillegg til iPacky: - Bundles app (integrerer) - Inventory Planner - for å holde styr på beholdningen og vareleveringer - Order tagger- for å sette regler for fullføring i iPacky. Feks få opp meldinger på skjermen om ulike kunder handler, eller info om spesifikke produkter.

We just started using iPacky and so far it has been great! We have been searching for an app like this for awhile and even tried 2 others that did not work nearly as well as iPacky. This is going to help eliminate shipping errors and the ability to scan all items in a "bundle" or "kit" is amazing! Most importantly though, the service we've received from David has been outstanding! He truly cares about his product and has gone out of his way to help with the on boarding. Can't recommend iPacky enough!

I found this app while looking for a new system for our fulfilment and could not be happier. Easy to set up and the app ticks 99% of boxes that we needed. This is a BRILLIANT APP! It allow me to filter my orders so we can focus on the orders where every ordered product is actually in stock! This is a game changer because we allow overselling on the majority of our inventory. Super engaged developer that is adding new useful features all the time! Can not recommend it enough!

iPacky has streamlined my entire picking/packing process and the accuracy of each sales order. My warehouse team's efficiency has exponentially increased - what used to take half a business day to complete is now decreased to 2 hours. iPacky has a well-thought-out operational process from generating picking orders (with BIN locations) to scanning in products (simultaneous SKU and LOT number scanning) to ensure product packing accuracy. The scan function is extremely useful as my team used to encounter countless packing errors. I have approximately 100 orders a day - each order having 10-12 products so finding a quick and easy to use solution is vital to my business's operational efficiency. The scanning UI is extremely user-friendly and its audio/visual cues prompt immediate correct/incorrect input - allowing packing workers to immediately identify packing errors. I was hesitant on trying iPacky at first due to many previously failed apps, however, the founder took the time to video conference me to learn about my business process, my needs and wants, and even made custom enhancements to further improve inventory traceability. I'm in the food business so traceability is a crucial part of my operational process. If your company deals with large amounts of SKUs, LOT, batch tracking, and traceability, then iPacky is the best solution in the market for packing pinpoint accuracy and precision.

It talks with shopify flawlessly - we print our packing list from ipacky, print shipping labels through Australia Post then pick, scan and pack our orders with 100% accuracy with only a few minutes added to our packing time overall.
