I've been using this plugin for almost half a year and have been modifying various pages of my store through it, and their customer service has been prompt in helping me solve any problems. I like it very much.

Literally best customer service I've ever used. They helped me implement custom code on the side, no problem! And they are super fast to respond.

Et leur technologie à permis d'ajouter un code personnalisé pour corriger le code du thème. **** Tandis que l'erreur ne venait pas de leur application, il ont réussi et en un temps record à : - Retrouver le code corrompu - À résoudre le problème technique. L'intervention n'a causé aucun dommages à notre boutique, car une sauvegarde complète à été dûment effectué au préalable. De plus une demande d'accès à vos paramètres vous ait demandé au préalable. App GemPages quá tuyệt vời! Luôn luôn tốt và tiện cho những người dùng Shopify không biết codes, và muốn chủ động hơn khi sửa chữa, update content. Tiếc là theo mình thấy thì anh em Việt nam vẫn còn ít người thực sự biết dùng drag & drop editor 1 cách hiệu quả, trong khi rất nhiều app đặc biệt là GemPages thì quá nhanh và tiện lợi. Các anh em bán Shopify Việt nam đọc được review này thì đây là "tín hiệu từ vũ trụ" khuyên anh em dùng thử luôn khỏi băn khoăn đi thử đâu nữa cho mất thời gian vì app này ngon nhất trong các app mình đã thử. Chức năng cập nhật liên tục. Mình dùng GemPages cách đây 6 tháng giờ mới quay lại thấy nhiều chức năng được cập nhật bản mới rất tiện dụng. Dịch vụ chăm sóc khách hàng quá nhiệt tình và có tình người! Mình không biết gì là hỏi nhưng bạn nv Hỗ trợ( Mona) quá tốt và tận tình. Liên hệ để kiểm tra custom font cũng ok, làm nhanh, hiểu vấn đề chứ không lan man mất thời gian. Cảm ơn team rất nhiều! Ít khi khen nhưng chất quá là phải khen! Dịch vụ GemPages là uy tín!

Perfect APP to get shopify running and designed to custom needs. especially the help / support from gemapges is outstanding.... can highly recommend it. Letty helped me sort things out, very effiency way.

I used this app to help me create collection pages and landing pages that have more functionality than the basic shopify theme and it's been fantastic. It is so easy to use and the integration with shopify is second to none. Any things I did need assistance on were solved so quickly with live chat - the whole customer support team jump in and help get your problem solved so quickly. Couldn't recommend more!

I have never ever seen a support so great as here. Not only these guys were patient enough to let me somewhat describe my problem but they went ahead and FIXED it on my end.... Absolute legends!
