We recently started using Sellup and needed some changes to better suit our website. Dan was really helpful! He was super quick to respond and quick to make the changes (all done within an hour of emailing support). Thanks team!

The app is easy to use and the customer service is perfect! Dan helped me with a little change I wanted to make and even sent me a video explaining where I needed to go to make the changes.

Fast support when a problem occurs (Dan has been very helpful) and overall a useful app (I use cart upsell mainly).

Really does what we need it to. Easy to use, simple. Tried several competitors first that did not compare well.

This app got my Google Merchant account suspended. It took me almost a month to get the suspension liftet. Update: I lost quite a lot of money on this. By pure luck I was advised by one of Denmarks best shopify shop builders, that the app was probably the reason for the suspension. I removed the app and sent my 5th or 6th appeal to google and luckily got it oppened again. I liked the Up-sell app - but it is a shame that developers don't take responsibility for this situation and just blames Google.

The action offers weren't working but the support team fixed the problem promptly. They were also helpful in making style changes (re-positioning the cart offer to be in a more prominent location).

I haven't opened my store yet so this is a review on the install and customer support rather than anything sales related. The app was easy to add and straightforward to use, I requested a few minor amendments and my support ticket was answered quickly and professionally - Thank you Dan. Very happy so far and it does what i wanted it to do.

This app is great, had to tweak the UI quite match it with ours but nice way for customer to get motivate them to add a product to cart.
