Bad from the start— we paid for professional services to ensure a smooth transition, but were trained on incorrect workflows. When things didn’t work because of this, they blamed us for doing it wrong repeatedly before helping us solve the problem. We couldn’t trust the data that came out— both because it was set up wrong in the first place, and second because the data would fluctuate without reason. Unit costs for certain SKUs would change multiple times a day, even when there were no changes in inventory (no orders for this SKU, no returns for this SKU, no received POs). Once, we had to halt operations because fulfil.io pushed hundreds of years old, canceled orders into fulfillment, meaning we had to go in our WMS, find them all, and manually cancel them. The UI was needlessly complicated. Go with something else.

Absolutely fantastic! Really helpful to pool all our sales channels, inventory, accounting, productions etc. under one system. Fulfil gives us clarity into almost every aspect of the business which leads to better more informed decisions.

Fulfil saved us 2-3x the subscription cost in the first year via reduced labor costs alone and they add features faster than anyone else. All ERP's suck in some way, let's face it, but with Fulfil's API you can work around those things that suck for you and write your own apps while still leveraging Fulfil as the master database. This ability doesn't exist elsewhere and was a game changer for us. If you're a small retailer, it's probably not for you. The ideal is probably a high 7-figure or low 8-figure business looking to scale fast. But if you're tech savvy and willing to invest in a system that can scale then it can work for anyone.

Fulfil has increased our Pick and Pack Operation for all key metrics by 5x. The Interfaces and UI are Intuitive with associates having a short learning curve with increased productivity. Their Customer Service is top notch, with fast effective resolutions, and if there is not a solution currently available one is quickly developed and implemented. Customer Feedback and pain points is welcomed and actioned with new features rolled out often.
