Powerful tool with great benefits. Without a doubt, Daasity has a support team that promptly attends to your questions or requests, putting the customer first. Guided by them and with the correct configuration, the tool provides the essential information to be able to make the necessary decisions for the business, turning any eCommerce into one that is always acting quickly. Ideal for those of us who work with an agile work methodology.

Daasity's integrations and premium service allows us to easily create dashboards and custom reports to capture the insights we need to drive our business forward. As a high growth brand accelerating through a competitive market, it's imperative we have visibility to the smallest of details within our D2C business. Daasity allows us to look at all aspects of our Shopify and Amazon business to navigate that journey successfully. Would highly recommend working with them to take your analytics to the next level.

If you want virtually unlimited manipulation of analytics, this is a great platform. Premium support are very available and knowledgeable also. The UX isn't the best, but if it's pure data you're after, it's great.

The dashboards are useful and visually pleasing. Support managers Wes & Darcy have been very helpful building custom dashboards and resolving issues for us.

Automated report distribution keeps all of our team members up to date. The premium customer support is worth it and has been a great help in building custom reports.
