Samsung smart 12 Varmepumpe. Not working for iOS 15

Samsung. Dette er den dårligste App store jeg har vært borti . Bare for å se om en varmepumpe går , for den tåler ikke frost

Not happy. Works good inside home, but cannot configure it to control if outside

To much trouble logging in. Way to much hassle for logging on. Make it easier to go straight in to app.

Amateurs. Takes unusual long time to connect to the a/c every time I want to adjust something. No timer for scenes makes it limtied in an intelligent smart home. Seems to be designed in a hurry, hope they update this app soon.

Mr. This app is a disapointment. I bought this product because it promised I could use it with my WIFI. After endless times of restart, reload, reconnect it simply does not want to connect. Why announce the function as " simple an clever with no hazel what so ever, just download the App!" in the ads and productdescrition, when it simply does not function? Even worse. If you hit the Report a problem linc in the "Write a review section" they send you to a Korean support site... Did Samsung at all tried to test their product?

Dont buy samsung. App stopped working and there is no update

Påkobling problemer. Er der noen som har løst problemet med påkobling utenfor hjemmet. veldig irriterende når det ikke virker.

Virker ikke. Virker ikke med iOS 8

Alt for dårlig. Har alltid fungert dårlig og nå fungerer den ikke lengre. Man skulle forvente litt mer fra Samsung, som har mye annet bra som fungerer fint, så styr unna varmepumper fra Samsung.

Elendig. Burde være mulig å lage ein bedre app i 2021👎

Very bad app. I have seen many apps and used a lot, but this takes the bottom prize. It is very old fashioned and last week I have not been able to connect to my AC in my summer house. It sais that I have no device registered! But, I am able to connect via the web site of Samsung. I have 6 AC units from Mitsubitsu and both the AC devices and the app controlling them is lightyears ahead of Samsung.
