Renaming. All i want is to rename 2FA codes I add to this app, can’t even do the simplest things.

Complete trash. This so-called Authenticator is utter tra*h. I got locked out of my own account when I activated 2 step verification because the codes didn't work. Not surprising, it's after all Google! Don't use it!!

Smart. Crazy smart

Worst app ever - yet required everywhere..... How can you put your name on such trash. Hours and hours wasted and no help to get anywhere. Accounts disappears. And no way to set up new ones. It amazes me that so many other companies/apps choose to stay with you. I will personally reach out to as many of them as I can and recommend them to rid themselves of you, and I appeal to everyone reading this to do the same. Shame on you!

Don’t just don’t!. I lost access to both Instagram and Snapchat because I used this app. It just stopped functioning when I got a new iPhone. Do not ever use this!

Codes never worked with my discord. I was dumb and formated a disc with backup codes. And this Authenticator never worked... so bad to get my discord deleted to make a new one.

Cannot add several accounts. The button to add several accounts it’s not found anywhere. Using it on iPhone 13

Scanning a QR code in another app is not possible.. When I go to scan a QR code, the app automatically selects the camera, but I have a QR code in my browser. How do I do this? The QR code is from Google themselves, and I am following their instructions, so this is frustrating.

Works but.... I need a feature to back up codes in case I need to restore my iPad/iPhone etc, i know another Authenticator that does what i ask but I like this app better. The lack of features forces me to use another app.

Dårlig UX. Er du så uheldig å miste eller ødelegge telefonen din uten å ha nøkkel eller en annen backup, så er du kjørt. Dårlig UX - fiks dette!

Innlogging. Jeg får ikke opp alternativ om å slette denne kontoen når jeg ikke lenger vil bruke den. I tillegg til at min forrige konto er fjernet og nå kan jeg ikke logge inn på snapchat.

Forferdelig oppleggAldri last ned dette. Jeg er nå låst ute av facebook og instragram pga kodene fungerer ikke. Har gjort alt det står jeg skal gjøre viss det ikke fungerer. Fortsatt fungerer det ikke. Jeg har mistet tilgang til min jobbinstagram som er krise for meg. Aldri aldri bruk denne appen. Den gjør livet helt sykt surt og ikke er det mulig å få hjelp til å fikse det heller

No option for backup. Got a new phone and computer, nothing was backed up from this app so I losr access to all my logins with 2SV. Other authenticators will have a backup option, don’t bother with this.

Lite brukervennlig. Overføring av tilganger fra en telefon til en annen er lite smidig. Ved tap av telefon må alt opprettes på nytt. Det er ikke mulig å gi de ulike tilgangene egne navn, jeg har mange ulike tilganger på samme mailadresse og velger ofte feil kode.

No backup options or sync... Not being able to at least backup is just silly, and makes it unnecessary difficult if you change your phone.

Just works as it should. I don’t know why people hate it, I like it. Works as it should. Ty Google!

CRAP !!!!. It’s just bull*hit!!! It doesn’t work ! I cannot login to my account. It comes just incorrect code. Like someone said in the reviews IT SHOULDN’T EXIST !!!!! 🤬🤬🤬🤬

Fast and user-Friendly. I had to get a two-factor Authenticator for another app that I use, so I downloaded Microsoft’s first, but it was really slow, and did not have that authentication-key that I needed for my app.

Sikkert bra om den hadde virket. Blir imponert over at den ikke virker gang på gang på forskjellige enheter. Feil kode hver eneste gang. Er vel bare å slette.

Finfint!. Veldig god måte å holde Google-brukeren sin sikker på. Og med den nye funksjonen "Angi maskinen som pålitelig", trenger ikke appen brukes hele tiden heller.

Støtter ikke Cloud synkronisering. Appen er dårlig og supporterer ikke synkronisering via sky. Hvis du ikke har andre enhet med importert profil så mister du din mfa library når du mister hoved enhet eller telefonen dør. Bruk heller andre app som støtter cloud synkronisering.

No backup / garbage app. This app must be the most stupid app out there. I got a new iPhone, sync with the new one, all passwords everything got transfered, also other authenticator apps. But not this one. Now thanks to google i have lost access to my facebook and messanger account. Facebook can’t help me either. The app is garbage and its a covenant with the devil! Once you loose you’re phone you will never be able to log in agian. This app should be removed from appstore!!!

Failure. Constantly giving me codes that gets rejected when trying to log on.

Lost my account. My phone broke and i copyed it to a new one, still lost my codes and then list Money on some accounts that i cant logg in to now, thanks for the useless recovery methods

For your own good dont.. Works if you never change or loose your phone. If so good luck! Youre gona need it.

Finn QR lode. Det er vanskelig å finne QR kode så at man kan kopiere den til ande enheter. Eller skrive ut en QR og spare den «offline» hvis man eks. mister telefon….

Not accepting the codes. It worked to begin with some months back, when now it has stopped working, pretty crap

Not working. This does not work after IOS 14

Keeps crashing after latest iOS update. Seems like the only solution right now is to offload the app under General -> iPhone storage and then reinstall to not loose any data. Still should be fixed asap. Is this app still maintained? Latest release is over 2 years old and still missing critical functionality for backing up 2FA data

Der gikk de tusener av kronene i vasken. Overførte konto fra forrige telefon, og appen fungerte fint i starten, men nå, flere måneder senere etter at jeg ikke lenger har forrige telefon, ber appen om å overføre konto på nytt fra forrige telefon.

Ingen brukerstøtte. Mister du telefonen din er alt tapt. Kan ikke flyttes til ny telefon. Latterlig - har ingen ting med sikkerhet å gjøre, har noen låst opp telefonen er appen åpen. Flere spillselskap har bedre apper enn dette

Møkka app. Er du så uheldig å ha byttet telefon er sjansen stor for at du mister tilgang til alle steder du hadde aktivert denne. Styr unna!!!

Missing custom url schemes. We cannot open the app from our app when another apps for otpauth are installed. Especially when using iOS >= 15. Then iOS always use Settings -> Passwords. It would be nice also to paste otpauth url into the app instead of typing name and key as separated fields.

Tried to synchronize with my iPad. Missing backup functionality and synchronization between devices, else it´s a nice app.

Fail. I had started to worry about how to migrate to my next iPhone, but today the app “fixed” that by no longer working on my current one! Seems it doesn’t work with iOS 14.2

Doesn't work after updating to ios 14.2 ?. Te app just crashes on startup after updating to ios14.2. any chance of a fix for this asap ?

Don't upgrade.. New version removes all accounts.

The app resetted by it self. Now I opened the app after blt using it for some weeks, and all my codes is gone.. I just updated my phone from iOS 13.3 to 13.4.1. Don't know if this is why the app resetted, but I doubt. Now I need to try to recover all my accounts where I used this app 😭

Odd and ineffective. Don´t really seem like it actually synchronizes with Snapchat. Never had to login with this beforehand (had two-step verification via SMS) but suddenly it now needed this app for it to login. And well - im logged out and is probably likely to never get the possibility to log in to that account again and have to add about 500 people (which is not realistic). Thanks for nothing :)👍

Bra. Virker som den skal. Har brukt den siden september 2020, ikke opplevd noen problemer.

Oppgraderingen fjerner eksisterende kontoer. Jeg oppgraderte, nå er kontoene jeg har lagt inn borte. Veldig upraktisk...

Works great. Missing copy option. Excellent app but the lack of a copy option for the generated codes makes me rate it only 4 stars.

Code first time?. Cant be used, because it does not generator ant idcode/idkey the first time when you are registrering you.

Awesome. This is really awesome. I've never had problems with my account being jacked before, and I really can't see that happening now. Great security measure from Google.

Not working with iOS 14.2!. The app just quits

Ingen sikkerhetskopi av info. Mister du telefonen forsvinner all informasjon som er lagret. Ingen mulighet til å overføre til ny telefon. Ingen innlogging for å se lagret informasjon. Enkel å grei å bruke.
