Komplisert innsjekk. Utrolig villedende og komplisert og sjekke inn. Har følelsen av at du prøver å bli lurt til å betale mer enn du skal. Har brukt en time i dag på å sjekke inn. Bare frustrerende. Håper Norwegian eller SAS har ledige seter neste fang.

Not easy to check in. I am asked to choose baggage again when I am checking in even if I just paid for baggage. Very confusing.

Horrible. I dont reccomend it to people because they are strict and food taste terrible, you cant put things down on the board in front of you on the seat, it all will slide down but on other flights it will stay so you dont spill, it dont even have a bag under the table.

Flight from Vienna to Amman. This is my first time flying with Ryanair it was really good, fantastic staff, boarding on time, cheap prices. Definitely recommended 🌷🌷

For noe lureri. Spør om personinfo som er totalt unødvendig. Så fort jg kommer meg hjem skal jeg slette appen. Få GDPR slettet all info og aldri reise med Ryanair. Bedre å betale 500kr ekstra for Norwegian, sas eller Ba enn all lureri og stresset som følger med Ryanair

Terrible. It feels like the only thing this company wants is to threaten their customers to buy more and more that they don’t need. Like seats, bags, priority boarding etc. and in a spiteful and hostile way. The times I need to use this company, I feel really bad about it.

Bad choice uption in app. Please make an easyier app that focus on to bring the customer fastest from a to b without trying to sell and make your customers frustrated.

Switching app needs improvement or links to be disabled. When switching from app to safari, the checking process resets and need to start all over

Incırrect gate Information. Don’t trust gate information of your flight. App showed several gate information regarding the flight FR958 on 05.08.2023. First it showed C73 and then C64 and C60 and C69 and C44. We started to wait in front of C44 with my pregnant wife and two kids. I checked the app again and it showed C61 and boarding started 😮 We began to run to the new gate and in a very short time it showed gate will be closed. We reached the gate as last passengers but it was very difficult for us. I don’t trust this app. Please syncronize this app with the airports information.

Check in on airport. After trying and trying and trying to check in online, but just getting errors, being charged €50 at the airport is totally unacceptable.

Booking. Altfor omstendelig å gjennomføre bookingen. Skjønner at det kan være greit å få mulighet til div forsikringer, leiebil, hotell etc, men de fleste ordner vel slik utenom å bruke bookingsiden til Ryanair.

Ryanair ir the worst airliner ever. Very careful with all the “special” rules that only Ryanair has. They are traps conceived to steal money from passengers. Try to checkin at the airport 3 hours before your flight and you will have a fine of 250 euros per person. Take one bag and a laptop aside, you will also be fined or leave one behind! It’s ridiculous! Plus Inside the plane you get absolutely nothing from the Ryanair. No matter how long the flight. Pay pay pay pay and more pay. It’s really amazing how they claim they air low cost 😂 what a joke! Wake up people. I bet not even my honest critic will get published, this is how bad this airliner is. -5 stars

Fraud. They urge you to check in via the app, where youre suddently forced to choose a seat - and pay for it. Meanwhile ib the website you dont have to pick a spesific seat

Great service. Perfect app, easy to use and helpful in duration of whole travel as well like before and after.

Never again. Absolute nightmare ordering from Ryanair through the app. It’s a scam and I’ll not order a plane ticket from Ryanair again. Firstly, there was no clear information anywhere that checking in online beforehand was essential so I was fined 55€ for airport check-in. The day before I ordered extra luggage through the app and there was no warning or information or anything to try to get me to check-in online even though it’s just a click away. Meaning they only want to trick money from you. Secondly, I had ordered a 10kg cabin bag through the app and it had not been registered through the system even though I payed for it and the lady at the bag drop wanted to fine me too for “having an extra bag” because it didn’t turn up on the system. After showing her my bag itinerary on the app she didn’t fine me but complained I hadn’t told her colleague that I had an extra bag when its not my fault Ryanair doesn’t register things properly. Overall, my experience with the technology of the app not working, rude staff and the expensive fines made my journey one of the most unpleasant and expensive ones I’ve had. Horrible

Awful first experience. They will find a way to screw you. You’ll end up paying more than than second cheapest option, and be annoyed and irritated during the flight. The gotcha that got me: Checkin closes much much earlier than the standard for airlines, and they’ll force you to pay 55 EUR extra if you don’t make it on time. They guide you to download their app, but each update takes at least 70 MB. With several such updates needed in a row, then on a cell phone connection, the time it takes to download the app just might mean they will have closed checkin by the time the app finishes updating. The cost will be on you. A terrible UX. I won’t be flying Ryanair again.

The worst app period. This app is the worst it can be… full of trap buttons, hidden free non paid options. So confusing even to veteran travelers. Couldn’t make the worst app than this one even if i tried my hardest.

50 euros for checking because of yor setup. Sh#t. At CPH, held up by the covid papers guy. Clock ticks and two hours before boarding is passed so you close your check in. Very nice. I was told to calm down or not fly. Great service. Cant believe how little flexible you are and I will never ever recommend anyone I know to travel with you. Angry and disappointed - and ripped off.

Uprofesjonelt. Vær varsom, masse skjulte kostnader og regler som de ikke varsler om. Fikk beskjed om at det var lurt å ankomme flyplassen 2 timer før, sto ingenting om check-in tider. Prøver å checke inn noen minutter før og får beskjed om at check-in var stengt og måtte betale 55£ per person

Dårlig brukervennlighet. Altfor mye fokus på å selge tillegg, når man allerede har takket nei til dette ved bestilling. Steget med valg av bagasje var også veldig lite brukervennlig

Too compex. Way too complex website and app. Same information have to be punched in several places and pictures of passport. Etc learn from Norwegian app and ordering system Way smoother and takes short time compared to this

Too much trying to Get more money out of us. Is it really necessary to keep bothering your customers. It feels like being shacked up side down, Ryan air trying to empty my pockets as much as possible. I just want to book a flight and enjoy the holliday. But everything has to be complicated. Even checking in, the most simple thing there should be... and if you dont do it a certain time up front it costs you 600 nok extra... Really a shame... Ok, enough complaining. Have a nice day.

Påminnelse innsjekking på app. Ikke lett å forstå at man ikke sjekker inn når man kjøper sete. Føy gjerne til en pop up melding som minner om at dette må gjøres i tillegg minst to timer før flight tidspunkt.

Så godt som alltid presise. Følg Ryans regler til punkt å prikke, så har du et rimelig og effektiv transport alternativ.

Middels brukervennlig app. Forventer ingenting annet enn å komme hjem til avtalt tid, som egentlig er det viktigste. Men ryan air har en litt usympatisk tilnærming til kundene, og ansatte bærer preg av utrivelige arbeidsvilkår. Som passasjer får man følelsen av å bli behandlet som kveg, og litt av den gode feriefølelsen går tapt på vei hjem.

Always something extra payment regarding luggage cost. If I was the boss in the family (no, I am not), I would NEVER travel with ryanair due to the fact that they try to fool you. Why is it so hard to tell the price in clear text? Hopeless

Alt i alt fint selskap å reise med. Reist med Ryanair vær gang vi er ute å flyr. Har aldri opplevd noen vanskeligheter nr jeg flyr med dem. Men nå har jeg merket at man tydeligvis må betale ekstra for 10kg liten trille koffert som jeg syntes var litt rart. Ville hold øye med prisene og ikke bestilt med engang siden de går opp og ned.

Kjøp av sette. Det er ingen valg til de som vil ikke kjøpe sette og man følger seg presset til å kjøpe sette. Man må bli informert om dette, når kjøper billetten

Man får akkurat det man betaler for og ikke mer!. Om det er seter ledig ved siden av hverandre, burde man kunne sitte ved siden av hverandre uten å betale ekstra.

Ok flight - horrible app. The app has suddenly become awful and just freezes all the time. I cant log in or retrieve my booking. The flights are ok, but this app is a travesty. Sort it out fast.

Flott kundeservice. Da jeg skulle sjekke inn oppdaget jeg at jeg hadde registrert en feil i min sønns fødselsdato. Var sikker på at dette kom til å skape problemer, men gjennom kundeservice live chat korrigerte de det raskt for meg. Lettet!

Complicated!. When you cant save your familimembers passport details and allways have to add them. Also diffecult to know what you have and what Ryanair tries to sell you extra. To much added services we dont need etc. Their system is made to make us fail!

Poor online booking prosedyre. I GOT errormrssage: this E-Mail Address is not valid. I checked several times and IT was according to the E-Mail info I’ve GOT. Tried to call the helpline tlf 7 times without Gryting an answer. Terrible procedure and poor service.
