Great app. Live updates and lots of Information 👌😊

Scammers. Lufthansa cancelled a ticket and promised a full refund, that did not happen. Never ever consider book anything from these scammers, you will lose your money. I will never ever book through Lufthansa in my life, and I’m young.

Disappointing. The app kept crashing, so I decided to reinstall it. All I needed was a boarding pass. In all other apps you can get that with just your last name and booking number, but no - here you had to create an account and fill out the annoying form. But even then the form would get stuck and not get submitted! Spent 15 mins on it and still didn’t get it done. I expected more from Lufthansa.

Boarding cards export. It would be helpful to be able to export/share boarding passes as a single pdf file. I travel with my family and need to share passes individually. Thanks!

Annoying app. You need to create an account to use the app to check in and access your boarding pass unlike most other airlines where you only need your name and flight number. The app constantly crashes and so every step is frustrating, from registering to accessing the boarding pass.

First class. Lufthansa is probably the best airline in the World!

Manages bookings and pushes ads. The app is good at what it does, showing my bookings and some straightforward operations like checking in. For more advanced tasks like upgrades you’re redirected to the web anyways. It’s a bit awkward that they push advertisement for their in-flight purchases to your smart-watch. That’s really abusing its privileges, since there doesn’t seem to be away to disable that. TL;DR: little added value beyond that you can access the same info as on the web while you’re offline.

Slow, horrible UI. Can’t believe how long it takes to fetch a little bit of text or a seat map, the developer haven’t learned of caching yet. Also what’s wrong with the UI? Cut off headlines?

Utterly useless. Worst in the industry. Website shell that’s not even scaling properly

From bad to worse. What’s happening to you dear Lufthansa? You were one of the most efficient airlines but now the services on board is much worse and this app doesn’t work anymore: it’s impossible to accessing it. Plus from now it is not possible anymore to use the miles points to pay tickets. Why??? What is happening? Of course where is possible I’m going to fly with companies that are offering a better service. Goodbye Lufthansa.

A disgraceful app. An absolute horror show of an app. Feels like working on a Windows 95 system. Slow, slow, slow, frequent logouts. Its just a poor poor app.

Problems after update. The new version of the app no longer allows me to access my profile, nor access existing bookings. Error code 1313, “We had trouble understanding the airline preference code.” Was unable to even see my booking, so had to delete and reinstall app. So now I see it, but still can’t view details, access booking, nor profile. Really not a good situation when you’re halfway through a months-long trip.

Delays. Many times delays..

Nick. A bit slow at times but always updated information and notifications for changes. One of the better flight apps.

Bording pass. Will not show boarding passes

Bookings dissappear. My two bookings seemingly havevto be added every time the app is opened. Useless!

Don’t put your money in danger. The performance of the app isn’t great at all. I booked through app but didn’t get a confirmed ticket neither in app nor in mail but my money got deducted. And now there is no response from customer care mail and call. Later in customer care call they said it is dosage to book from web but not from app.

Nothing works. Absolute useless app. Login don’t work most of the time if you are lucky to succeed the Check-in does not work , no assistance, the list is too long …

Don’t use Lufthansa. First they canceled one of my transit flights, unbelievable bad customer service, I was 2.5 hours on the phone in order to rebook the canceled flight. Then they changed the operated airline to a 2 star less company. They precise words were: “ The operating airline and flight number of your flight have changed. You will find your updated itinerary below. If you have ordered a special meal or a transport option for your pet, please note that we will not be able to provide these services on your flight.” I will not use Lufthansa again.

Lufthansa = scam. Lufthansa cancelled my flight and says to call them, but all service numbers have been unavailable for days… no service personel at the airport as well. Unable to rebook through app/website/phone or in person at the airport. What a scam company…

M. App is crashing, cannot open it

Payment ??. Last payment page is horrible, it shows long unnecessary methods and it crashes all the time so I have to try computer site 🤦‍♂️

Slow and outdated. This app was probably good 7-8 years ago. However, it is super messy compared with their dutch enemies and it is super slow. Every time I try to go to find details about my bookings, it takes avout 60 seconds of buffering to get there. This is consistent when controlled with internet connection and other devices. The app is certainly not Lufthansa’s stregth or priority. Maybe their target population is old style travelers who wants to print out all their travel documents?

Loose my bookings all the time. While SAS, United, Finnair, KLM, Norwegian remember my bookings (even with cross sharing flights), the Lufthansa app has the memory of a goldfish. Need to enter the booking ref every time I open the app before it realize I actually have a booking. Using another Star Alliance frequent flyer programme? Well, bad luck with the registration on the flight

Ubrukelig å få tatt i bruk. Denne appen er latterlig dårlig med tanke på å registrere seg som bruker. Masse fram og tilbake hit og dit. Når jeg da klart å legge inn fornavn etternavn feil, så er det ikke mulig å endre på dette etterpå. Da må jeg sende en dokumentet på hva som var navnet mitt før og etter endringen for å få endret på dette. Dette er jo en mulighet i seg selv.

High end brand - low performance. Lufthansa seems to have made a habit of running close to an hour late on flight so even with 1,5 hours time to connecting its stressful. Especially since there is absolutely 0 help from the staff! They are arrogant and unhelpful. It’s not there problem. When we miss a connection despite running like mad we get placed on a boring hotel fare away from the airport.

Extremely unorganized. The app is too complex for very simple operations and it's very messy an unorganized.

Does not work. When you are a member of star alliance it should work on SAS bookings as well. It is like any German App - made by Geeman for Germans.
