The app doesn’t work. The settings no longer work in the app. I can’t use the app for anything even though my earphones are connected. Have tried to re-download to no success. Useless.

Disconnects and will not find the earbuds again, please fix LG. The app first time look very good, but after installasion it will not find the earbuds again, which is super annoying, and makes me wanna return the product. Life’s (not)Good, please fix

Suddenly stopped working. Won't pair.. Won't pair with my fn6 tone free suddenly. I can still use normal Bluetooth pairing on phone, but app won't work. Followed instructions, but nothing happens. Also when I press help it sends me to the Korean website. Come on, it's 2021, send me to my regional website like EU/US etc.

Change name back to LG HBS-FN6. If your earbuds wont Connect, try changing name back to LG HBS-FN6 in Bluetooth settings. Worked for me atleast

Do not download. It does not work on any model of phone. This is just thrash
