Deilig med kontroll på vask og tørk, og tv. Funker topp med styring og vasking via app. Savner mulighet og styre alt fra app, og slippe trykke på maskinen i forkant av vask. Kjekt med varsling at den er ferdig. Nå trenger jeg en robot som tar ut og bretter og legger det i skapet.

Kjøleskap app. Lite nyttige funksjoner i appen. Savner f.eks. kamera i skapet for fjernsjekk av innhold når en er på butikk for innkjøp av matvarer. Gir appen alarmbeskjed dersom temperaturen avviker mye fra forhåndsinnstilt??

Viktig at vaskemaskinen vet hvor jeg er???. Hvorfor har en vaskemaskinapp behov for å vite min gps posisjon? Kunne med fordel vært gjort mer oversiktlig slik at det er lettere å velge vaskeprogram ifra appen.

Ubrukelig. Meningsløs app. Kan ikke styre vaskemaskin med den, bortsett fra å slå av og på. Hva er poenget med det?! Appen virker uferdig. Håper det kommer en skikkelig oppdatering hvor den faktisk kan gjøre nytte for seg.

Rarely connects to the machine. You get the bare minimum and a lot of frustration. I have connected the app with my washer several times, it says “power off” on the device in the app, even tho the machine is on (even when it's running a program the app says power off). So I rearly get to use the app programs, which was one of the main reason I bought this type of washer. Will not buy an LG washer again, this gives me more issues than being helpful…

Virker bra for TV og vaskemaskin. Jeg bruker denne for TV og vaskemaskin. Særlig varsler fra vaskemaskin når vasken er ferdig er en god funksjon. God brukervennlighet.

Bråkete produkt. Dette er nummer to kombi vask tørk vi har fra LG. Den første returnerte vi fordi den støyet og ristet så hele boligkomplekset vibrerte. Vi byttet den ut igjen med den gamle maskinen vår, og kjøpte en ny av LG Think da ny modell kom på tilbud. Den er ikke noe bedre. Den vibrerer så mye at glass og kopper skjelver, og hadde hoppet ut av skapene om der ikke var dører, og vi må tilpasse vasketidene med når naboen under oss ikke er hjemme. Det er helt håpløst. I tillegg lekker den fra vinduet foran. Tommel ned

Great!. Fungerer, er pålitelig. Greit med varSel på mobilen. Veldig fornøyd.

Barely the basic functions. Only reason to have this app is to get a notification when your washer og dryer is done. And this is neat. The functions besides that are barely the basics. You can’t freely choose temperature or anything else, you have to stick to the programs you have or download. When your freezer sound the door alarm you don’t get a notification to your phone. This would be the only reason to have a freezer with wifi, and should of course be an option. I can only hope for updates that help us see the point of having apps for these appliances.

Feil status. Hvis du har startet appen mens tven er av så forblir den av. Går jeg inn og ut av appen, så ser den at tven er på. Dermed kan den styres.

Unstable. Hard to set up, and unstable connection afterwards. No ITTT support, do better LG!

Lacking for my needs. Let it remind me that I haven’t emptied my washing mashine, not just that it is done. Add Apple Home and Siri support: siri commands could be: - is my laundry done? - Turn of my TV - set my heat pump to 18 degrees

Mangler støtte for Apple Watch. En ok app, men den mangler støtte for Apple Watch, så den er ikke sååå nyttig som den kunne vært.

Tag-on (NFC). New iPhones have NFC. Extremely disappointing that LG has not yet come with an update that makes NFC available in the iOS version of the app.

LG ThinQ er bare helt konge!. Elsker det nye kjøleskapet mitt og funksjonene som følger med det. Er litt over gjennomsnittlig gadget geek, så at jeg kan styre og følge med på kjøleskapet fra telefonen er veeeldig kult. Liker veldig godt at jeg kan regulere lyset, kjøre diagnose, gi produktene egen navn osv osv. Veldig kjekt med varsel på telefonen om noen av dørene ikke er lukket ordentlig, om noe ikke stemmer og ikke minst at man kan starte Express Cool/freeze med appen. Anbefaler gjerne LG produkter med ThinQ til alle som vurderer å kjøpe.

Kundeservice. Noe ventetid. Men hyggelig og hjelpsom arbeidsgjeng 👏🏼 Ikke hatt lunsj i dag, for mye må bli gjort..! 🙈

Forsåvidt fornøyd, men mangler ett par ting. Altså hvis man skal kunne få fullt utbytte av at maskinen har en app funksjon burde man feks kunne tilpasse programmene selv? Altså endre grader og omdreininger? Er dette noe dere har tenkt til å komme med? Ser mange savner det, men ingen svar?

Mangler HomeKit. Savner HomeKit-støtte på produktene.

Praktisk. Praktisk og kontroll på temperatur

Ny LG vaskemaskin. Fikk levert ny LG vaskemaskin i dag. Den ser ut til å vaske bra, men lager ganske høy lyd når den sentrifugerer på 1400 omdreininger. Derfor kan jeg ikke gi fem stjerner. Etter å ha brukt den i noen måneder, gir jeg fem stjerner. Meget bra maskin.

Funker ikke på LG OLED C1. Både TVen og mobilen er koblet til samme nettverk. Finner ikke hverandre.

Vaksemaskin. Synd det ikke er mulig å legge til vaskemaskin (med tag on device) i appen ved bruk av iOS…

Skuffende lite funksjonalitet. En kan i praksis gjøre svært lite med app’en. Fint med melding om når programmet er ferdig, men jeg forventer i 2024 at jeg kan tilpasse og styre vaskemaskin og tørketrommel. Har et annet merke på hytta fra 2023, og den har også sine mangler, men er vesentlig bedre

Unødvendig vanskelig. Hver gang jeg skal bruke appen må jeg logge inn igjen. Dette er veldig irriterende og tar veldig lang tid før den «finner» tv-en hver gang etter jeg har logget på

Overfladisk og ustabil. Det er kjekt å kunne se hvor langt vaskeprogrammet har kommet mens man sitter i sofaen og få *ett* varsel når den er ferdig (men så bor jeg i liten leilighet og hører som regel musikken uansett). Dette er basically det eneste nyttige man får med denne appen. I tillegg er den ustabil og fungerer bare når den vil.

Kjempe praktisk app. Kjempe greit å sjekke hvor lenge vaskemaskin- og tørketrommel har vasket og varsel når de er klar. Mangler bare en robot som flytter klærne fra vaskemaskin til tørketrommel og tar klærne utav tørketrommel og bretter dem. 😅

Wi fi. The unit does not connect to wi-fi and ThiinQ is not functioning on a new unit!!

Won’t work in different regions. Very frustrating you can’t invite other users that have their phones set in different region. Would like to have people able to use this no matter

Slow. The app as a whole have had a great facelift, but its still so slow and alittle bit messy.

Please go over and fix visual communication. Hi! I like my new washing machine, but the thinq app visual communication is horrible. It’s impossible to understand what it’s supposed to tell me. You need to show values both on the y and the x axis. And what does all the lightning bolts say me about energy usage. I have no clue… I like useful graphs not useless ones. So please add info so it’s possible to read and understand all the data. Thanks!

The app keeps disconnecting from the tv. The app feels so fragile. While I am using the app as my TV remote (which I must do because LG no longer makes a real remote, and the one that came with the TV self-destructed after a few months), I can’t use the phone for anything else or ThinQ disconnects from the TV. Then I have to kill the app, restart it, and get it to reconnect. The most important thing is the connection. If that’s not robust, the rest doesn’t matter.

Håpløst. Håpløst med en app hvor man først må holde inne en knapp på produktet i tre sekunder før den kan brukes - hver gang. Da er det ikke noe poeng med en app. I tillegg mister jeg stadig kontakten med den

Crash. After update - the app crashes.

LG G3. What happened?. I've been using this app without issues with LG Oleds for years, C7, C9 and C1. I got a G3 earlier this year, and it's miserable when used with the Thinq app. Connect about 1 out of 10 times, Power on sometimes works, sometimes not. Been like this since I bought it, and firmware updates has not helped at all. Very disappointing, and makes me consider other TV brands for the first time since buying a C6 Oled.

No TV settings apart from source change. It’s great to be able to switch the source straight from the app but the rest of the settings have to be navigated via the touchpad remote control, it would be much more convenient if all settings could be accessible and automated via the app. For example I would love to be able to turn off the screen while playing music straight from the app, or switch to Bluetooth headphone with one simple shortcut in the LG ThinQ app. Please consider opening up LG OLED TV settings changes directly from the app and creating shortcuts to any setting.

Mangelfull. Fin app, men svak funksjonalitet, og langt under hva du skal kunne forvente av et merke som LG. Ingen mulighet for tilpasninger av program, ustabil app som kun tidsvis klarer å vekke maskinen fra hvilemodus etc.

Alar. After update, app not working

Missing functionality. Using the app with my washing machine LG Signature. Wish I could turn on a wash remotely even if the machine has turned off. I wish the energy view showed units on the x-axis so the graph makes sense. Other than that the setup and ease of use is great.

Doesn’t work with lockdown mode. Can’t open the page for the appliance anymore after enabling lockdown mode. Huge red flag.

The app won't boot. It is stuck on the first screen after a clean install..

The App Just Got Worse ! Even after the new update... another update and still does not work. This app was never very good, but noe it just got alot worse ! It hangs, it freezes, it just does not work with the equipment. It was never a great app, worked with the washer, not well with the drier ... bit noe it just DOES NOT WORK.

Unresponsive and laggy. Of all apps I’ve used in 13 years of having a smartphone, this one is by far the most unresponsive and laggy. That’s including some early betas of various apps. Hopefully this will be rectified very soon.

This app simply doesn’t work. App doesn’t work. Is always are some problems with this. Now after latest update when I tried to setup some schedules, app simply crashes and it is impossible to start it again.

Acutually useful. The app is a great idea and is very useful, but only when it works. There are a lot of bugs and almost everytime I start the app it tells me that my products are offline or disconnected.

Connection problems. The dryer doesn’t work from app. You cannot start the cycle from the app. Not all options are available You cannot switch on the machine from app

The app close when operating. After the last release update, the app close itself automatically when this is not wanted. Need to be fixed.

LG Washing machine. Worst app ever when it comes to washing machines.

Funker som det skal men 😎. Hadde vært praktisk med sanntidsavlesing av de forskjellige verdiene, men man kan vel ikke forlange alt heller 😊 sko syklus hadde vært en fin ting å kunne laste ned til DD 8Kg 😊

Worth app and wireless communication. Issues: 1. Impossible to connect washing machine following guidelines. You need workaround with 2 mobiles, internet sharing and updating of drivers. It is more tricky if you have no cell coverage in the basement. (Both machine and app are new 2020) 2. Impossible to change parameters (temperature, spinning, etc.) from the app. You can change whole program only and then tune params on the machine. 3. Remote start is impossible. So if you need possibility to start the cycle 2h prior to come home - this app and device are not for you. In the app it is written like “due to security reasons”. But I believe it is due to item 4 - see below. 4. If machine turned off, it is disconnected from wifi. You cannot either get status or make diagnostics or whatever remotely. It is just in “disconnected” status. 5. LG declares that you can analyze power consumption. While actually not. Everything you can see: number of cycles and icons if power consumption is high or low. But where are the real numbers in kWh? I was forced to use 30$ tp-link wifi power socket adapter to check actual power consumption. I’m completely disappointed. Only useful function - notification that washing cycle is ended.

Nice enough when it works. It’s nice enough when it works, but it works roughly just one out of five times on my LG TV. Not tried it with anything else.

Solution to app not responding. The last update made the app much worse since the previous update. When I tried opening the app it just shut down immediately after I clicked the app-icon.. But I solved the problem when I deleted the app and re-installed it, now it works fine again. LG; please fix this problem so we don’t have to uninstall and install every time there is an update..

Begrenset. Veldig begrenset funksjonalitet. Eneste jeg kunne trengt av funksjoner til et kombiskap mangler: sjekke temp i fryser og kjøleskap.

Altfor lite innstillinger. Jeg får ikke endret programmene. Er jo bare noen få innstillinger jeg kan endre. Noe så enkelt som å kjøre en normal 60 graders vask med tørking etterpå var ikke mulig å velge. Helt bortkastet å styre vaskemaskinen trådløs om den ikke lar meg velge de innstillingene jeg ønsker…

Ingen push-varsel. Har over lengre periode ikke fått pushvarsel når kombi vask/tørk er ferdig. Fungerte veldig bra i noen måneder før den plutselig ikke gadd å varsle meg mer..

Not very smart. Using this with my washing machine doesn’t feel very smart. While it allows me to start a program, and let me see how much time it is left, it doesn’t allow me to do anything else. No manual override during the wash to lower the spinning speed as it’s making too much noise, or any fun and interesting metrics. Also this app should offer some connectivity to apples shortcut(Automatization) for easy interfacing with other automatization in the house.

Doesn't make life good. If this app helped me setup the TV and wifi password that would be great but it doesn't do that. You have to set that up yourself using the onscreen keyboard. It should be the other way around, LG. Get it together. Learn from the Apple TV.

Latterlig dårlig. Appen fungerer ikke over hode. Kjempe lurt å lage en vaskemaskin man må bruke app på og en app som aldri fungere👏🏻 kommer aldri til å kjøpe noe fra LG igjen!

Requires too much access. I should not be required to enable location services to connect to my device. Its location has nothing to do with LG.

Linker ikke med Google Home. Prøvde å linke google home til denne TV’en via appen og det fungerer ikke

Missing vital functions. As far as i can see, i’m not able to make my own wash programs or amend existing like adding dry functions. In fact, dry function is only in 3 programs altogether. I cannot turn it on remotely either.

App shut down. Updated app will not open. Takes up 2,5GB og storage in icloud.

Webpage.... Yet another webpage wrapped in an app. Doing navigation wrong, slow and a complete mess with notifications counters (accumulating). it's ok for receiving washer-notifications though.

Extremely slow. I almost never write reviews, but this app is so frustratingly slow, I just had to give feedback. It worked just fine before the last update about a week ago. Now it takes up t0 20 second to open the menu for my washer/dryer, sometimes it doesn’t open at all. Fix this please!

«Smart». Det eneste jeg kan gjøre i appen er å sette et par innstillinger på fryseren. Hva med push alarm når døra har stått åpen for lenge?

The app is not working properly.. Freezes all the time. The only function is to see how much time left. The rest is impossible to use. Hope for better updates. 🤟

Lite poeng. Anno 2021 så er det lite poeng. Jeg har nyere LG produkter i samtlige rom, men hva man faktisk kan gjøre via app er ganske begrenset. Kombi vask/tørk kan være interresant ved egendefinerte program. For tv, kjøleskap etc så blir det for snevert og «unødvendig» med dagens funksjoner.

Update broke app. It used to work okey, but the latest update made the app completely useless. LG is a huge company and should get it together

Skuffet over energi måling. Vaskesykluser hva er det ? I energi.. Har både kjøleskap og vaskemaskin tilknyttet app. Vaskemaskin ble kjøpt pga. AI der maskinen gjør en super jobb. Siden jeg er alene fungerer dette utmerket ved mindre vasker der maskinen justerer program og vasketid etter vekt. Å laste ned nye programmer er supert, noe som gjør maskinen veldig anvendelig ved all vask. Men energiforbruket vises ikke i watt eller kwh. Dette er utrolig svakt av LG. Utrolig dårlig integrering i google Home, der man ikke kan gjøres noe. Dette gjelder kjøleskap også. Appen trenger å fornyes, eller lages på nytt. Laster utrolig tregt i Apple ipad eller tlf . Noen ganger må appen kastes ut for å starte på nytt slik at jeg kan se produktene.
