God, men….. Savner støtte for flere leverandører

Works fine, however.... The app works fine as a remote for the tv, but annoying that there isn’t any support for getting up a keyboard when requested to insert username and passwords etc. Having to use a «touchpad» on the screen is even more timeconsuming than using the actual remote... Needs more functionality to be worth using for the TV as long as you can find the remote.

Få enheter i Norge som er kompatibel. Synes det er få enheter som selges fra norske nettbutikker som er kompatible med smart thing. F.eks. Namron som er et stort produkt hos elektroimportøren.

SmartThings + The Frame tv 👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼. Vet ikke hvordan denne appen er laget osv. Men tilkoblingen til The Frame TV er helt enormt dårlig, og feilmeldingene gir null mening. Jeg sliter alltid skikkelig når jeg vil bytte bilde på tven, for appen sliter med tilkoblingen mot tven. Sier jeg skal skru på tven når jeg har den på osv. Jeg vil tro jeg er en greit teknisk person, og likevell skal det være så utrolig vanskelig og tungvindt!

Elendig. Elendig app som aldri virker som den skal

Too slow. Takes too long when only need to do some adjustments. Has to “download” remote control every time. No homey compatibility. Scenes do not work properly

Widget. It doesn’t work when you add it to your widget on iPhone. It says that you need to favorite your scenes, but I have already done it and it doesn't come up.

Dårlige greier. Egentlig helt utrolig at noen har klart å lage en så dårlig app. Masse komplett ubrukelige funksjoner, og mangler helt grunnleggende informasjon og features. Hvem har laget dette sølet?

Picture upload does not work. How it is possible that I can though Wi-Fi control my TV, but get the message to check my Wi-Fi connection when I try to upload a photo to the screen (the one thing I will use this app for) is beyond me! Need way more consistency to be good enough this app Tv is great though

Dont need better service. I need it to work.. Because the app does not work. Its impossible to use it and connect the machine to app and my wifi

Horrible. One of the worst apps I have ever tried.

Horrible app for expensive tech. Quite literally the worst app from a reputable company for an expensive piece of tech (The Frame 55 inch) I have tried to date. Errors every day, and painfully slow for adding own artwork to TV.

Nothing works. Simply put, the app fails to link with the TV, making it impossible to add a new device.

No smart calibration on iPhone 15 Pro Max. The smart calibration feature is not applicable on the iPhone 15 Pro Max. App must be updated more often.

Work for the fridge but not the stereo. Not consistent between different equipment

Lav prioritet. Det virker som app-utviklingen har lav prioritet hos Samsung. Jeg lastet ned appen for å bruke mobilen som fjernkontroll til to The Frame, men de blir stadig koblet fra appen, og må legges inn på nytt. Velger ofte den tradisjonelle fjernkontrollen uansett, fordi appen bruker så lang tid på å starte opp. Mulig det skyldes at Samsung har valgt å lage en samle-app for alt de har av trådløst, pluss de stadige påminnelsene om produkter og koblinger man burde hatt.

Vanskelig å legge til bilder. Å laste opp egne bilder for å legge til fungerer ikke…

2010. This app would be considered as good in 2010 but not for 2024. User experience is not a priority for Samsung apparently.

Not very smart. Samsung forced me to the app to buy filter for my fridge. The app worked just as bad as expected. Connection not working, prompts to restart on connect device. Couldn’t connect either that or my “the frame” tvs. The ux of app is bad with slow responses and a lot of loading stuff with the wheel spinning. I hope developers are embarrassed.

Fjernstyring av komponenter varmepumpe - fungerer dårlig. Har Samsung varmepumpe som kan styres via app, ved de fleste tilfeller blir ikke kommando / endring av temperatur registrert og det kommer stadige feilmeldinger ved bruk. App styring var en hovedgrunn til valg av varmepumpe og det er en stor skuffelse at dette kun fungerer sporadisk.

Appen virker ikke. Får ikke koblet til tørketrommelen. Appen henger seg hver gang. Styr unna og kjøp noe annet.

Moneygrab. It is WAY harder to get your own pictures on the frame than it needs to be. It is obvious that they did this in purpose to make people pay for pictures.

Funker ikke. Klarer ikke å koble til tv. Ubrukelig app for min del.

Mister kontakt. Mister kontakt hver gang jeg skal bruke appen til styre TV eller Soundbar. Ubrukelig app.

App does not work. Bought the Samsung Soundbar 995C. The app worked once, then ever after it has not recognised the item. Saying it’s offline. Kind of frustrating that such an expensive piece can’t offer a working app. Samsung needs to fix this!!!

Should not require an account. Requiring an account just to manage a device two meters away from me, on the same network, makes no sense. I’d prefer it if I could manage the device I bought without having to to give my personal information to Samsung.

Ustabil. Appen glemmer og mister kontakt med enhetene hele tiden. Ender opp med å må sette opp alt på nytt hver gang jeg skal bruke den

Devices disconnects from the app all the time. My Samsung the frame and my Samsung soundbar disconnect from the app all the time. I need to delete them and re add them like once a month

Smart calibration option for TV does not show. I installed the app to calibrate a new The Frame 65 TV. After registering the TV as the «How to use Smart Calibration on Samsung Smart TV» documentation says, the option to calibrate never shows up in app. I have tested it on both iphone 15 pro and iPad Pro. Samsung support claims they cannot guarantee things to work on non-samsung phones, which basically means they cannot guarantee that this app works at all on iPhone. Other things seems to work.

The remote for TV is bad.. The rotate TV button is disappearing all the time. So it can’t replace the real remote, unless i want to watch TV vertically.

Smart? I think NOT. This product needs some serious upgrade, especially within connectivity. Hard - if not totally impossible - to connect to a Frame, and without any resonable feedback, your left out in the dark ;-(

Little to no added value and insecure. What is the AI doing? None of my behaviour is actually being used for anything. Outside of AI hype buzzwords. I would love the app to let me configure the washer MORE CONVENIENTLY than the machine itself. Why is it so hard to set a desired finish time for the washer in the machine itself? And why is it impossible in the app? There is a huge opportunity to actually make an app like this valuable for the customer. Unfortunately, this one is useless. What are the security measures to prevent hacking?

Utdatert broke the app. After last update nothing works. Automations is broken, scenes doesn’t launch and no connection with devices in the app.

Ustabil. Klare ikke holde på enhetene. Veldig varierende om det funker eller ei Samme problematikk på Samsung tlf og Apple tlf.

Horrible user experience. Handeling of own pictures is a joke.

Nesten ingenting som virker. Selv ikke en så enkle ting som å laste opp sitt eget bilde funker ikke.

Uploading image freeze. Uploading a new image does not work. Instead the upload goes on indefinitely and makes it impossible to delete or add new images

Dårlig opplevelse. Klarer hverken å finne Tv’n min, eller Oculus Quest 2… Nå driter jeg i hele appen. 1time knot får vel holde, eller?!

App crashes. The app crashes almost every time I open it.

Vaskemaskinen. Vaskemaskinen kjøp i mai før i måned ble klarer ikke vaske klær. Har teknisk feil på skjerm i slutt av juni. Og servicen kommer slutten av juli. Veldig dårlig forhold. Dårlig service fra samsung. Jeg glad meg kjøpe alle elektrisk produkter fra Samsung. Men………

Sånn midt på treet.. Om du har flere Samsung produkter kunne det bært enklere å fått alle på samme side. I min app så legger kjøleskap, vaskemaskin og tv forskjellige steder. Kunne vært ennide at alle vistes samme plass!

Svært varierende. Lite, om noen oppdateringer, som er gjort her på 3 år. Enhetene faller ut, varslingene er mange og unødvendig, men de er enten av eller på.

Umulig å opprette bruker. Å opprette bruker i denne appen har horribel UX. Passordkravene er tullete (under 15 tegn??) og knapper er grået ut uten noen videre forklaring. Når jeg først etter flere forsøk klarer å trykke meg videre får jeg feilmelding om «A server with the specified hostname could not be found”, og dette gjentar seg.

Innlogging fungerer ikke. Innlogging fungerer ikke pga «logg inn med Google» ikke er et valg på innloggingsiden, men man får feilmelding hvis man skriver inn en Google-relatert e-post.. Appen er ubrukelig uten å logge inn

Tidstyv. Samsung «tvinger» meg til å bruke telefonen som fjernkontroll på tv. Så utrolig slitsomt og unødvendig. Tar så lang tid slt mulig. Må åpne programmet på telefonen nesten hver gang på nytt. Og den får fjernkontrollen til å ikke virke. Har prøvd å velge den, men nei. Må bruke telefonen.

Nytteløst. Stadig nye oppdateringer som gjør at nye og gamle komponenter og oppsett dessverre slutter å fungere. Fraråder på det sterkeste.

Its all business. Its way to complicated to share own photos and put personal touch on my own The Frame tv. I have allready paid a huge amount of money for the Tv, and all the app wants is to sell me art. Why cant i easily decide over my own tv. Actually should be two stars for tv, 3 stars for the rest
