WORST THING I HAVE ON MY PHONE. this application is so useless and still needs an ungodly amount of personal information and access....wth does a microwave need “precise” location?! And it didn't even work!! When I scanned to QR it said “invalid “ when the bloody instructions explicitly said to use this app and scan the qr. 0/10 for wasting my time

Widget. It doesn’t work when you add it to your widget on iPhone. It says that you need to favorite your scenes, but I have already done it and it doesn't come up.

Picture upload does not work. How it is possible that I can though Wi-Fi control my TV, but get the message to check my Wi-Fi connection when I try to upload a photo to the screen (the one thing I will use this app for) is beyond me! Need way more consistency to be good enough this app Tv is great though

Morten. Way too many clicks to get to the unit I want to control. Why not let me choose a default unit that opens upon starting the app

BEER. Veldig irriterende at appen tvinger en til å skrive omtale hver gang man åpner appen.

Funker ikke. Klarer ikke å koble til tv. Ubrukelig app for min del.

Håkon. Tidenes mest elendige «app» og FirmWare styring av en lydlist! Endringer for endringenes skyld, og dårligere funksjoner i «oppgraderingene». Toppen av elendighet var forrige «oppgradering» som låste lydlista fullstendig så den måtte inn til service for å bytte hovedkort!!!! HW-Q995 «toppmodell»… og lyden har stort sett blitt dårligere og dårligere for hver «oppgradering»……

Lagging, not loading. When I sign in, loading circle keeps rotating and nothing is loaded. There is just anything in the app. When I sign out, I can actually see something, but then click button and app freezes. I'm on iPhone 16 Max pro...

Søppel app. Den klarer ikke å finne enheter. Dette er for dårlig. Kostbart utstyr og en app som er helt bak mål. Styr unna

ITC. Elendig app. Den krever stadig oppdateringer men oppdateringen mislykkes stadig vekk. Så da får man ikke brukt appen.

Nice app but.. Well the app is nice. But it turns of my Samsung tv at random. Had to uninstall.

The Frame. Stort sett umulig å få lastet opp bilder fra iPhone til the Frame!😬

Customer. Soundbars need a max treshold/remap of volume levels. Currently soundbars are only usable in volume 1-18 range, anything higher will blast the soundbar and deafen people.

Utdatert broke the app. After last update nothing works. Automations is broken, scenes doesn’t launch and no connection with devices in the app.

Dont need better service. I need it to work.. Because the app does not work. Its impossible to use it and connect the machine to app and my wifi

Works fine, however.... The app works fine as a remote for the tv, but annoying that there isn’t any support for getting up a keyboard when requested to insert username and passwords etc. Having to use a «touchpad» on the screen is even more timeconsuming than using the actual remote... Needs more functionality to be worth using for the TV as long as you can find the remote.

Why is this necessary beyond setup a product?. Hardly functional, feels invasive, and forgets essential setting EVERY time. I have been forced to download this app in order to set up two Music Frames together with a Frame tv. My desired use case should be simple: Two speakers connected in stereo with the tv. Not so simple…Not only do the Music Frames consistently forget they are a stereo pair, having stereo as option when the TV is the source is apparently a too big an ask. Shame on Samsung for being this bad. Goes to show that the Frame lineup is an interior product line, NOT an AV line, and a half assed one at that.

Awful. Sole purpose of this app has to be to force you to replace your broken remote control. Just impossibly bad.

Worked for a few days then became useless. The app is OK when it works (controls my washing machine), but then is says it needs to download an updated version of the controller to be able to control the washer, and this “download” goes forever and never happens. Every time I try to use the app the “download” strikes again.

Very handy. Good app easy to control multiple devices at one place. Good for remote control especially when kids lost the tv remote.

relw. I want to give a feedback on the app that is really annoying. I check the energy prices and see when its cheapest to do laundry. And I use the delay start function in the app. But after i have first set a delayed time, the machines has weighted itself and found the washing time.... why cant the start time be shown inside the module where I change the finish time??! I have to click "use" and then check the start time, and if its not the wanted time i have to edit the time again. The machine knows how long it is going to take so why cant the start time be shown and dynamicly updated inside the change finish time module????

Why. Why the heck am I downloading this app to be able to use the Internet via my phone, when the app asks for Wi-Fi? What’s going on there?

I’t sucks!. I’m spending hours calibrating my mother’s TV, and still cant figure this out. Her last TV, a five year old Samsung was easy to calibrate and deal with. This new TV and the SmartThings app requires a computer degree to operate. I have no interest in integrating my house, U just want to calibrate my TV, making it brighter and a little more contrast. I have no interest in creating accounts, installing apps, integrating my house, just to turn the damn TV a little brighter! Why overcomplicating things this way? You are just pissing people off! How is my 80 year old other supposed to deal with this on a daily basis?

Embarrassingly bad 🙈. I’ve never experienced a worse app ever. The user experience is beyond bad… I’m trying to connect a new Samsung oven (not sure why I need my oven to be connected to the internet, but anyway…). The connectivity process is super inconsistent. The app behaves differently each time I try to connect. How a big company like Samsung can let this go through quality control is beyond me…

Tøys. Håpløst at man må laste ned en app, registrere seg og gjennom masse tull bare for å kunne ta i bruk TV-en… hadde man i det minste fått et godt oppsett for bilde osv hadde det vært noe, men det gir null merverdi!!! Fullstendig ubrukelig app og tull at man må laste den ned….

Får ikke laste opp bilder.. Jeg får ikke laste opp bilder på ambient mode. Det stå bare gallery men det går ikke å trekke på den og laste opp bilder.

It is sooo bad. This app is literally the worst “smart”-app I’ve ever used, and I’ve used a bunch for the last 10 years. It’s laggy, it’s slow, it’s unintuitive, it’s clunky and just poorly optimized. I love the tv, but I so rarely use this app because of all the problems. Honestly Samsung should just allow apple or google or whatever to take full control so I could use those apps to control the tv without the remote. Or just removing the app all together, what a shame

Why? When nothing is working. Messy app, too many things and integrations. But worst is that apparently my connection is ”unstable” and thus I cannot change artwork. Makes the app pretty much useless

Incredibly buggy. Using this app to set your own images on a Frame TV is one of the most buggy experiences I have had. The app needs to be restarted for every action made before the changes are effective in the app. Connecting to the TV and adding a photo ends up taking up to five restarts of the app and TV. And on top of that, the device is removed from the app frequently and needs to be added again.

The Frame. Bruker denne til å legge inn bilder på Samsung the Frame. Ufattelig lite brukervennlig. I tillegg fungerer tilkoblingen med tv bare av og til, slik at man ofte må fjerne tv som registrert enhet, og registrere den på nytt, som er en omstendelig prosess

Laggy and buggy. This app is the worst

Very disappointing. I installed this mainly to be able to show my pictures on our The Frame TV. Really disappointed about the user experience and close to returning the TV. Pictures look bad when uploaded, and the options to configure how they display are hard to understand and full of errors.

Why Precise GPS location?. Why do you need my location at all to connect a TV?

Absolute garbage. Occasionally works, but probably just by accident

Lots of updates are overkill. Almost every time I want to use the app, I need to wait for the latest update to be downloaded first. Once every 3 months is fine, but multiple times a week is frustrating.

Ak. App fails and is so little user friendly especially when choosing art

Bluetooth. Ask to access Bluetooth every time I use the app, shouldn’t have to reject the app the access every time on the iPhone.

SmartThings app. Bra app. Å legge til enheter kan være litt problematisk men det går fint hvis man vil. På Apple Watch kan man ikke endre rekkefølge av scener. Bra app der man har mulighet til å legge til enheter fra andre produsenter da. Anbefales.😀

Mbens. Helt utrolig tungvint app som konstant må oppdateres, laste ned tillegg, gjør endringer i oppsett uten at du ønsker det +++. Kan du styre ting på andre måter så gjør for all del det.

Lydplanke slår seg ikke på når det kommer nye betingelser. Smart er den ikke når man må åpne appen, godta betingelsene for å få den til å gjenkjenne ARC signal

Clumsy and ugly. To complicated and slow

Espen. Jeg synes det tar lang tid før appen laster inn tingene mine slik at jeg kan bruke de. Spesielt tv’n (Seff Samsung og tv’n er fra 2022 8k). Noen ganger gir jeg opp venteriten og deopper bruke appen. Litt synd… men når den funker er den veldig bra :) Noen som kan hjelpe meg forstå hva jeg gjør galt?

Terrible experience. I never get this app to work correctly. Using it with my Frame TV doesn’t work most of the time, and Ive had to reset and re-add it several times since purchase. Now the app doesn’t seem to recognise my TV as a Frame-model, so most of the features are not even appearing. Very disappointing.

Crashes constantly. Constantly crashing, super slow, buggy.
