Samsung Galaxy Buds

App doesn’t connect. I bought the galaxy earbuds 2 earlier this month, the manual tells me to download this app to get full optimisation of the buds. However, the app doesn’t connect nor have an option for my buds. I’m very happy with my buds but it really sucks that I can’t use the app to get the full ‘experience’ of them. (For the record I have an iPhone XR) I hope this is something you’ll fix soon, since other people are also having this issue

Another reason to switch to Apple. Wow this is so bad. It gives me another reason to buy earbuds from Apple instead. Not only doesn’t my Samsung Watch not work on iPhone, but the buds settings for ambiance cannot be adjusted.

Doesn’t support my older galaxy buds.. …they work on iPhone using Bluetooth, so Samsung saying that older buds don’t work on iPhone is just wrong. It is just Samsung that has chosen to not support their own product. Was hoping this app could do things like check for updates, but alas.

Will there be a Buds app for ipad as well?. Hi, I would like to know whether there will be a Galaxy Wearable (or Buds) app for ipad as well. I just received my new Buds Live recently and I do not own an iPhone, but I do have an iPad and would like to watch Netflix and listen to music with my new Buds Live. The app Galaxy Wearable works very nice on my Galaxy Note 20 Ultra phone (very nice design and easy to use app). I tried to install the Buds app on my iPad, but it’s obviously not designed for iPad, only iPhone. I’m using iPad Pro (9.7 inch)

No support for buds pro. I like the buds pro but I can’t change anything and it’s not included in the iPhone app my phone is Iphone 11pro and yet they can’t change anything i am thinking of replacing them with AirPods pro if they don’t include them on the app

Støtter bare nyere buds. Appen har ikke støtte for eldre buds, selv om jeg har brukt dem med vanlig Bluetooth kobling uten problemer

App is incompatible with iPad Pro. I can’t use my Galaxy Buds Live just because this app is incompatible with iPad Pro. It should run just as fine on iPad as on iPhone.

Useless. It is useless at least you have one of the newest buds. It locks option for the older ones. And then if you have the newest buds the app won’t give you all the options you would have with a Samsung device( because it is an Apple device you use?). I know because I have both Apple and Samsung devices. And again this would have not option for the older models of the buds just for the new ones. Very poor and greedy policy from Samsung. Be a user friendly company will keep your customers satisfied and more importantly loyal. One stupid idiotic rivalry!

App for iPhone. App still doesn't work with iPhone which is annoying, love the buds but app is a must in this case. Hope it gets fixed quite soon
