Lounge access - Apple Wallet. Not possible to add to Apple Wallet. Shows message: Failed to retrieve pass data from server. Please update app to fix this issue

Innlogging. Det bør gjøres endringer på innloggingen med full kortinformasjon hver gang nærmest man bruker appen

Error. I can’t even login due to an “error” but no field is empty or marked with the error. Does this app even work?

Oops! Something went wrong. Please try again.. Unless that’s the name of the lounge I can go to, this app is useless for actually finding lounges where LoungeKey applies.

Crashes every time you open the app. Have tried to open it a couple of times now, and it just crashes all the time. Sad since it is a good service. Just feel like bad code work and very little pre-testing before launch. And no, I am not interested in sending you a lot of info about my version and so on. Just do a better beta testing before launching new versions.

Tungvindt innlogging. Ikke lett å få den opp å gå, bør bli enklere registrering.

Bank ID. Kommer ikke forbi payment autentication…

Card on file???. This app requires confirmation of card on file each time you start it. The confirmation includes complete address. Wonderful when you to use it and are short on time. Has to be done a phone and I by choice have a small screen. Why do simple tings complicated? There are better options in the market.

Treg app. Fungere ikke som den skal.

TERRIBLE. THEY CHARGED ME 8 TIMES FOR 5 PEOPLE!!!! REFUSING THAT IT HAPPEND AND BEING RUDE ON THE PHONE. AGGRESSIVE CUSTOMER SUPPORT. OMG NEVER AGAIN. ALSO THEY TOOK 2600 FROM MY ACCOUNT REFUSING TO PAY BACK!!! NOW YEARS LATER I TRIED CONTACTING THIS MESS OF A COMPANY AND THEY’RE USING THE CHEAPEST CUSTOMER SERVICE THEY COULD POSSIBLY FIND FROM INDIA. THEY ARE UNABLE TO SPEAK PROPER ENGLISH AND DON’T KNOW BASIC COMMUNICATION LEVELS. IT’S VERY MUCH LAUGHABLE AND EMBARASSING THAT THEY REPRESENT MASTERCARD AIRPORT SERVICES. IT IS IN FACT INSANE… GOOD LUCK CALLING EU NUMBER.. ONLY INDIAN WORKERS WITH ALWAYS 0 SOLUTIONS AND NO CLUE HOW TO SOLVE THE MOST BASIC ISSUES.

Useless. Cannot search for airport in search field as it gets stuck on «wait while we download your data». Rendering the app effectively useless.

Må fylle inn kort informasjon. Hver gang får jeg beskjed om å fylle ut kort informasjon til tross for at jeg har fylt det ut flere ganger. Det blir helt håpløst

Doesn’t work. Just downloaded to iPhone X but the app do not work. Opening image freezes and nothing happens. Tried to delete and reinstall 3 times. TN

Opprette konto. Umulig å opprette/registrere seg. Feilmelding gjentatte ganger!

Outdated registration. A random username and security questions in the year 2025? My mother's maiden name isn't relevant for anything

Impossible to create an account.. I have tried several times to create an account, but can't do it with my Mastercard because the app reject my card. I have contacted longue key customer service, but they won't help me to create an account. Extremly bad service, and a nonworking app. I do not recommend this app at all.

Want to find a lounge? You cant…. Like other reviews, this app does not work. You cannot search for lounges to use your loungekey… buggy

Ikke oppdatert. Viser Lounge i Milan som ikke er stengt og ikke tilgjengelig. Burde vært enkleste ting i verden å oppdatere.

Ikke mulig å registrere. Forsøker stadig å registrere kortet, men «verify» knappen reagerer ikke, selv om alt er fylt ut riktig.

Logge inn. Jeg må logge inn om og om igjen. Kan dere ikke huske min innlogging. Hasle..

Account creation a real pain. We used 30 min to create an account, using 3 devices in total. The final step to validate the card has a too small window for the external bank validation. Only newer high res iPhone worked.

App does not work properly.. Not possible to search for lounges as I'm always getting an "Opps, something went wrong, please try again later." error message.

Getting hung. App is getting hung and not moving ahead, sometime not showing all fields to fill the data

Valid Mastercards are not accepted. Valid Mastercards are still not accepted/recognized.

Poor Aspire lounge seats at Schiphol. I have visited Febr 24 the Amsterdam airport lounge Aspire with my ‘free MC access’. This was still the case i May. The lounge should be closed as the seats (‘leather?’) are fully worn. The free lounge access service from MC should not pay for my visits.

Cumbersome log in. Not good enough. Keeps sending you in loops on a homepage

Fault. App dont work propperly. "Oops! Something went wrong" when i search for lounges. I have a stable internet connection…
